Fraudulent practices!! I was told we would be getting a new floor sample refrigerator without any blemishes. I requested a picture of the model and serial numbers. They send it to me. I verified that it was in fact from 2025 like they promised. It was. The day of delivery, they said there was a tiny ding on the right door and asked if I wanted it replaced or get a small discount. I opted for replacement. They delivered it the same day. After they left, we noticed the top corners were extremely worn out. Looked very old. I called the sales person. She was very apologetic and said someone would come out to replace the parts either same day or the next day. I inspected it more thoroughly and found dents and scrapes on top of left door as well. Then I took a picture of the refrigerator serial number and realized that the edges were peeled and replaced. They actually peeled the sticker from another refrigerator and placed it over this used one!! I'm including pics of everything so you could see how shady these people are. After I texted the sales person, she silenced all my messages and no one ever showed up or called me back. It's been almost a week without a peep. I left numerous messages via phone and texts. I'll be filing a complaint to the California Attorney General's Office, the California Department of consumer affairs, as well as the federal trade commission for their fraudulent practices. I purchased the Viking refrigerator from Appliances Services & Wholesale Liquidations Inc. in November. There were a couple of parts that were missing and they promised me they would order them and I would have them within two weeks. They also gave me a one year warranty on the refrigerator. I've been having problems with the icemaker dispenser. I mostly dealt with Sharon, but also dealt with the owner. Multiple times I was told that the parts had been ordered and that someone would be coming out for the repair however, they never showed up. They never called and to this day nothing has been resolved. Well, I feel I got a good deal on the refrigerator. They follow up and customer support ranks zero out of 10. Based on other reviews, it looks like this is their standard practice. So if you buy anything from them, just make sure that you are happy with the product because you will get no support afterwards. read more

Yelp Reviews BUYER BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I purchased a SubZero from Eric at Appliance Warehouse in October 2025 when my kitchen was being reconstructed. On Facebook Marketplace, Eric advertised it as a 650 built in 2006, but what was delivered was a 550 built before 1996 because that is the last year they built them. The screen on the top did not fit the appliance nor did the kick plate. Do not trust them, they are not honest and do not follow through on promised warranty. At first I thought it was just a mistake during delivery and that the would bring me correct screen and kick plate. After a week of not hearing from them, I further investigated and discovered it was not the promised refrigerator. I have been waiting for the correct refrigerator since. It was after it was installed, that I looked inside the compressor to see that it was a 550 and not the 650 as they promised. Since then, they have promised me refrigerators and never delivered. We purchased a dishwasher directly from this business. On the original delivery/service date, no one showed up and there was no communication, so I had to call and reschedule. Exactly one month after purchase, the dishwasher broke down. It was still under their three-month guarantee. What followed were numerous texts and phone calls from both my husband and me. My husband was asked to text a copy of the receipt, which he did, but no one followed up. I also texted the service contact and his supervisor with no response. At one point, my husband went to the store in person and found it closed. A service visit was eventually scheduled. I made sure someone was home and paid for the service, but no one showed up. After going in person and speaking with the service coordinator, we were given another day and time. Again, the technician did not arrive as promised and ultimately showed up hours later with the wrong address. After the visit, when we ran the dishwasher, water spilled onto the floor. We were told they would need to return again. This entire experience occurred while the appliance was under guarantee. Clear communication, honoring scheduled appointments, and properly completing service would have made a significant difference. All of the other one star reviews are very accurate. We bought a fridge from them a few weeks ago. They are VERY quick to respond when you are interested and they were also very quick to deliver and install the fridge and get paid. That is all that they care about. After a few weeks we found out there was a leak from the fridge because they did not install one of the water lines correctly. The leak has gone into our flooring and under our floor boards and we are most likely going to have to replace all of the flooring in our kitchen because of them. Of course I reached out to them to have someone come out to fix the leak. They said someone was going to come on a specific day and of course they never showed up and now they are not returning my calls or texts. I decided to just reach out to a different appliance repair company which is going to cost $350 for the repair when this fridge was sold to me with a "4 month warranty". I was hesitant to even have their repair person come if they could not install it right the first time. Do not buy anything from this company even if it seems like a good deal. I Bought a (like new )42" fridge from this distributor. It stopped producing cold air in less than 1 year. They returned to try and fix. Butchered the fridge to repair it. But it didn't last much more than 1 more year. Now they offered a replacement that I agreed to accept since then they stopped responding and I can't get an answer. Very poor customer service when it comes down to issues. They brought an item that I was aware had lighting issues, however, when they delivered it, it was a whole different story. The doors of the item weren't aligned, causing the refrigerator to not be able to close. Communication was good until they showed up to deliver the fridge. I asked for service, or at least some acknowledgement to the refrigerator's poor condition and they haven't answered my messages. 2 week update: Range arrived with some issues we pointed out not fixed. When powered up, control board blew up due to an internal short since the 240vAC cables were held together by electrical tape. They came out a couple times to try and resolve the matter, but ended up replacing with a different range. This one arrived with even more issues and also configured as propane vice NG. They came out several times again to try and resolve, but each time they came out, more things got messed up (dropping broiler door chipping the porcelain, bending and misalignment of panels and trim, missing screws, rubber gaskets eroded, etc). I knew these were "refurbished", but the quality of the refurbishment was extremely poor. Customer service was poor. Technician knowledge was poor. No sense of remorse or empathy. I was completely duped by these scammers. They lied on how old the Viking range was that I bought then when it had a few issues they kept saying they would come fix it but never gave me a date. I've been trying for 6 months now. They just ignore my texts and phone calls even though they agree it's covered under their warranty. They also purposely scraped off the serial number so I wouldn't figure out how old it was (like 10 years old!!!). I had a Las Vegas Hispanic owned business look at it and they told me I paid WAY too much and these guys were KNOWN in the Hispanic business community as unethical. They lure you in with low prices but are selling VERY old junk and then won't fix it when it doesn't work from install. I will be filing a small claims suit against them for $8000 if they don't fix it this month. Luckily I have character witnesses here that will testify as well to the quality of their product.
