I could literally take a nap and my food still wouldn't be here. Do not recommend. Servers just stand around talking.

Restaurant was only about 1/4 full, but it took 10 minutes to even get asked for our drink order. Another 20-30 mins for appetizers to come out. We had a group of 3 people and 2 meals came out and almost 15 mins later we were waiting on the third meal. No one came to check on us, we had to find our waitress to ask. I wish i could give no stars. They service was absolutely terrible as well as the food. Our waitress seemed to be on drugs , she never refilled our drinks, didn't bring a to go drink , and was ver confused multiple times when she came to our table. She also had a terrible attitude and was not nice at all. The only thing on my party of 4s plate that tasted good was the mashed potatoes! We waited 40 minutes for our drinks then our salad ( which was a appetizer) cane out and we have to ask THREE different people for silverware so we had out salads for about 30 mins before we were finally able to eat it. Then the kitchen manager came out to let me know my steak was never put on the grill so we had to wait on them to cook it while everyone elses food was ready. Not to mention we had our one year old with us who by this time was throwing a fit! Will not go back to this location ever again. read more

We visited this location while on vacation. There were a few people waiting when we got there and we were told there was a 30 minute wait. We gave the hostess our name and waited. There were at least 6 empty, CLEAN tables and a few more that were not cleaned yet. We watched a group of girls come in and seat themselves right in front of the hostess who said nothing. We were finally seated at a table that had been clean since we got there. The hostess felt it more important to talk and giggle with people she seemed to know away from the hostess table than to actually greet and seat people. Our waitress was very pleasant, in fact she was probably the only pleasant part of this dinner. She took our very simple orders (appetizers and two chicken meals). Our two friends got salads with their dinner. Twenty minutes passed and they had not received their salads. There was a table behind us that had been seated since we walked in the door. So by that time I would guess at least an hour. The woman requested the manager. About ten minutes later the manager came out to speak to them. They were very upset with good reason. The manager said she would check on their food. She stopped by our table on her way back and asked if we were ok. We told her we had been waiting over 20 minutes just for our two salads. She said she would check on our food as well. The manager never came back to update us or the other table. Our waitress came back and apologized profusely and we understood she had no control over the cook. Another ten minutes passed and our friends finally got their salads. About 20 minutes later the table behind us finally got SOME of their food. They questioned the waitress and she said they were bringing the rest separately. Thirty minutes after that their sons grilled cheese and fries were finally brought out. Their youngest had already fallen asleep at the table. Our food came out before the little boys grilled cheese. We didn't ask for any receipt adjustment and tipped the waitress as we normally would. We just wanted to get out of there. By this time it was after 11 PM and we were beyond exhausted. I did see the manager taking some off the receipt of the family behind us. While waiting for our food I saw tables all around the restaurant asking for the manager as they had been waiting a long time for their food. I also watched people continue to come in, and they were told a 30 minute wait time with many empty tables. I assume they didn't want to seat people when they couldn't get the food out in a timely manor for those already seated. It is absolutely the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I wish I would have looked up the yelp reviews earlier - we could have avoided a long, unpleasant & ridiculous dinner experience. Not only was the restaurant mostly empty & the service slower then grandparent snails, the food that was served to us was completely wrong and suspiciously tiny portions. Let's just say we should've left after 20min of sitting and waiting on ice waters. If I could give a negative star I would, and I'm not hard to please. In fact, I'm extremely understanding & very knowledgeable in the restaurant/service industry. So for me to be absolutely disgusted at the service AND the food - it's bad. Not the best experience. Used a gift card and ordered on line. Order was 30 minutes later than promised. I arrived at the promised time and was told the waitress Kandy would get it. She took several orders before checking and when she did she went back to her whatever and told me to check if everything was there. It was cool as if it had been sitting for a while. Horrible service. I ordered online with a curbside to go pickup time of 8:00 pm. I arrived ten minutes early and did not go inside to find out what the issue was until 8:15. I explained why I was there and the waitress left me to go check on my food. While I was waiting a manager asked had I been helped. I informed her of the situation and all she offered was the rolling of her eyes. Finally the waitress comes back and hands me my food with no explanation. I ask what the hiccup was and she said she probably should have been checking to see if the food was ready. I asked if the food was warm, she replied it was because she had just taken it from the warmer. She offered me extra ketchup as a concession. Disgusted and disappointed are my sentiments. read more

I went on a Thursday at around 7 pm and we were basically ignored then put orders in they were out of most of the sides and they took along time ordered some drinks and waited more then 20 mins by that time the food had been eaten so I had to go up to the bar myself and ask for my drinks which hadn't even been started on I would have understood if they were busy but they weren't plus a good hostess should apologize if there was an issue they didn't I paid for food on the kiosk cos I knew it would be another 1/2 hr before anyone would come by my table Hopefully if you go there you won't have the same issue read more

