The only two points I would raise that made it less than five-star service are: - I had asked them to check out a problem area of trim/fascia/soffit and let me know what could be done about it; the PM confirmed they would but then I didn't hear anything back about it and the crew cleaned up and left without a word. - While the crew did an immaculate job cleaning up my driveway and front yard area, they did a very poor job cleaning up my back deck. I swept it the next day and found about a dozen nails and staples that my children could have been injured on.

Our project manager, Mo, did a great job of explaining the process and kept us informed at each step. He tried to keep the scope and timeline of work reasonable, but always let us know when something might or wasn't going to plan (which happened a couple of times). The crew made pretty quick work of the remediation/demolition and the rebuild. The timeline estimates were always realistic and pretty close to actual. The only thing that maybe could have been better was the cleaning crew. They did the big things (vacuum, mopping, etc) but afterward we noticed a lot of dust that should have been removed. Minor in the big picture.

They are not licensed to do business in any of the locations listed on their website. Unless you can get them to give you an actual street address where you can walk in and talk to them, you have no way to identify who they are. One of the addresses in Baltimore, MD went to a call Center owned by another company. Several addresses went to various UPS Stores. Do not do business with this fake company.

A quick yelp and Google search for a carpet cleaning company brought me to this guys. I called pretty bummed and freaked out. I was answered immediately (8:30AM mind you) and spoke to Mike (Later on I found out he's one of the owners). He calmed me down said not to panic, told me they don't have anyone available until late afternoon but that they'll be sure to put me on they're scheduled the very same day. About 30 minutes later Mike called to let me know that all of the technicians were booked but instead of letting me down he said that he'll come and take care of in person. I was so impressed with his customer service and shocked by his dedication. After the carpet cleaning service was done the stain was completely gone, the carpet looked as if nothing happened to it and Mike made sure that all was taken care of. I actually had him do a site visit (very reasonable trip cost), just to be sure, and it confirmed our decision. Net it out, integrity and ethics. Would be my first call for any job in his category.

He brought all the equipment in and got everything setup for the drying and clean up, taking care to move my dad's furniture.
