I really enjoy coming to Olive Garden here and there when craving something quick. The chicken soup is my fav. The service was great , fast and easy. We tried the buy one take one home deal. Very open atmosphere. We had a party of 7 and were seated right away. Drinks were ordered and brought out fairly quickly. Kids ordered Mac and cheese with fries they all had no complaints. My youngest ordered kids cheese pizza and fries and the pizza crust was really hard. I had a hard time cutting through it since it wasn't sliced all the way. She didn't care for it. Another one of our party ordered chicken parm with Alfredo pasta it was large enough to share and the server was kind enough to have it split. I ordered the soup and salad. I was disappointed. The Zuppa Toscana was mostly just broth, gnocchi was too doughy and the minestrone was ok. The server brought out refills for only half the table which was kind of weird. The service was ok it was a little busy but they came out and set our food down by the table then left and didn't come back we had to get some one to serve us after about 5 min of our food sitting on a tray. Took a veteran to lunch on veteran's day as he wanted to go to Olive Garden. They were offering veterans a free lunch. Actually had not been to an Olive Garden in a long time and had never been to this location. They were very busy but we only had a short wait. The service was absolutely fantastic, we were promptly greeted and checked on often. Their signature salad bowl was delivered quickly and was very fresh. Also had the warm bread sticks. Our meals were delivered in short order and were very good. Our drink glasses were never empty. The prices were very reasonable and the server handled the bill expeditiously. After a fun weekend at Legoland, my family and I stopped at Olive Garden for dinner on our last night. Our server was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. The food was delicious, fresh, and came out quickly. It was the perfect way to end our trip. What really stood out was the incredible integrity and kindness of the staff. My wife didn't realize she'd left her wallet at the restaurant until we got to the airport, a true moment of panic right before flying home. She called immediately and spoke with the General Manager, who was incredibly understanding and reassuring. He personally located her wallet and went above and beyond by mailing it back safely. In a world where good service can be hard to find, this Olive Garden truly delivered both in hospitality and honesty. What a fantastic experience we had using their catering for our mother's 99th birthday! I can't recommend them highly enough. Of course the food was great. But what impressed us so much was the attention to detail on everything that came with the food. A bag of ice to go with the iced tea. We arrived a little after 1:00 PM this blustery Sunday, the restaurant wasn't very busy so one of the three employees at the hostess station greeted us and grabbed a pair of menus and guided us to our seats, our server greeted us in passing and told us he would be right back - we had a few minutes to review the menu and pretty much figured things out upon his return. From the start of our visit the staff here was exceptional and attentive, our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time so A++ on the service. We ordered the shrimp, onion and peppers appetizer the portion was small for the price and the presentation was poor and the temperature was disappointing as was the taste - it was bland and basically tasteless, I would recommend passing on this one. We both ordered the endless soup and salad option which is served with bread sticks. It seems I've been eating at Olive Garden for decades and there was a time when I considered this a viable option but that was before the business model changed - for whatever the reason and I understand there are many, in my opinion OG is struggling and trying to survive. The menu has shrunk to a one page laminated sheet with limited options and the prices have increased significantly. I have empathy for the ownership and I know the struggle is real. I also see the desperate attempt to operate at a profit and accept the pricing increases what I don't agree with is lowering the quality of the product, the portions and increasing the prices. In my opinion the quality has been severely been compromised. The salad was served with very little dressing and wasn't close to the salad that has always been a signature dish for OG, our server quickly returned with a side of dressing upon request - the bread sticks were cold I remember a time when these would of never been brought to the table although they are best straight from the oven I probably wouldn't have noticed if they would have been microwaved them and served them piping hot. The soups arrived luke warm as well, my Chicken Gnocchi was thin and had very little chicken with maybe 4 or 5 gnocchi I requested a reload hoping my refill would of been better unfortunately no chicken and 1 gnocchi I decided to pass on the second serving. My lunch date chose the Pasta e Fagioli after a half of the serving she pushed it aside. Well that's how it went and it was a repeat performance of other location I've visited - it's unfortunate but I think we've come to the end of an era. After a 15 minute wait, we had excellent service and excellent food. We both had the soup, salad, and