What needs improvement- project manager didn't respond in a timely manner or not at all. Never picks up the phone. This is the main contact for the project and this added to undue frustration. Good communication is key to any project. It seems it's hard to find good people that have the skills to do this now adays. I will continue to recommend Shasta as they do build a great but just don't expect great communication unless they get better project managers

However, it often felt like we were receiving only the basic level of care while paying the premium price. The quality of the cleanings was inconsistent. There were many times when, within 20 minutes of the technician leaving, dirt had already settled back to the bottom of the pool, making it clear the pool had not actually been vacuumed, despite vacuuming being listed as a service performed "as needed." I also frequently had to call to follow up on missed or incomplete services. The scheduling was frustrating as well. My service day was changed frequently without much consistency. On the occasions when I had a technician who did an excellent job, I called to request that person return for future cleanings, but those requests were never honored. The cancellation process was the most disappointing part of my experience. After moving out of state, I canceled my service, yet I had to call three separate times because my account continued to be charged after the cancellation request. While there were some technicians who did great work, the overall inconsistency in service quality, lack of follow-through, and billing issues left me unable to recommend this company, especially for anyone considering the more expensive premium service plan.

I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

From the first meeting, he was on time, focused, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. Another thing that stood out is that Hektor was hands-on throughout the entire project. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. Once the weather cleared, he showed up right on time, suggested raising the patio height (which turned out to be the best decision ever), and coordinated the stucco work so everything looked seamless. The patio turned out beautiful, and he followed up afterward to make sure we were completely happy. I am extremely disappointed with Trilogy Pools and would not recommend their services to anyone. Over multiple visits, they repeatedly broke the ropes on my pool cover and never once took responsibility for the damage. Each time I brought it up, they deflected the issue rather than admitting any fault or offering a solution. Worse yet, they managed to break my two-year-old pool pump, leaving me with costly repairs. They also left my gate open allowing my dog to get out. It's clear that customer service and accountability are not priorities for this company. I expected far better care and professionalism, especially given the specialized nature of pool maintenance. If you're looking for a reliable and respectful pool service, look elsewhere. read more

We've used Trilogy Pools since November 2020 when we needed to have our pool drained. They gave us a reasonable estimate and the service was excellent. We decided to take the weekly full service after that and have been completely satisfied. We've found everyone from the owner, the service manager, the office staff and the service / repair people to be professional. Trilogy's website describes the services they provide in detail along with tips for maintaining one's pool. Tag, our regular service man, is conscientious, pleasant and knowledgeable and answers any questions we have. Our dog likes him a lot since he brings dog biscuits. Mary M read more

They stop by for a minute, throw in some chlorine and, when it starts to get hot, they "shock" the pool when it begins to turn green... They say the AZ heat is just brutal, and that shocking a pool is normal. Fortunately, when I decided to purchase a new pool motor, I hired Big Family Pools. Dean gave me some options and was VERY helpful in the process. His honest, straight forward answers were greatly appreciated. I also learned that the pool cleaner that I was using was not the optimal cleaner for the type of pool we have. Less than a year before I hired Big Family Pools to service my pool each week, we had completed a complete remodel of the pool. When the water was added back into our pool, our former pool service company performed a "start up" chemical process so that the water would be balanced properly. They began servicing with chlorine and shock, as needed. When Dean installed my new pool motor and pool cleaner, he tested my water for me and showed me the exact chemical composition of the water. We were both surprised at how out of balance the water was after such a short time since the "new" water was added. Having the opportunity to actually see the chemical composition and to learn more about properly caring for the water, I decided to hire Dean to service our pool. This was a few months ago and I am VERY happy with my decision. Getting detailed reports emailed to us after each pool service to let us know what was done each week is SO much different than what we have ever experienced with other pool companies. Our pool water has never looked better and our pump and cleaner have made my life so much easier. As a real estate agent, we have started referring Dean to our clients and have used him for pool inspections and pool repairs. I can not speak more highly of Dean's work ethic and knowledge of the pool business. I am thankful to have a partner that we know we can count on. Thank you Big Family Pools.
