They said they make the custom kitchens mostly offsite and finish a few things onsite. So i am not sure what the 10% fee is.

Pat was our delivery guy and that went smooth. He even told us to reach out to him with questions and he could either help us or give us some numbers for servicing if needed. He did respond in the beginning but that subsided. Fast forward to December, 5 months later, and we have a leak. Called AL for customer service and then LPI from Tennessee calls you back. They said "sorry, but your labor warranty is only 3 months" so you will have to pay to have a repair service come out. This just tells me that they know their products aren't reliable and that this is a common problem. I was able to send them pictures of the water, but none of where the actual leak was coming from. They were able to send me the parts based off of the pictures which tells me that they already knew what the problem was. I am very disappointed in the product and customer service at this point. I will not recommend them ever.

John claimed on 06/08/2020 the confirmation was sent on 06/04/2020, I double checked my email and my spam folder, there was NOTHING. John said he would reach out to, I guess the corporate office and let me know. I contacted John 3 times today and have not received a single response, not even a "hey, I'm waiting for an answer". Needless to say, I would rather wait 10 months to receive a hot tub from a professional and responsive company than deal with Aqua Living. Very frustrating!!!!
