We planned for a Saturday morning. He showed up on time and went straight to work. He removed 2 bags of leaves, debris and rinsed the gutters clean. I originally hired Octavio at Happy Service Care to clean the gutters of my commercial building on Scotts Valley Drive. Octavio and his people arrived on time and immediately began work to access and clean about 160' of gutter at the edge of a tile roof, about 26 ' off the ground. The roof design necessitated that all work be done from a ladder. Undaunted, Octavio proceeded to quickly clean the gutter in about 6' increments, moving the ladder each time. The entire length of gutter was done in about 3 hours. All debris from the gutters was immediately stuffed into yard bags and lowered to the ground as work progressed. Over 50 pounds of debris was removed, in total. Octavio repaired gutter leaks revealed by the cleaning and - at very nominal charge - even removed some external lights about 20' up that are to be converted to LED. The job was done with no tenant disruption whatsoever. I didn't realize that Octavio also did window cleaning when I asked if he could recommend someone to do my windows. "I've been cleaning windows for 20 years" was his reply. I was so impressed with his work and attitude that I had him back the following week to clean 24 windows, inside and out. Again, he and his team executed quickly and flawlessly, with virtually no disruption to tenants.
