If I could leave less I would.... April took almost twice as long as she quoted me, and didn't even finish the service. I left her chair after a miserable 11 hours, with a mullet and unblended hair. Unfortunately I am not exaggerating about the time, as I got there at 9am, and left at 8pm. She then refused to color match my hair the following week without charging me. Her texts said multiple different things and went back and forth about charging me when I have previous messages about how color matching is part of the service. It ended with her telling me to go see someone else. Which I have, and have learned how poorly my extensions were installed, damaging my hair. She will tell you how much the hair is, but is over charging by hundreds on decent hair, at most. She uses cherry to scam you out of thousands of dollars then tells you to go have your hair finished by another stylist. I have heard many stories about previous clients that have had similar stories, so I know I am not the only one she screwed over. Don't go to April unless you want to see a stylist that will screw you over, leave you completely unsatisfied, and be extremely unprofessional during the longest appointment of your life. Response: April, you response is incomprehensible, and literally makes no sense. First off, I did seek your service within 7 days, which we planned for during my initial appointment. You never stated at that time you would be charging me again. At that point I would have declined any other service, and ask you to have done the color matching. Yet after asking you to clarify your first text, you kept stating different things. See screen shots. Not sure what you are quoting, because I have never said anything you quoted as being my words. Secondly, I saw ONE stylist, who is highly trained in IBE. There is no reason to spew false information on what I did. I found a stylist who could fix my mullet and bring me closer to what I imagined. She also stated that I am not the only one who has had the same issues with you. I NEVER once said anything to her about pre-booking and it being too costly. So it would be nice if you keep your thoughts about my personal finances to yourself. It was the stylist who actually said there were others she recommended, if I couldn't get into see her or too expensive. You weren't there, so no need to speak about conversations you were no part of. Yes I contacted cherry because you didn't provide the full service I paid for. That is generally how it works when you don't receive something you paid for. You are the one scamming people by collecting full payment ahead of time, and refusing to finish the service. I paid for the hair, and that was your choice to put that many wefts in. But if it is my hair, then what exactly is your point? Yes, you provided keritin treatment, but I would have much rather had you color match my hair than do that "out of the goodness of your heart". The fact that I am one of many women, that you have done this too, is the problem. Oh and the forms, that you didn't actually have me read, wrote with in sharpie, to the point where it wasn't legible and did not provide me with a copy.... Keep mentioning those as like they are relevant. read more

I came in with my hair a hot mess from my last stylist who had chopped off nearly 4 inches of my extensions after trying to even them out after not putting them back in properly. Great Service! Worth every penny!! I have very curly hair and have had some bad experiences getting cuts. From the moment I walked in the salon I knew my visit with April was going to be good.
