Our freezer had an awful suction problem. After opening it and closing, we literally could not open it again for 20-30 minutes. It was incredibly inconvenient when putting away groceries, making a smoothie, getting ice for water, etc. We called, he picked up. No issues scheduling. He was quick to diagnose and resolve the issue - taking apart the back end of the freezer and melting the clogged drain. It was a simple fix but not obvious to us in any way. He spent almost an hour melting the water, cleaning, melting, cleaning. Total cost - one hour of his time. I'll call again. read more

STAY AWAY this guy "Phil" is a complete scam artist , he went to repair my washing machine, a day later doesn't work. tells me I need a new motor after supposedly replacing the capacitor. i give him credit card payment to buy the motor. he tell me many times he will be there to fix. I wait a whole day....nothing. next day says he will be there...nothing. then he stops responding to texts and phone calls. scammed me out of $525. seems from reviews he has done this before. "Dr. Phil" the self-described "appliance doctor" is a QUACK! He has failed to fix my broken ice maker. I paid him $375 and my ice maker does not work. He has stopped taking my phone calls after multiple attempts to have him come back to fix. I rarely give bad reviews, but Phil is incompetent and a liar. read more

This guy might just be Keyser Söze, because he is everywhere and nowhere at the same time....and I never even saw him. He never even gave his name or the name of the company when he picks up the phone. Just lies through his teeth; "I'm in the area. I'm close by. You're my next call. I'll definitely be there tomorrow." All untrue. Absolutely impossible to pin the guy down for an appointment. He doesn't even give you a window of when he'll be at your house. All he has to do is tell people the truth. If he has no availability - tell them. Tell them when you are available. This seems like too much for him. So, if he lies so much about coming to do a repair....how much does he lie about the actual repairs and cost? I will never know, because he was a no show. Never called me back - after two voice mails and 4 conversations. Just strung us along. We cut ties before wasting more time on him and probably regretting hiring him. Seeing people from 15+ miles away hiring him. Huge nope. Find someone in your area first. This guy ghosts you before even providing service. I can't imaging him actually honoring his work. read more

Like others, this guy came same day, and then ripped me off, overcharging me for parts and labor. Stay away!!

Woke up to a non working dryer. Called early in the morning and had a same day appointment, came within 3 hours and communicated a few times with updates on when they would arrive. They were quick to identify the issue and quick to repair, perfect for when you are trying to get to the beach. Price was fair as well. read more

Called appliance pro For a fridge that was not cooling. They were good about answering the call and sending someone out same day. The only complaint is that I thought the cost of part and labor was high. Tech was quick to diagnose. He said he had part with him so that was no waiting on parts. Tech did not state on receipt the breakdown of cost of part just said it was expensive. Tech did not itemized the receipt for labor which the 120.00 was to go towards repair. Cost was over $500 so if the inspection fee was deducted then this repair would have been in the $600 range. I thought it did not take tech to diagnose and replace part long but cost is high for same day For a control panel replacement. I do hope that solves the problem. What aren't they telling you? You're required to pay $120 just for the technician to come to your location, a detail conspicuously absent from the website. Essentially, even for a minor repair - take, for instance, one of the most prevalent dishwasher issues, like water leaks caused by a worn-out door gasket (a $50 part) - you'll still be charged the fixed $120 fee. They are going to charge you more, no matter what. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but this guy really was Great! I was losing about $300 worth of food when my refrigerator was going warm and I called Appliance Pro and he came out a few hours later. He fixed it in 20 minutes and it was expensive at all. I would recommend to everyone! read more

One STAR is even too much...... I called this morning for Washer problem, he told me will be here between 10-12 if anything will call you. I was waiting until 12:30 no calls at all. He called me at 2:12 and said we are little behind will be their in 15 minutes. I told him not to come since I already called sears home service to come out.
