My girlfriend & I used to love going to Applebees but since the start of Covid this place has steadily spiraled into a less happy place for us both to be. Most of the time there are so little staff running around that somebody greeting you at the door is next to a thing of the past. If you do happen to get seated w/o the extremely long wait you can be sure you'll be waiting for your food just as long as you would've been as the cooks are probably extremely understaffed too. Now if you choose to sit at the bar good luck b/c most times almost every spot at the bar is dirty & hasnt been properly cleaned since the last person sitting there. The bartender here likes to work slow so she's always busy & never has time to take your order, make your drinks, or clean the plates in front of you. The last time I was even charged double for both drinks I bought b/c she claimed she had poured a double when I was never even asked if I'd like that done for me. She even tried to charge me the non-half app price for something clearly on that menu during the accepted times. This place has become a joke. Come here at your own risk, & Applebees please hire new & better working. It's nowonder people don't want to work well for you when you pay them 3$/hr. read more

This was a great place to eat at. The overall restaurant was very clean and restrooms very clean. The waiter was very kind, went over the special menus, and answered any questions we had. I normally love Applebee's! But this Applebee's makes me not want to eat at Applebee's again. I give them one star because my husband liked his food but he's easy to please and won't complain if there is something wrong but I feel you should get what you pay for. In my experiences my food has never been fresh, for example my green bean fries, and when I sent them back they cam back full of grease as if they had just dunked them back in the grease. The wantons on my taco were burnt. The peach drink they advertised didn't even have peach in it. And whether they charge you for refills on certain drinks depends on your waiter, not what the menu actually says so your left confused. I'd just rather go to another Applebee's if I have a taste for it. read more

While, yes, this is a chain, I am rating this for several reasons. One, I have been here multiple times, and it started out fine but seemed to go downhill after a year- we weren't too sure why, but figured they may have hired a new cook and so took a hiatus. This last visit shows improvement and the quality is much better. Two, my brother ordered the steak and shrimp smothered in melted Parm with a side of fries, and was rhapsodizing about that steak the entire ride home. I did try a bite, and it was juicy and very well cooked- though not quite the "best steak I've ever had," as my brother said. (He has low expectations...) The service was also quite polite and helpful. I could not decide what to order out of two dishes, spicy shrimp and grilled dijon chicken, and our waitress recommended the chicken on the basis that one of her colleagues had it every day for a week after it had been put on the menu. I would not consider it quite that good, but was certainly well worth ordering. There seemed to be a bit too much cheese at first- I couldn't see the chicken under that, the peppers and the mushrooms- but that would be my only complaint. I was currently working at Applebee's maybe not too long ago on I just want to say that Applebee's cheats employees like absolute crap OK well I was working there I notice a lot of strange and awesome things that shouldn't have been going on it came to my attention when I was working there that Applebee's told me that the tips that I have earned I have to come in the next day and break my tips off as change even though those tips were for me I was told and forced to claim 100% of my tip even though after splitting it with a bar and host it was not 100% when you tip on card it does not go to your server it goes automatically to the store also while working at Applebee's as a 18-year-old girl just trying to make her way I was not only harassed but I was bullied and treated very poorly by a man in his thirties to 40s working there when I brought this to management attention I was told that the situation would have been taken care of but they chose not to fire him they let this situation escalate and continue I was informed that because he brought so much profit to the business that he would not be let go even after going higher up than him higher management did not care Applebee's is the worst place you could possibly go they are dirty and nasty please be very careful of where you let your children work and please be very careful where you eat. read more

If you compare it to any city restaurants, it's like a 1 or 2. Probably just because I am pretentious and would never really go to Applebee's in real life. Like, ever. But it's a chain and you can't really compare it that way. I stopped in here because the highway was closed and I needed to take a detour. Everything was backed up so I decided to stop and get something to eat. The area didn't have much to choose from. The three rating is because the waitress was so nice and the prices are super low. If I could give this place half a star I would, and only for the pure fact the food was edible. The service I experienced last night was inexperienced but felt confident enough to "remember" our orders instead of writing them down. BIG MISTAKE. We ordered drinks, I couldn't get what I wanted because they were out of an ingredient so 20 minutes later our server tells me this. I choose a new drink, mine of course finally came to the table after I was done eating my meal that I had to return due to it being wrong. I am usually not a fan of chains, but I have to give a thumbs up to this location. Our waitress gave outstanding service and our dinner came quick on a Friday evening. We both had the Shrimp Wonton Stir Fry, only 630 calories and out of this world! We had the Blue Ribbon Brownie for dessert! Ice cream and chocolate was decadent. I highly recommend. read more

I ordered takeout and did not done mine in. I ordered a 6 ounce steak with grilled veggies and a baked potato. Everything was pretty much on par for for what I paid for. The steak was a bit tough, but had flavor. The vegetables were very delicious, just wish there were a tad bit kore added as a side opposed to 3 pieces of zucchini. Lastly, the baked potato which was uncut in the middle, was fairly decent. I would come back here again to actually done in as I saw many advertisements regarding their happy hour. The environment was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend anyone coming here for to go orders anyway, I'll have to try the dine in soon. read more

Have you ever been to an Applebee's? If so, you know precisely what this place is like then. I usually try to be more descriptive in my reviews, but there's really not much more to say. Food is just fine, service is competent. Really the only thing different about this Applebee's any any other one in the country is the local memorabilia hanging on the wall, which is why I suppose they are so often to be found right along side hotels or off of highway exits (just as this one is!); people like what's familiar. read more

