This is the most honest guy I've ever dealt with - he was more focused on the solution than "the deal". I'm pretty handy, and when I explained my issue, and what I already tried, he sent me the replacement product part numbers to buy and said "you seem to know what your doing so here you go." Rob answers his own phone calls, gets a lot of information about your issues over the phone to try to help you, arrives to your house quickly, is a clean worker and doesn't try to pad the bill or rip you off. What else do you want from a repair outfit? I have used Rob at least three times over the last ten years. (Repeat business is always a good indication of quality work). He is priced fair, gives you a diagnoses and costs for repair and then does it quickly. Why did it take me so long to find these guys right here in town??? I would give them 10 stars, just like the other guy said. I had a washer that wouldn't spin, and everyone I called including the place (in town you know!) where I bought it...no one could come out or even sound interested in setting up an appointment. I was one step away from purchasing a used machine from some guy in La Habra that would take my old machine on a trade....when I found Rob Flowers. He came out the next morning with his son and within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem to be a broken piece of plastic tripping the lid switch. He fabricated a quick fix to the problem, but then continued to check out the whole machine from the motor to the transmission and belts etc. His son did a super job making sure the agitator was working well. I had been prepared to install a new motor because I love this old machine so much. I think any other technitian would have done just that and gone for the big payday. The best! So grateful to be reminded that kindness and integrity can still be found! My clothes dryer wouldn't turn on yesterday afternoon, and Robert and Dane (father and son) came this morning and replaced a switch very quickly and reasonably, and were very helpful and kind. When I called yesterday they gave me a couple of suggestions to try to see if I could get it going without needing a service call. A couple of years ago I called about a problem with my washing machine they said they wanted to save me the expense of a service call because from what I had told them I would need to replace the machine which was leaking from the bottom. read more

Wow! Had a washer issue and these guys (father and son) took such great care of me!!! They arrived promptly within the hour time frame the gave me and they were able to see me within 24 hours of my call. Other places were saying they couldn't see me for days... They figured out the issue quickly and had the part with them to fix my washer immediately. I'm so greatful to these guys! They even went above and beyond... Apparently my dryer doesn't have a proper vent out of the back so they took the extra time and effort to get their shop vac and vacuum out the area to prevent lent fires and have me tips as to how to fix that issue as well. I have to thank Rob and Dane for being truly exceptional, both in their knowledge and as people. Our 6 year old fridge stopped cooling, and when I called Rob, he suggested defrost I it fully and then plugging it back in as a starting point, before spending money on a service call. Already, great customer service! I tried this and unfortunately it didn't fix the problem. I called back and quickly got set up for a visit the next day. Rob and Dane arrived on time (wearing masks!) and immediately got to work. They were able to figure out pretty quickly that the parts for my fridge were no longer being made, and there was no quick fix and nothing they could do. They did not even charge me for the service call (though I would have happily paid!)! However, they let me know that I should call the manufacturer and explain the circumstance, noting that often the manufacturer will offer a substantial discount on a new fridge in these circumstances. When I called, it was absolutely word for word what Dane had explained would happen. While we did have to buy a new fridge, it was a fraction of the cost because of Dane's advice. I never would have known! I am so grateful and would definitely recommend them! read more

Second time I've called these guys. Will always call them first from now on. Called at 10 a.m. on a Wednesday, they came, fixed my fridge (vacuumed condenser, cleared blocked defrost drain, cleaned up after themselves) and were gone in less than an hour for the base 'service call' charge. Gone by 11. Father-son team work together like poetry in motion. Last time I called 'em (5 years ago, they remembered!) they came, sized up my washing machine, said 'we can fix it, but your money's better spent on a new one.' Did not charge for the advice. Where to even start? The dryer drum wouldn't turn and although I gave it a push and it started, it had been doing it last week. I had their sticker on the dryer door and I called this morning - it just dawned on me as I write this that today is actually a holiday, Labor Day! - and this wonderful father/son team came out within the hour. Very pleased to offer up a 5-star for this family-run business. I called this morning at 8:40 because our dryer kept running without getting warm. They immediately returned the call (since I called before business hours), and scheduled for an onsite diagnostic between 9-10am... Gave me the diagnostic price of $80 for the visit plus parts that should be on the truck- we originally thought it was a shot igniter. Long story short it was just a blown fuse, and to make doubly sure no other problems existed, checked lint trap/pipe to ensure no clogs or other problems... all good.. great price, fast service, and kind people... 5 stars!!! read more

They worked to see the trouble with my Maytag washer not spinning.
