    12" Cheese Pizza
    Marlon M.

Listen, I'm from Brooklyn -- so when I say this pizza was the real deal, fuhgeddaboudit. After leaving the gym, feelin' like Rocky after round 12, my stomach was singin' opera. The kids start chanting like a tiny mob: "Pizza! Pizza!" So we do what any good parent does -- we listen to the boss(es) and start cruisin' for a slice. We roll up to this joint. From the outside? Meh. Looked like the kinda place where you'd maybe get a decent soda and some dusty snacks. But the moment we walked in? BAM. We're greeted by someone with a personality so warm and bubbly, I thought I walked into a bottle of Pellegrino. We order a 12" pizza pie. I was skeptical. I mean, c'mon, I'm from Brooklyn. I've got marinara running through my veins. But lemme tell ya -- the first bite? Fuggedaboutit. I blacked out. I came to somewhere on Rutland Road, standing outside Tony's with a greasy paper plate in hand, angels singing Sinatra in the background. This pizza? This pizza slapped so hard it left a tomato-y handprint on my soul. The sauce? Rich like a Staten Island dentist. Bright, tangy, kissed by garlic, with a little sass like it just got off the L train. The cheese? Oh mamma mia. Gooey, melty, with that beautiful browned bubble thing goin' on -- like it went to tanning school. And the cheese-to-dough ratio? Perfect. Not too cheesy, not too doughy -- like a well-balanced New Yorker: tough on the outside, soft on the inside. And the dough -- chewy, crisp, kissed by the oven gods. You could smell the love from the parking lot. It had that intoxicating aroma that makes you float Looney Tunes-style off your feet, led by your nose. Even my kids -- who treat crust like a bad Tinder date -- devoured every last bite. I had to check under the table to see if they stashed any slices. Spoiler: they didn't. So yeah -- this Winter Haven spot? It's a gem. Who knew you could find a slice of Brooklyn flavor this far from a subway rat? We'll be back, no question. Until then, I'll be dreaming about that pizza like it owes me money.

It was our 5 year wedding anniversary and decided to try Arabella's for the first time since living here for 3 years. WOW we really have been missing out. The food was incredible and Brittany was a fabulous waitress!

I don't give out 5 stars often, but man oh man - what a Gem. My best friend & I travelled from Orlando to try out this place & we are dying to go back soon. We tried: Calamari (crispy & yummy) Caprese Di Sorrento (fresh, delightful) Filetto Al Pepe Verde (melt in your mouth good) A chefs special - with grouper (flaky deliciousness) Cherries Jubilee (the ultimate treat) The food was absolutely flavorful , the ambiance included music and the servers did amazing food presentations. Sooo happy we gave this place a try- you definitely should too.

Stopped by the Ave bar connected with Arabella's last night for a few drinks. The vibe was cute and the bartender was great. My partner and I enjoyed two rounds of drinks. The first round, we both had espresso martinis. My partner had the one on the menu - which was too fruity for me - and I had the espresso martini but instead of the raspberry vodka I substituted it for tequila. The second round I had their Spritz Veneziano and my partner had a Campari spritz. All drinks were fabulous and it was great to sit at the bar and wind down for the evening :) prices were appropriate for cocktails of that caliber.

Everything went well. The food was delicious the server was exceptional and knowledgeable. This was my second time visiting and it felt a little more rushed than the first time but everything was still delicious

Cherry's Jubilee expertly prepared table-side. A wonderful finish to a perfect meal!

Since Nov 2024 they raised the Veal dinner prices by 30% !!!! Veal has gone up, but not that much. They have lost our business.

