I had to call multiple times, was placed on hold repeatedly, and was asked to send pictures of the incorrect part more than once. I was assured that the correct part would be sent overnight on Monday, then Tuesday, but it has now been a week, and I still have not received it. So far, all I've been told is "sorry," with no credit or refund for the overnight shipping I paid for. I've spoken with Sally and Kathy and a gentleman today and still no part, but promised I will get it tomorrow- At this point, I'm extremely disappointed with the service and lack of follow-through. I ordered a burner tube for my clothes dryer but received a fill hose for a dishwasher. Not even close. I completed the form on their website the day I received the part. I then was asked to send a photo of the incorrect part which I did. A day later, I received an email apologizing for the mistake and asking again for a picture of the wrong part and also of the shipping label of the delivery box. So I sent a second picture of the part along with the label and requested they expedite the process as I am need of the part I ordered. That was over 24 hours ago and I have heard nothing. After giving this company the model number of my dishwasher and describing that I needed a new upper rack adjuster components, they sent me an incompatible kit. I was not made aware that there were two types of kits available. So, I was out $60. I was able to speak to a knowledgeable customer service rep. and have since ordered the correct individual components - another $204. They would not take the first kit back and give me a refund because I opened the small plastic bag of screws and very small parts. They emailed me a customer satisfaction inquiry and when I typed in what I typed here and gave them a less than great rating, I could not return the completed form. I'm sure that was by design and the reason their website has these great reviews. Buyer beware. If you receive your shipment only open the box and stop. Call customer service before proceeding. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not make a claim or re-ship, or cancel the order. Will have to order elsewhere, then return this one paying for shipping. Totally useless and not worth the hours wasted on phone calls with no resolution. read more

Then they will deduct the shipping charges again from your refund. Therefore you will pay shipping both was. I feel this is false advertising and designed to mislead the buying public. Charging shipping charges both ways for returns is bad business practices when they advertise free shipping. I do not recommend this parts store to seniors or veterans-- which I am both. read more

Ordered a washer part very late on a Tuesday evening around 10pm. I put a rush on the order to deliver next day, which was actually going to be about two days. Regular delivery was 8-10 days later, which was unacceptable. Early the next morning, at 8am, I called to cancel my order and was informed that it was too late to cancel my order. I checked Amazon and the part that I was ordering that cost $143 dollars at APP, cost $25- 30 on Amazon and could be delivered the same day without extra charge. Don't be dumb like I was, make sure you check Amazon first. I try to support business other than Amazon, especially local businesses, but paying more than 100 dollars more for the part is price gouging. And to add insult to injury, the actual warehouse is right around the corner from me. Lesson learned, this company's prices are sky high. read more

A company that lies to a customer can be assured of receiving a one star rating. Regrettably, zero stars aren't an option on Yelp. Appliance Parts Pros dot com advertises same day shipping. Promises, promises. I placed an order in the AM hours but wondered why the order didn't arrive on the day it was promised. I even paid extra for so-called, "fast" shipping. Come to find out from Federal Express, Appliance Parts Pros sat on the order until the next day. Of course, Appliance Parts Pros is claiming FedEx didn't pick up the order until the next day but FedEx generated a case number and instructed me to provide the number to Appliance Parts Pros dot com. The FedEx agent I spoke with said that a representative from Appliance Parts Pros would be able to examine the case number to confirm the details of the order. As the customer, I don't care, and shouldn't care whose fault it is. FedEx and Appliance Parts Pros can fight it out between themselves. Do not leave the customer holding the bag, or in this case, the late delivered bag. Appliance Parts Pro's chat representatives are unhelpful, complacent and terse. I couldn't even get one of them to accept FedEx's case number for future reference. The chat agent couldn't have cared less. If anyone is wondering what Appliance Parts Pros "Ships Today Guaranteed" promise adds up to, I am happy to offer some guidance. An Appliance Parts Pros chat representative informed me that if, for some reason, a part doesn't ship the same day (Monday through Friday, by the designated order cutoff time) the customer will receive a 20% discount. Oh, there's one small catch. The 20% off applies to your next order, not to your existing order, the order that didn't ship out the same day, as "guaranteed." Not much of a guarantee at all. More like deceptive advertising, in my humble opinion. At this time the person that it shipped to in Indiana is in the hospital and the part is sitting in front of her house. So NO! The washing machine is NOT fixed. LG sucks! I'm extremely disappointed. I'm giving customer service the benefit of the doubt, but super pissed that the company/warehouse they are using are incompetent fools! Long story short, I ordered an oven door hinge for my stove (part # 318348800) and was sent the incorrect side! I called and spoke with a rep, he apologized and sent me out a replacement ASAP! Approximately two days later I received the part...it was the same exact part previously sent to me! I called again and spoke with another rep. Rep apologized, said she was going to send a template to the warehouse to confirm that parts are not accidentally being switched and/or sent/packaged incorrectly! Approx three days later I received the part, and it was the same exact (incorrect) part! I called AGAIN and spoke with an extremely nice lady named Sally! I explained to her the situation and she empathized and did her best to help fix the situation. This time around I had her refund me my money so that I could place an order for the opposite side oven door hinge (part # 318348801) in the hopes that I would finally receive the correct part. Well, approximately two days later (today, 12/06/19), I come home to find that part # 318348801 is the SAME EXACT PART AS THE PREVIOUS THREE!!!!! These hinges are NOT interchangeable, they are side specific!! So, for the last and FINAL time, I called Appliance Parts Pros and had them refund my money...again! I will be taking my business over to HD Facilities Maintenance in City of Industry, CA. If they can't help me, well then I guess I'll just have to start manufacturing these parts myself! read more
