We got quotes from two other known Plumbing companies before we knew about Purdy and the first quote was out of sight and the second was only have way out of sight. We contacted our landscaper about a plumbing company and he suggested Purdy. They came out and inspected the situation and found the problem and gave us a quote that was reasonably high, but much more inline with reality. Two technicians came out and dug up the two problem areas and took care of the roots and repaired the breaks in the lines. They then checked with a camera line 100 feet up and 100 feet down the pipe to make sure there were no other breaks. They left the repair sites, pristine. Because they did such a great job and were somewhat affordable, I called them when I needed my tankless water heater serviced and a complete kitchen sink and faucet plumbing redo. One of the same very nice technicians (Richard Sherman) who helped the HOA was the one who arrived to help us. Four hours later the jobs were completed. I had everything out to go under the kitchen sink cabinet to thorough clean and when I opened the doors, it was spotless, just like new. During our first septic emergency in over 20 years of using Dano's, we felt we'd called a service company that has forgotten that getting their customers back on line in an emergency is their #1 job. It took an emergency and some quick review reading online to find a small, independent company to show us real customer service! Dano's explained on the call the costs we'd incur from the $250+ service fee, hourly repair cost, $600 pumping charge on a tank they pumped 2years ago necessary for diagnosis, and the possible need for them to call in the electrician with another service fee, etc before anyone fixed anything. Confident we had an electrical issue if not 3 different ones, we called a highly 5-star reviewed guy who listened to our issues, diagnosed the probable root of the problems, and told us to call Aquarius Pump directly, adding that they'd prob use a sump pump and if in fact the tank needs pumping they'd call him. Easy-peasy. The next morning Aquarius had us able to use the system, but not fully fixed, and a couple days later with the new pump, floats, and alarm box, the emergency was over. No evidence of repairs to the lawn, and we knew who to call in the future, and recommend to others... and it won't be Dano's! PS The name I highly recommend is easy to remember if you live in KITSAP county and are looking for a SEPTIC company, lol.

Our Water heater started leaking and I contacted several plumbers in the area. I had initially…read morewanted a tank-less system and while most plumbers just said it could not be done and tried to push me to there other products, George explained the challenges for the tankless system. I did end up going with a tank but I knew why at that point. I had installed my own water heater tanks in 4 of my previous houses, so I knew what it took and it also makes me critical of a contractor installation. In addition the contractors who bought and flipped this house before we bought it did the bare minimum facade repairs and the water heater was an example of doing no more than necessary. So George started from a position of trust none of the previous work and work from there. He and his assistant had to crawl under the house to re-pipe the feeder lines and the end result was impressive. Usually, when I have a contractor do a job that I have done in the past, it is a critical review of pointing out what I would have done differently, but on this job it was clear he knew more about doing this than I did, I had to look up on of the parts he used just to see what it did. He installed a drip pan and the drain for it, he re-plumbed the overflow line and the work on the intake and outflow lines looked very nice, including the new much easier to use shut off valve. I will attach a picture of the work, (ignore the carpentry around the tank he was not hired to do anything to that), you can see it looks quite good. We will be calling him for our next plumbing need.

I was getting really worried about the leak and reached out by email to Galantis Plumbing at about 7am. I received a phone call at 8am saying he had a cancelation this morning and was able to come out right away. He was also booked two weeks out, but his response time to my email allowed us to get the leak looked at a few days earlier. I later found out the owner is the one who arrived ay home to fix my plumbing issue, and was also the one who responded to my email. The plumber (I wish I remembered his name) was extremely prompt in getting from Poulsbo to my home in Suquamish. He was quick to identify the problem and was able to fix it the same day. For such great service, I was happy to only pay $300 to get my plumbing issue resolved. I will 100% be using this service again.
