Absolutely terrible experience. Their cleaning consists of a quick swipe of their rotating brush. They didn't even follow the shape of my teeth as they moved the brush across. They did not floss or try to do anything under my permanent lower retainer. All three of my kids have had cleanings there as well with the same experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When two of my kids were being seen at the same time, the dentist would tell me about my daughter's teeth, it was really confusing because he was actually talking about a different patient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My fillings were a joke. It like he just drill a bunch of holes and slapped some filling stuff on top. Two of my teeth had filling gunk going over the top of them. I couldn't even floss. Other areas were just really rough with no effort to smooth them down. It was so unprofessional. I came in with a broken tooth and a bad cavity there. He poked at it so hard that it flared with pain. I asked him what he was doing and he just told me he had to. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I felt like I was thrown into some weird maze thing, not knowing what's going on while people are pushing me from all sides to get me out of there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm supposed to go back after my root canal from someone else, but there is no way I'm going back. Or my kids. When getting X-rays, the thing they put in your mouth was jammed into mine. I was asked to hold it there. While I was holding it, he then decided to do all the prep work for the X-rays. Like, now that it's very uncomfortably in my mouth he typed some notes, got the let protective cover, turned the machine on, THEN he finally took the picture. And instead of removing the plainly object in my mouth first he did everything else first and forgot it was in my mouth. This was a repeat accurate with each picture! I have never feared the dentist before. After seeing these guys I went somewhere else for my root canal, when they laid me back I started crying because I was afraid my last experience was going to happen again. The staff was kind but the work was so sloppy and unprofessional. They did a cleaning that consisted only of a quick swipe with the polishing tool, no scraping or gum-line work, not even a flossing or fluoride. He decided to fill a couple of chips quickly, but just slapped on some filling material and called it good. He did not check my bite or anything. It felt odd and lumpy and hit another tooth when I bit down. When I got home I discovered he had melded two teeth together with no way to floss between them. I poked at it and all the new filling material just fell off. Soon the other chipped tooth's filling fell off as well. So I paid $99 for basically getting the equivalent of a toothbrush cleaning. The waiting room carpet had big stains all over it and smelled so strongly of air freshener that I got a headache. The clinic walls and floors looked dirty and old. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not only does he not treat his clients right, but he also doesn't treat his workers properly either.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When he brings you in for an interview he will turn around and ask you to come back for an unpaid working interview. If he decides you're a good fit, he doesn't put you on the payroll for months and pays you under the table. Then when you receive a check, you can't cash it and then he refuses to pay you another way and blocks your number. Then on top of all of this, they have ants and mice that they won't take care of. There are mice droppings everywhere and they won't clean it up. I hope this reaches people before they try there luck their as a client or a employee. read more

I wish I could praise this practice because they were able to help me during a dental emergency, but after some appallingly bad visits, I simply cannot. During my initial visit I had to ask them to polish my teeth as part of my hurried 10 minute cleaning. Confusion ensued. The doctor came in to examine me, and I had to let him know that someone needed to complete the cleaning. He brushed it off as a simple oversight. My second cleaning was equally quick and perfunctory. Angel only flossed one side of each tooth. On another visit, a technician was unable to correctly take (unnecessary) X-rays. Dr E stated he was a new employee. This dental assistant said I had no need to feel anxious as I was only there for a cleaning and X-rays - absolutely NOT why I was there. I'm surprised he entered the room without any knowledge of the patient he was about to see and the care expected. He actually asked to put the wrong end of the X-ray component into my mouth. [[HIGHLIGHT]]All the paperwork given to me for referrals has been copied and recopied so many times that the name of the clinic was cut off. This makes it feel haphazard, and like they don't care about professionalism.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The office itself is damp and musty. Everything is dusty and outdated. Each visit made me feel less confident about the care I was about to receive. The quality of the care feels less than and it isn't for me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On a positive note, everyone working there is very friendly and kind, especially the doctor's wife.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The crown Dr E gave me seems to be doing its job well and I've no complaints about that. I just called this place to see if they were accepting new patients & my insurance because I have state insurance and my dentist instructed me to find a place that offers sedation (because I can't handle the pain) and they were SO unprofessional! I was not the patient, but my friend asked me to come with them because they get nervous for dentist appointments. Even though I was not the patient, I am writing what I witnessed when I sat with my friend for their appointment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dental assistant michela was very empathetic and knowledgeable. New insurance meant a new dentist. I found APY for my Grandson and [[HIGHLIGHT]]they were able to schedule appointments that were not months out. They had a cancelation and called to see if we wanted to come in early.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They sent me forms ahead of time that I could fill out and when I called with questions they were friendly and addressed all of my concerns.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When we arrived, they had a full waiting room and I worried how long it would take. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Staff was friendly and very helpful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My Grandson was taken back only 20 minutes after his appointment time. That is less time then most physician offices. My son went there for 2 years and every 6 months on the dot. Now he needs $2500 in dental work done that should have been found earlier.

