Clint's professionalism at the consultation, his informative handouts, and his consideration of my vision gave me confidence in the team. Blue Haven gave me a 3D scope of what my pool would look like without the extra costs. Despite the initial mess, the process was smooth, and the communication was top-notch. The Director, David, made us feel comfortable through the process and worked diligently to get my pool up sooner than the original plan. As a business owner, I was impressed by the teamwork and punctuality of Blue Haven Pools. Their enthusiasm was infectious, making the project even more exciting. When concerns were brought to the company's attention, the response was disappointing, and I was left feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not justify the cost, and I would advise others to thoroughly inspect all work and get clear commitments regarding quality standards before hiring this company. Most recently they came out to fix an uneven tile and again the workmanship is very poor. Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.