breadsticks. The Chicken with Gnoche soup is heavenly! It's a nice cream soup with tender chunks of chicken, some dumpling-noodles (gnoche), and some spinach. It was like an improved version of Chicken Velvet soup that I used to find at the Ayres Tea Room in downtown Indianapolis (improved by the few larger tender chicken pieces and the few healthy spinach leaves!). The salad and breadsticks were great as usual. We tried the dessert that was fried dough dusted with powdered sugar. Lovely experience! We went around 11:30 and were greeted by two hosts, seated immediately. Our server was so sweet! I got the lunch unlimited soup and salad- vegan style! Minestrone soup and salad with no croutons or dressing- oil and vinegar on the side. My friend had the lunch chicken parmesan with the croutons and Italian dressing on the side. The Very Berry Sangria was amazing (not pictured). I love the new Olive Garden style- updated and chic. We took advantage of the $6 meals to go - spaghetti with meat sauce for my friend and spaghetti without meat for me. They even let us get soup and salad to go- and breadsticks!! 10/10 recommend this location! Disappointing meal. The only reason we wanted to go to Olive Garden is because we had a $25 gift Certificate, so we figured we would give it a shot. The location and appearance was just ok, and not so appealing inside. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, but the meal was pretty fair at best. I had the spaghetti with meatballs with cheese sauce, and my wife had the Eggplant Parmesan. We received 4 breadsticks which were very salty, and the salad was in a large bowl only 1/3 full. The main meal was very small portions with not a lot of pasta for each of us. We had only a glass of house wine each and our meal and it was $45 before the tip. Pretty expensive in my opinion for what we had. As I mentioned our waiter and staff were friendly, but the food and atmosphere were fair at best. Will definitely not be going back there. read more

The hostess, what can I say? Maybe she was new but she really struggled with the party of three in front of us, trying to seat them as a party of two. Then when our turn came she let out four heavy sighs try to seat our party of two. Really made me feel welcome (not). The salad dressing had no flavor and the Zappa Toscana soup was missing the kale. The new business model seems to have dropped the bread plates when the bread is served. The bread doesn't stay on the side of the salad bowl so it ends up in your salad. And with the Endless Dipping Sauce there's no place to put you personal serving of the sauce. So we ended up having to double dip our bread. Not a problem with my wife, but I'd be reluctant to do so with anyone else. My wife liked her Pasta e Fagioli and the Chicken Gnocchi was very good. And our shared Tiramisu was the icing on the cake. Ok so it's Olive Garden so you know what to expect and taste. This place is getting a 3 star because I went for lunch and sat at the bar and waited for someone to greet me for over 5 minutes .... Then I realized the bartender was serving tables, answering the phone taking orders and a bunch of other stuff. She was really nice and tried her best to keep up with everything and be as attentive as she could. Food comments - My salad .... Ugh how can you mess up a salad from Olive Garden. The lettuce tasted old. Packed of onions and the worst part for me was how the lettuce wasn't cut up. It was big chunks of lettuce stuck together. The food is delicious but the wait staff I encountered on my last two visits seem like they would rather be anywhere else. I went with a women's group in December and our waitresses were surly and inattentive. I went for an early dinner yesterday, with my husband, and as we were being seated, about 5 waiters and waitresses, who were standing by a station talking, all looked in our direction. Their looks were not welcoming at all. They continued chatting and staring in our direction. I felt like they were drawing straws to see who got stuck with waiting on the fat, old people. we were at Olive Garden yesterday and when we were seated the bench made a funny noise. when my husband got up to go to the bathroom I noticed his leg was bleeding, the waiter got me some napkins n I went to the front desk n asked for a bandaid. Dinner for my friend's son high school graduation. It was six of us. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. The host was friendly. Our waiter Alejandro was OUTSTANDING. He made us feel at ease from start to finish . He was attentive and receptive to our needs. He had us laughing the whole dinner. John the food runner was excellent as well. I have a simple suggestion. Either remove those devices that has the call server button, or train your staff to respond to the button. I was there with my wife this evening. I ordered the never ending salad and soup. After enjoying my first bowl of soup, I pressed the call server button. I lost count of how many servers went by me, looked at the flashing light, none of them my server, and just kept walking. After waiting for what seemed like for ever, and my wife finishing her meal, I finally told a server passing by to get me a manager. I was looking forward to my meal. But, by the time I got the manager, and knowing if they brought my soup I would be eating in front of my wife who had already finished hers, I was just so upset. I'm serious with my suggestion. Usually