If I could rate it less than one star I would, came here to get teeth extracted the dentist said he couldn't and would refer me but found some cavities that needed to be cleaned and treated. He did one tooth a day when he could've easily did all three in the same day. Didn't ask any questions didn't seem to care at all and when he did my cleaning he left plaque all bottom canine teeth and only got my teeth 21-24. I can still see plaque build up in my teeth. Do not come here the staff is nice but the dentist is lazy and doesn't seem to care about his patience would not recommend to anyone read more

Showed up over an hour early and didn't get called back until an hour and 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Husband came in for a broken tooth repair and left with nothing but a rushed cleaning. The light they use to see in your mouth still had previous patients bodily fluids on it. They billed insurance without treatments, when confronted and asked them for treatment plans and quote, and consent forms for the treatments, they don't have any of that, and they said it was "verbally consent". How can you do any type of medical treatments without a written consent?? The staff are all sweet. However, I showed up for an appointment and I didn't get called back until 30 minutes later. I was finally called back and was kept waiting another 10 min in the chair for my fill. I told the staff I was leaving because I had an appointment by a certain time and he said to give him 10 minutes and he'll have my fill done. I am unsure why I even got back into that chair, and let someone do work on my teeth within 10 minutes. It was rushed and I didn't feel like I benefited from this visit. I read the first review on this place while I was sitting in the dentist chair. I seen that the person with the first review had all but one negative reviews so I decided to go with it, maybe she's hard to please. The experience was fine my first time, the staff are incredibly friendly. I went back the next day and there was one MA and one of him. Me and a couple other people were all scheduled at the same time. I waited 30 minutes and the dr took 15 minutes to complete my fills. It was so quick I am unsure it was completeled correctly. I had one chipped tooth and a hole in the other. Any time I've had a fill I've had some type of numbing agent to help with pain or discomfort... I didn't get ANYTHING, nor was I offered anything. About halfway through the fillings it started to hurt and I mentioned numbing and the doctor implied it wouldn't make a difference and they were almost done. I'd never go back for the sole reason, but also because of cleanliness. I feel like giving someone used and gross sun glasses says a lot about that dental office. Needless to say I brought my own glasses for the second and last trip. read more

Went into this office after having a cleaning with them that was fine last year. I was concerned about my dental hygiene due to a permanent retainer that made it difficult to floss. Doctor didn't even acknowledge my retainer problem, didn't give me options on what to do or advice, and gave me a 5 minute cleaning and the messiest fastest fillings I've ever experienced. I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes. The tech doing the X-rays was rude and just expected me to automatically know what to do, and I never got to see the X-rays either. Now, three weeks after my sub par cleaning and minor fillings, I have found that one of the fillings isn't properly done, and the same tooth has a crack in it that went completely under the radar to the doctor and all X-ray techs. I haven't eaten anything that would cause a crack so I'm assuming because I'm on state insurance he didn't want to acknowledge actual problems. I wouldn't recommend going here at all, try literally anywhere else. Not to mention the office is in an old house, that is extremely outdated and doesn't feel like a clean or sterile environment at all. read more

Im really not a fan of any dental work due to past experiences from other dentists, but overall the 3 appt that I had gone to back in June 2021 really weren't too bad. The gal who did X-rays made me feel very comfortable and reassured me the dentist was good and knew what he was doing. I really liked her she made me not worry and before I knew it my appt was done. The dentist was very nice and respectful Thank you ALL I would recommend this dentist to my family and friends. I will be going again when I need to!! read more

No, No, NO!!! This dentist was awful and tried to take advantage of me!!! The person that took xrays WAS NOT certified and the XRAYS were unusable. The dentist PRETENDED to do an exam and then told me I needed an expensive deep cleaning AND a crown! I left and two days later drove to my old dentist in Beaverton, Oregon where surprisingly my teeth looked great! NO deep cleaning and NO crown! And on top of this, the office had the nerve to bill my dental insurance. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!! read more
