    Came to fix my GE fridge . Asked for 400$ for the repair . 200$ for a fan and 200$ for labor, turned out the original part from GE is 60$

The technician failed to show up on time for the initial appointment. When he finally arrived and performed the "repair," he actually managed to break the drain line. This required a follow-up visit, which only added to the downtime and my growing frustration. To make matters worse, after paying $275 for what I thought was a completed fix, I realized the unit still wasn't functioning. When I reached out to the company to resolve this, I was told it would cost an **additional $275** on top of what I had already paid. When I questioned this, the administration was incredibly unprofessional. The admin became rude and dismissive, claiming they were giving me a "40% discount"--which felt like a slap in the face given the machine was never fixed to begin with. They even had the audacity to tell me it was "my fault" for not checking the technician's work more thoroughly while he was there. It is not the customer's job to perform quality control on a professional repair. Now, I am back at square one, out $275, and having to figure out a new issue caused by their incompetence. I strongly advise staying away from this company. Save your money and your sanity; go with someone who is punctual, skilled, and actually values their customers. **Will not recommend.** Update. Now 4/19 the dishwasher is completely stuck in heavy cycle and not starting at all. You can say all you want about your "professional repair", but at this point it's easier to get a new dishwasher than keep paying for every part to be replaced at extra cost. The technician had to comeback several times over 2.5 weeks and it's still broken. I reached out to your technician initially to request additional repair but asked for another person since the first guy who fixed my fridge awhile back did a great job. I started receiving messages from another person who never introduced himself and was extremely unprofessional, texting me rude messages and at this point I don't feel safe using you at all.

I…read moremade an appointment and besides showing up on time (yes, this is Las Vegas), Viktor came on the SUNDAY before Christmas! He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he had the needed part in stock. What? Not a wait for weeks?! Viktor returned the next day, on time, and quickly installed a new board that was needed. I was back in cooking business right away. Viktor was incredibly professional, polite and very personable. While I initially thought his quote was high, he was competitive with other repair companies. It's the new normal and still cheaper than having the replace an appliance. I will use him, again, and I highly recommend. Thank you, Viktor and Happy New Year!

Parts were purchased, and the process was started on 9 September 2025. Around december ofter many calls to please complete the work and set the temperature settings, Viktor quit and has not returned to date to finish the work. I have made dozens of calls and messages to him, and he ignores every call and message and does not respond. My stove stopped heating past 350 degrees, and the technician's diagnosis "that the membrane was damaged from "excessive heat" rather than normal wear and tear" felt unsupported given that I had photographic evidence from my 2021 and 2025 home inspections showing the panel's appearance had never changed. I felt my evidence and concerns were being dismissed. However, I'm updating my review because the owner personally reached out to me to discuss the situation. she listened, took my concerns seriously, and committed to making it right by covering the repair. That kind of accountability and customer care goes a long way. While the initial experience was rocky, the owner's willingness to step in and resolve the issue speaks well of the company's integrity. I appreciate businesses that stand behind their customers when it counts. Hopefully this is a sign of the service others can expect going forward. To add to that, this is the only company with great reviews AHS has in their vendor list. If you get them you are lucky. If they were not one of the verndors, I was going to cancel my home warrenty. Why pay for warrenty that you can never use when you need it.