I would give this particular Olive Garden restaurant a 5-star rating... but this time I simply can't. I'm just too let down and disappointed. You're lucky I'm even giving 2-stars this time! I ordered the "Buy one, take one home" deals for my friend and I last night. I ordered the pasta e fagioli soup to go with my entree. What I expected, and what I actually got, were two different things. It had something missing... the pasta. I searched through both of my bowls of soup, looking for the "pasta" part of my "pasta e fagioli" soup.... there was NO pasta. How can it be called a pasta soup when there's no pasta in it? I'm seriously disappointed, to say the least. I have been waiting for a month, to get back to Fl, to get this soup from THIS particular restaurant, and it ended up being a BIG disappointment for me. Shame on you, Olive Garden! My pasta e fagioli wasn't really pasta e fagioli... it was just beans! We've eaten inside twice and ordered to-go twice, since the pandemic caused all restaurants to only off to go. I will say that two times we've eaten in, the service and food has been great! However, take out has been a nightmare. My husband is currently working a modified schedule since the stay at home order went in to effect. We've been trying to support our local businesses by getting take out. Earlier this month, it was my daughter's 6th birthday and she wanted OG. The first call into OG to ask a few questions, was unsuccessful. The person who answered the phone didn't know what I was talking about and left me on hold for almost 10 minutes. I called back in and spoke to a man. We preordered 8 entrees at 11:30am for pick up at 5pm at the suggestion of the take away employee (we had called in to ask a few questions). At 12:30pm, I get a call that they accidentally made my order AND lost my credit card information. The employee apologized and told me I'd need to pay when we arrived to pick up at 5pm. My husband shows up at 5pm and is directed to a parking spot. By 5:25pm, no one has come to the car yet. He calls me to verify that the order was supposed to be ready at 5. I call in to try and get an update and while the person who answers the phone is trying to get an update on our order, we hear a woman say 'oh we had a bunch of orders come in and we did those first.' Wait, what?! Why?! At the same time a woman comes to my husband in the car and tells her they'll be giving us a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. 5:45pm comes and we still don't have food. This time, I call in and ask for a manager. His only response after I tell him what's happened 'I'll comp the whole meal.' Finally at 5:55pm, they bring out our food. Tonight, I decide to give them another chance. I place two orders of the buy one, take one (so two hot meals, two chilled meals) at 3pm and am told it'll be ready at 3:30. I show up at 3:45, I'm directed to a parking spot. No one says anything to us and then at 4:25pm, they bring out our food. Again, almost an hour after promised! A neighbor had ridden with me and her food was supposed to be ready at 4pm. When I ask if my neighbor's food was almost ready, the girl got an attitude, telling me she's the only one bagging meals. I explain how late our order was, she apologizes and I explain how the same thing happened the last time we ordered. While we sat there, at least four other cars pulled in and got their food! By time I make it home (10-15 minutes away), our food is cold and needs to be reheated. We've dropped almost $100 each time, which is not cheap and the service has been awful. It wouldn't be so bad if they'd communicate with you about delays, instead you're left sitting in your car waiting. Come out and tell me it's going to be longer! Offer me an iced tea or something! Act like you care! So many businesses are hurting right now, I'll be going to those that actually seem to care about their customers! We won't be ordering to go from them anymore! read more

Worst time ever there! They weren't busy at all. We waited over 10 min just to be recognized. Our server was wearing his mask ( ) but, he didn't speak loud enough for us to hear him. We ordered ice water with lemon and I ordered eggplant parmigiana my friend ordered the Shells. He finally brings out our salad, sits them down and starts walking away! So I said excuse me, and asked for our breadsticks. In the meantime a 4 top of ladies came in and were seated across from us. They were served their drinks ( wine) their salad and breadsticks and then their dinner! We are still waiting on ours. So, our server finally came into the dining room and I had to get his attention to ask where our food was. He said oh, they have to make the shells. Mind you, it's been a half hour, and at dinner time! We finally got our meals and my eggplant was mushy, you can tell it had been sitting under the heat lamp! He never came back to check on us, so, I just ate the pasta. The shells were good tho. Well, now we are finished eating and waiting and waiting for our bill. The 4 top of ladies by this time were already gone! Ugh, I finally found the manager and asked for our bill. I also asked if our server was new, she said he was " newer" I suggested he may need a little more training. She just kept apologizing. I've been a server, I know how it is, but, to wait that long for service, then the food, and then the bill? They weren't busy, but we were there two hours and 10 minutes!