My server Kaleb was really great and informative, although a really busy day for a Wednesday he was on point. On to the food -- I ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer to start which were crispy, well seasoned & definitely HOT (cheese PULLLL) lol Next the classic trio because I wanted to try their chicken parm and their Alfredo. Both were really good, I would say the Alfredo lacked a little bit of sauce but that's just personal preference. My meal came with a side, I chose the chicken soup.. it was GOOD but very heavy seasoning which made it somewhat spicy, so I did not finish it. ( Kaleb did try to offer me something else which I appreciated however I passed on the offer.) I tried the Caesar salad and that was good and fresh. Almost forgot to mention the warm bread for the table was sooooo good! Lol ( I know you're thinking it's just bread?) but it was freshly baked, and the olive oil with seasoning was a perfect touch. Not pictured* since it was my first time they gave me a complimentary free dessert. I chose the strawberry cheesecake, which was fluffy, creamy and tasted really good. Not too sweet. I would definitely return back.

The lasagna and the hot honey pizza were both flavorful and clearly made with care. We really enjoyed the quality of the dishes. When we arrived, an older gentleman working inside kindly let us know that outside drinks were not allowed. We completely understood. Living in Florida, we carry steel water bottles everywhere because of the heat, but rules are rules. We purchased water with our meal without any issue. We decided to sit outside and the same gentleman even brought our plates and everything out to us, which we appreciated. However, shortly after, a man we believe was a cook came out of the kitchen and began scolding us for having our water bottles on the table. We explained that we understood the rule and had purchased water. He responded that "the appearance isn't good." I started to move the bottles to the ground when he became more aggressive and said they could not be there at all unless they were for a child. My husband got up to take them to the car. While this was happening, another man walked in carrying a bright pink sparkling sippy cup for his daughter who appeared to be under two years old. The same employee stopped him and asked if the cup was for him or the child. I think it was pretty obvious the pink sippy cup wasn't for the adult. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. Had we not already paid for our meal, we would have left. It's a shame, because the food itself was good, but the way we were treated made the experience one we won't repeat.

The waitress we had was very kind and welcoming and bubbly with conversation. My family were all very pleased with their food, which consisted of bbq wings, lemon pepper boneless wings, a Reuben sandwich and fries and chicken fingers and fries. The only negative I have to say is I ordered a Greek salad without feta and the amount of dressing and oil was beyond an acceptable amount that I wasn't able to eat it all or even half. By the time I ate through the top layer of lettuce the entire bowl was wilted and drowning in oil. So my advice would be stay away from the salad and just enjoy the heartier options.

This becomes an issue when close to ten minutes and multiple staff pass by with no acknowledgment. I went to stop someone walking by in order to get a table. To be fair, they were busy, but I'm not sure that warrants crickets at front of house. We were sat at a wet table that smelled of wet rag and at this point, seriously considered leaving. Being hungry and seeing how busy it was, we decided to stay. Our server was seasoned and friendly. Our drinks took a while and as we reviewed the ever confusing menu, we decided to order some alcoholic drinks. Drinks arrived and we had to step out front quickly. I found our server and let her know we had to step out, but would be right back. She said no problem. When we came back about three minutes had passed and our table was cleared. She brought us our drinks again and took our order. We ordered the crazy bread and the pepperoni pockets as an appetizer. The only thing crazy about the bread was the cost. It otherwise compared to dominos. The pepperoni pockets were very good! I ordered a spinach gourmet calzone and my partner got the sun-dried tomato pizza. The calzone was as described on the menu. That said, I longed for the calzones of NYC with heaps of ricotta, mozzarella and spinach sautéed in olive oil, onion and fresh garlic. What I got was essentially a cheese bread with a hat on. Chunks of unseasoned tomatoes, fresh unseasoned spinach and mozzarella cheese-that's it. No seasoning of any kind, outside of the charred taste that all the items had from the oven itself. The sauce had a sweetness to it and this also was just...a far cry from what I'm used to. He said his pizza was cooked well, but lacked flavor. They're in business a long time, so something is going right. However, for me, it missed the mark on all levels. At the end of the day, you go out to eat for the food, the food here was less than Sysco quality. We won't return.
