Every time a tech was scheduled, they canceled last minute. The first technician was rescheduled after a week, and when he finally arrived, he only diagnosed the issue. We had to schedule another appointment to fix it, which was rescheduled to the following week. They claimed to have fixed the dishwasher, but it still doesn't work, and they couldn't get someone out to re-diagnose the problem until three weeks later! The real issue is their inability to keep staff, so appointments are constantly getting pushed back. When they do manage to send someone, all they do is talk about how new they are and how little they know about the job. It's beyond frustrating. Avoid them at all costs!!!