This place's service, food, and staff need to be under review. Me and my family went around 3pm on a Saturday. Our waitress took our order. She didnt seem enthused at all about taking our orders. She was more nonchalant than anything. We ordered an appetizer when she took our drink orders and we didnt get that until about 45 minutes later. Then after waiting for so long it was a completely wrong order. The restaurant seemed like it was understaffed. About 20 people walker in and from my time calculations took 30-40 for a hostess or at least somebody to seat them due to low waiters. Run! We don't usually eat at Applebee's but someone had gotten us a gift card so we decided to use it. We waited a while to sit with many empty seats. So that already gave us a good inkling that they were understaffed. We got seated and about 3-5 mins later the waitress came (not long at all). I'm celiac so I was already hesitant about eating here but they had some gluten sensitive options so I chose one of them and let the waitress know I had a food allergy. She said she had to let the manager know and I said that's fine. My husband ordered a side salad and it took a very long time for him to get that. We had no silverware so when he asked for some she came back with plasticware stating that there wasn't any clean at the moment. (He had to eat his steak with a plastic fork and knife!!!) ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Wow! Our food came right after that and of course mine was a gluten nightmare. We NEVER EVER send food back but I was not looking forward to getting sick all night, so I did ask them to fix it. Let me just say that all I ordered was a salad with grilled chicken. Not that hard. She said the manager was going to come over and speak to us but that never happened. About 40-45 mins later my salad finally arrived. My husband already ate and we were just waiting. I was starting to feel a little lightheaded so I needed to eat or we would have just left. When it came to the bill, they charged us TWICE for my gluten-y salad and so then we had to wait for her to take that off and when we handed her the gift card to pay (MIND YOU THEY NEVER ONCE OFFERED TO TAKE ANYTHING OFF THE BILL) she kept coming back saying it declined. ‍ THREE TIMES that happened. I recommended the manager take care of it and finally it "worked". We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Never again. Had great service at the bar, we went on a Saturday night and there was only one bartender and she did a great job.

In the past two weeks I've been two Applebee's twice each time we were treated awfully. The hostess were not welcoming and made us feel unwelcomed with their nasty attitudes. On top of that they told us their was a 30minute wait when no one was there. The servers were refusing to take orders. And they left dirty dishes on tables so that they cannot sit people. The bar was filled with dirty dishes when asked if they would clean it out the staff ignored us. I am completely disgusted with the service, food and friendliness of the staff. I will be contacting corporate about this experience. I suggest no one come here until they get some better staff with customer service skills. read more

I am with most of the reviews of this place. I came here for a quick takeout Thai Salad and it took over 30mins. I am currently still here because once I got to my car I decided to make sure it was not missing anything and when I looked it was missing a sauce, almonds and edamame. I had to go back inside and let them know, I went back in my car and looked again and all they did was put awhole lot of almond Crumbs and still no edamame! Once again I went in and just told them to put it in a cup. All the bald headed bartender man said was that the cook was new. Why should I care that he was new? I am sure that Applebees has standards that all employees have to know before hire, especially cooks. Not once did the manager come out or was I asked if I wanted to speak to a manager due to all the inconvenience. I know this is just a chain restaurant and I do not have high standards for them but come on, how hard is it to mess up a shrimp salad where all you need to do is cook the shrimp, add the almonds and the edamame along with the sauce on the side. I will definitely not recommend this place and just a quick FYI, there was no more that 15 people in the restaurant. read more

This was the worst food experience of my entire life. First let me say that it took like 20 minuets just to get our drink order. which was the only semi desiccant fucking thing there. Then the lady brought our god damn appetizers and our main corse out at the same time. which brings me to the food itself littler the food taste like parrot shit. The fact that they can pass any city heath code is beond me. My pasta was undercook as well as my friends steak. There was a yellow substance in my pasta that of which I can only assume to be Lil Kim's Piss. It sure tasted like it. This restaurant took over 45 minutes to seat two people. We also had other people, who arrived after us, seated before we were. Once we finally got seated, it took 30 minutes after ordering our appetizers to receive them. We order our entrees at the same time as the appetizers, but it took an additional 30 minutes to receive them. Food was overcooked and not presented well. read more

The service was slow. The drinks weren't good. The counter was sticky and not wiped with a fresh cloth. They brought out my friends meal without his sides telling him they ran out. And he had to choose something else. They should've come and let us know once they found out instead of bringing him half a meal. Two simple orders- Queso Burger with pico on the side and Chicken Penne -shrimp Instead.... pick up food to find out they charged for Extra shrimp which wasn't ordered. Oh well it's on there we will pay for it. Almost as much bruschetta on the pasta as there is shrimp (remember there's extra shrimp!) I wanted some substitutions but I was scared to ask becaue he was so rude. And the. I got the two for twenty which has horrible choices but the lady for our group restricted us to only two for twenty. Then I ask for one substitution so that I could have and the boneless wings were the appetizer. My friends likes sauce but I don't so I asked for half plain and the other have with her sauce and they don't do half and half-rolled eyes- plain is not a flavor. You cook them plain. No silverwear. I went to this location yesterday and service was horrible. I came in around 4:15 and stood there waiting for at least five minutes for someone to greet me. I saw the servers just hanging out by the bar talking to one another so I seated my self. I literally waved someone down to come help. A young lady came and took my order. I waited over ten minutes for my food. Mind you at this time they were not busy. I had ordered a burger and fries with a side of bar b que sauce. When my food finally came my glass of water was still empty(since my server never came back until the food came) and I didn't get my sauce nor napkins or any utensils.
