I had another necklace that I wanted shortened by a few inches and a new clasp added on. Which meant a new jump ring for the bigger clasp. They did this for me also. Instead of saying, "No problem! We can fix that", the blonde lady was rude and made excuses and then took it to the back (she even turned to look back at me while she was with the jeweler and gave me a dirty look). One would think that a repeat customer who paid over $200 for a small repair would get better treatment. In the end, they fixed it but why not do it with a smile....? Do not recommend.