We ordered the 2 for $20 special via the online ordering system and opted for the Carside To Go. We asked for the Spicy Queso Blanco and Chips, Riblets Platter with french fries and a loaded baked potato, and Three-Cheese Chicken Penne. Additionally, we ordered an extra loaded baked potato side. When we arrived home, the cheese for the chips was cold despite being packaged in its own Styrofoam container inside the Styrofoam container containing the chips. Additionally, our baked potato side was missing. Both of these issues are unacceptable from a national chain restaurant. The chips tasted a little stale, and we just weren't impressed with the riblets and the penne. We won't be coming back to this Applebee's anytime soon. read more

I came to this location on 8.19.2018 with my partner. As we were coming in, an elderly white couple (who my partner held the door for might I add) came in with us. We came in first, I asked for a booth. We were told that there were no more booths. I looked around, saw empty booths and even booths that needed to be cleaned. The attendant repeated to us again that there were no more booths and asked if we would like a table. We reluctantly agreed and as we did, the couple points out open booths. The attendant says there are no waiters at the area with open booths. No more than 5 seconds after we sit down, we see the same attendant walk this same couple to a booth. Needless to say, we got up and left. They don't deserve our business. Only gave one star in order to write the review! read more

Five of us seniors had lunch there recently. The hostess was very nice but our server was somewhat confused. I asked about the QUESADILLA BURGER if it really looked like the one on the menu, as I had second thoughts if I can actually get my jaws around it as it looked to be 1-1/2" thick. She said yes, and that it was a very good choice. Well, it arrived and was only about 1/2" thick and a mess to eat. Blatant, false advertising. I also asked for well done, crispy fries and it was ignored. The beer selection was unknown as noone there could produce a beer list of their 7-10 taps. There were only 4 beers listed on the menu and I had to wait for the bartender who spent 10-15 minutes pouring me a draft. Only 4 people were at the bar. When it came time to pay, I was the only one who got a senior discount and she couldn't explain why, nor was she willing to correct the oversight for the others. I now know recall why I haven't been back to this chain in 20 years. read more

I generally avoid chains like these but alas, I was lazy and there was one in my hotel parking lot. Ordering online was easy and food was up on time. I thought maybe things have changed since I last ate at one of these a few years ago.....sigh....nope. Obviously, there's not much to expect here, but I can confirm that Applebee's food is really unappetizing, unsatisfying, and lame. The girl taking names was so soft spoken you could barely here your name being called. If I wasn't looking at her at the moment I wouldn't have heard her. On 10/24/18 i came into your restaurant around 9pm to eat with my birthday partner. The host at the door greeted us and we asked for a booth. Sje said could you wait a few minutes we need to clean the booth. Within a few minutes we wete seated. The waitress came over within a minute to greet and take our drink orders. I mention to her that this is a birthday dinner. Our drinks came fast,and we placed our order. I then noticed a family came in and seated behind us. We waited 10 minutes and another couple was seated along side of us. Now 15 minutes passed and i noticed the couple along us was served 20 minutes has now passed. I started to look for the waitress so i could say something. I saw her coming with food i thought was for us only to find it was for the folks behind us. Almost a half hour passed before we got our food and my btead 10 minutes late getting to me. All i now is that the way things went was soo dis-satisfying i will not go back there again, i fid speak with the manager about the long wait and she said she would give us a discount which didnt happen when the bill came so i decided not to leave a tip. Best service I ever received dining. Anil was my server and he honestly deserves recognition. He is probably the hardest working server I've seen and I've dined at high end and fast food establishments before. He was super attentive and he had a lot of tables to wait. Went out with two buddies. First, they fucked up the order. Waitress forgot to bring the rice and chef undercooked the steak. Second order, waitress forgot to bring an entree until we were done with food and were given checks. Lastly, they billed an order twice when we paid. I've frequently visited this Applebee's and even when there's been mix ups like one time they did give away our food, management apologized got our food to us as soon as possible and comped it. But this most recent visit was mistake, on top of mistake and more mistakes yet no one took responsibility and apologized or anything. We were seated and I didn't keep track exactly but it was over 15min and we realized we had not seen our server at all. It took some effort to get the attention of staff because they were all just blowing by, we were seated by the bar so it's not like we were tucked in the corner or anything. But when I finally got someone's attention I told him we'd been waiting at least 15 min and not seen our server, he said he would check and see who our server was as, I said thank you, about 5ish mom later a server comes up give his name and takes our order for drinks and food. Drinks come and apps arrive, with no issues however it was at least 40min from the apps arriving and we realized we've been waiting a while for our food. Our server is nowhere to be found, one person of our party goes to the hostess explains the situation and asks to speak to the manager, within 10min no manager comes but suddenly our food does start showing up, first 3 out six, two more, then the last dish comes but it's wrong. We're waiting on the last dish for at while and then we see the gentleman who took the order walk by and sees we're still waiting on the last dish, we tell him and he says ok and rolls his eyes and walks away. Still more waiting and we finally get someone else's attention and ask for a manager again. Manager does finally show up, the manager did listen to what we have to say there was no apology from any staff or any reason given for any delay, what so ever. Manager did tell us there was no bill and got boxes for the food. But it was to little to late at that point. Apologies should have been given from the start, with the gentleman who we had to flag down to locate our server. Major disappointment. read more

Horrible food. I can understand getting some things wrong occasionally like steak or seafood, but not a freaking salad. I paid a ridiculous amount for a Caesar Salad to go and got back to the hotel to find nothing but lettuce and chicken. No dressing whatsoever.
