Then we each ordered our respective boil buckets; I went with shrimp and crawfish with corn and potatoes in the restaurant's namesake sauce. The servers brought the boil bags and emptied the contents onto our place, providing a dizzy aroma of spices, oil and garlic that would remain on our fingers all day. We also bought extra servings of rice to sop up the leftover sauce after our seafood was consumed. My shrimps and crawfish (which I haven't had in some time) were all finger-licking delicious, thanks to the Seau de Crabe sauce that infused every bit of meat inside the crustaceans.
