    I just have to give a shout out to John. I've owned a Samsung refrigerator for the last eight years…read moreand have had it looked at three times. First time for a replacement of the icemaker and another for temperature problem, third time same problem as #2. Couldn't get my refrigerator below 44° I was told that's just how low it goes, so years of spoiled food, and a change of home warranty company. I thought this cannot be right! Choice warranty set me up with California TV appliance center. John knew my Samsung refrigerator inside and out.! he gave me instruction (which I should've received when I first purchased the unit) and lo and behold, Just a couple pushes of a button and my refrigerator now at 35°. I can't thank John enough! for all his knowledge and for just being a decent human being and taking the time to teach this old lady how to work her refrigerator ! I can't tell you how happy I am! all this time ....just shaking my head!

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE…read more I'm serious take your money elsewhere because you'll just get conned out of your money. We got a washer and dryer from here for like $450. They came with a 30 day warranty. Oh and it's non-refundable only exchange but they didn't tell us that before the purchase I'll also add. -- anyways, we got it because we wanted a matching set and it was the only one he had; the first run of the washer flooded our garage. They took it back and fixed it. Brought it back. It broke again, they sent someone out 3 times and ended up taking it back in for repair, then IT FLOODED OUR GARAGE AND INTO OUR PLACE. This was all within 30 days. He knowingly sold us a malfunctioning washer that could have damaged our house. I politely requested a refund to which he refused and said well it's used, yeah well in the eyes of the law that's both morally and ethically wrong. He claimed he kept trying to fix it so that's his end of the bargain and I finally said I don't care! He kept saying I'll fix it and I told him then pick it up, which he did. We went the following day to speak to him about getting a refund: so the nice white guy who has been trying to help us called and the owner conveniently said it'd be 45 minutes before he'd be back so the kid told him we would like a call to which he never called back. 4 days later I went in, owner still not there and the kid calls and I said just give us the tv (the only one they had) and the owner agreed to it. I just figured my hands would be washed. Got the TV took it home and found out the screen is dying and flickering and they were going to charge someone $245 for this thing! WOW! Another thing going wrong but unfortunately by this time I am not even surprised I mean the thing was dusty but whatever! This man has 0 business ethics and personal morals. He knowingly sells defective items to people and refuses refund, so it's a con! The white guy was nice but the owner is unprofessional, lacks communication skills and has no sense of human decency in a pandemic. Not only should he be ashamed, he should be closed down. We bought a brand new Samsung washer from Home Depot and it's amazing. We will definitely finance our dryer once that breaks too! Home Depot is well worth the money. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
