This was THE WORST restaurant experience I've ever had. Everything started fine, we got sat and got our drinks. we ordered breadsticks as an appetizer and they told us they were out of bread. okay, no biggie. We go to order our food and i ask if they have fried chicken for their pasta, waiter says yes. I ask if i can substitute the grilled chicken for fried chicken on the alfredo. She says no? Still, a minor issue. No biggie. 20 minutes later they sit a party of 12 behind us. Within minutes they're screaming, yelling across the table, and i can't even hear my own girlfriend trying to talk to me. Not once did anyone come over and ask them to quiet down. I figured we'd just eat our food and leave, but we never got it. After an hour total of waiting, our food hadn't come out and our server had apparently fallen into the void as she was nowhere to be found. I had to ask another server if we could just get the checks for our drinks and leave, and even SHE couldn't find our server for 10 or so minutes. Everything can improve. We came in at 9:30 on a Saturday and after being sat a a DIRTY table, which we had to wait for a hot minute for someone to come and wipe it down, which was a terrible job too. The table and booth was still greasy feeling but I guess it would have been too hard to seat us somewhere else. I've worked in food service before and I understand that things are compromised during a rush but IT WAS SLOW. After getting situated, it took another 10 minutes for our server to come over to us and take our drink order. My daughter ordered a non alcoholic drink with poprocks and the waitress, again after waiting a ridiculous amount of time, brings my daughter a pink lemonade saying theyre out of sprite. Okay, fine, but next time ask what she would like instead. Don't just decide. She gave us some silver wear, which should come as no surprise that it wasn't super clean either. We waited 20 minutes for our food to come out, which again is okay when it's busy! It's WASNT BUSY. I can't stress that enough. The plates were hot, like sitting in the window too long hot. On June 5 at around 7pm my 2 coworkers and myself went to the ridege road location and had a very unpleasant experience. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times to the bar attendant, and our to go order of wings in our sampler was not included in our order. After getting off work and working 12 hours of ship work this was very unacceptable behavior on all accounts. Especially considering despite the bad attitude we tipped the bar tender 20$ on our 96$ order. They were clearly understaffed as we watched her serving us, the bar area and even delivered food to a table in the dining area. She was pleasant despite the overwhelm.
