I called and spoke to an associate and a manager. Neither bothered to apologize for the mistake and to be honest I got a bad vibe from the mngr when ge handed me my order. He didnt look at me...just handed me my bag and said nothing. He offered to refund by credit card or gift card. Since I prefer not to give my card details over the phone I asked if I could pick up the gift card the following day. After a brief hold he said that was not possible so I had to give him my CC # to be reimbursed. Why not just put my name on the books as a credit? Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth when stuff like this happens. Wings tasted dry and old...I can honestly say they were the worst wings I ever had. Thats it for the Riverhead location for me...I wont be back. Lets see if I actually get the refund!
