Nothing terrible, just noticeably slower than expected. Overall, it's still always worth a shot. The food is pretty good, but the prices have definitely gone up, which makes the experience feel a little less of a value than it used to.

I actually felt bad for our sever, who said it was his second shift ever - they set him up for failure. We didn't get one refill, waited over 45 min for appetizer and over an hour and 15 min for our mains - will not be back...the management is pathetic and the owners should be ashamed of themselves.
