Amazing location and atmosphere. The food is great too with a wide variety of options. We did the table side Cesar salad, it was delicious and having it made at the table created a very unique experience. I definitely recommend one of their tableside options. went here for the first time with my boyfriend and bestfriend for a vacation fancy dinner. better than ever expected. the waiter and host were amazing and checked on us several times, we never ran out of our drinks and just the overall experience deserves more than 5 stars. my by far favorite part was the piano man he was just hands down fantastic and lovely. he played everyone's song requests and even came by to chat a few times. not to mention they give u a "pallet cleanser" before your main entree which was devine. it was an amazing experience and i would 100% recommended this place to anyone and would go again if i had the funds. it is pretty pricey but it is worth every dime. best service and food i've had in a very long time. read more

We love eating here. It is our favorite place in Winter Haven. My wife loves there steak stuffed with gorgonzola. I enjoy their lamb chops, fettuccine Alfredo, and their osso buco. The atmosphere is wonderful. They have a piano player on the weekends making it a perfect date night location. Love that we can order from their menu when at the Avenue bar, which is next door. read more

We've been planning on visiting Arabella's for a few winters now, and we finally did last week! Wow... we certainly should have done this earlier but now that we've been there we will definitely be returning! Food was wonderful, mixed drinks were tasty and large and a very nice wine list. Excellent main courses. Steak cooked to perfection. For some unimaginable reason, the tomatoes were cold and thus tasteless. The vegetables that came on the side consisted of two pieces of broccoli and two pieces of carrot. Lobster bisque had no pieces of lobster in it, but was full of small flour blobs. Flavor was right, though. Piano player is aggressive and cannot take a hint (or a direct request to leave). The management should make sure he doesn't accost people at their tables. I went to have a nice meal with my friend, not make small talk with a piano player. The piano player also plays accordion RIGHT AT THE TABLES. There seems to be an understanding at Arrabella's that they need more than their very good food and service to keep people entertained. Sadly, I don't think that the restaurant is quite what it used to be, before it was sold to the owners of Big Fin Seafood. Under the original owner, it was exceptional at every visit. We recently went for our anniversary and we felt that we were forgotten. The only wine that our server poured was when the bottle was first opened. We had to pour our own wine through the rest of the meal. My vegetables were cold. The server did ask if everything was as expected, but this was after the meal was served and only the protein had been tried. We never saw our server until the bill was presented, then made the comment that we were asked. We will go again but not our choice for a special occasion dinner read more

Our family tradition is my parents take us to a nice dinner at a restaurant none of us have been too. This years excursion took us to Arabellas in Winter Haven, FL. From the decor, to the atmosphere, service and food it was top notch! Downtown Winter Haven seems to continue to add more and more fantastic places to eat and enjoy drinks with family and friends. The service was outstanding, our waiter was attentive and took great care of use through out the meal. We chose Arabella's for my parents 60th anniversary party. I knew by discussing with those team on the phone that event would be great but little did I know (I live in another town) that it would seriously delivery a Five Star meal for our 20 plus guests. From fine wine and starters to appetizers and fantastic main courses the meal and event were beyond what my sister, family l and friends could imagine. This was a Tour De Force in dining. Very nice fine dining - Italian restaurant. There was live entertainment the night we were there - piano player. He came to our table and offered to a Kay whatever we wanted. There rendition of linguini w clams was complimented with a light tomato sauce. Very good. My husband had the filet mignon- it's was cooked to perfection and tender. I scheduled a seminar at this restaurant because the menu looked good and the ambiance was impressive but let me tell you it was the biggest mistake. Our seminar menu (we picked 3 items from the regular menu) included the Greek salad ( I could have made a way better one at home), a fettuccine Alfredo (came out tasteless and bland), and a pasta bolognese (only dish that was just ok, still nothing special). Ill of the guest in my seminar (40 ppl) complained about the food. Don't waste your money on this restaurant, you will be disappointed. read more

Live in Manhattan and visited my parents who retired in Florida this past spring They suggested Arabellas to celebrate their 46th wedding anniversary. The food was above average, but the service was outstanding. Our server, unfortunately I cannot remember his name, was very attentive and on the ball. For example, he noticed that I was trying to "air out" our bottle of wine. He immediately came over and offered to decant it for us. Another example occurred when I had to go outside to accept a phone call. Upon my return, my napkin was neatly folded on my chair. Although, this restaurant was a 40 minute drive from my parent's place in Kissimmee, it was worth it. The ambience was excellent as a pianist played for us and even offered to play any special requests. He played Adele-"Rolling in the Deep" for us. My 10 year old daughter was very happy! I've been looking for a good Italian restaurant in the area, something besides the chain-type places. The caprese salad was fresh though the tomatoes were clearly shipped rather than local - fresh would have been a huge plus. Garden salad was adequate and the entrees were again adequate but not great. Veal Arabella being a signature dish, I expected something special. The pasta was cooked well but the sauce was dry and the veal overdone a bit. The pasta Alfredo was also just adequate with the accompanying chicken ok. Portions were small considering the price and the wine was barely drinkable. Really need to work on their wine list. read more

Our moms were presented a fresh cut rose, the staff were pleasant and attentive and the food was wonderful. They have a nice wine menu and dessert menu. the lounge which is adjacent to the dining room is very nice but be warned. They use a strong chemical air freshener and personally I could not be in there more than 2 minutes. Of course I have stage 1 COPD and need to breathe fresh air at all costs. whoever has this condition, i advise to stay away from the bar lounge. read more

When I walked in I thought the place might be a little snooty, but once we settled in the service and food were excellent. I went with one of the specials Ossibuco and fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. My son is a picky eater and did not want anything with the heavy cream sauces, so the waiter had them prepare a tortellini off the lunch menu. Went to Arabella's for our tenth anniversary this evening. We have been here 10 or 12 times and have never had a bad meal. The ambiance is great, the service is right on and the food is wonderful. I wasn't familiar with the wines listed from Italy and the Manager or owner (not sure) came over and made a suggestion and it was amazing!! The piano player is fun and always come to the table to ask for requests. Shrimp cocktail was very good, house salad was delicious and the lobster ravioli were great! This restaurant is the #1 restaurant I have ever eaten at. The food combined with the service makes this place better than anywhere I have ever been before which includes many well known higher class restaurants. The food and service are above all of them. Not one negative complaint about the service from table cleanliness, to replace silverware between courses, to the privacy appropriate for the occasion. We had cheese and meat appetizer along with calamari which both were fantastic. The size and flavor of the calamari was like none I have had anywhere else. For dinner we had halibut and risotto along with steak, potatoes and vegetables. The steak was seared table side and was cut and cooked to absolute perfection. In addition there was caesar salad prepared table side with a homemade fresh from scratch dressing prepared right in front of you that was very authentic and flavorful. Finally for dessert we had bananas foster which is agin prepared right in front of you with a nice display and is absolutely amazing. My wife and I had come for our anniversary and it was by far our best dining experience ever. read more

Came here while visiting my parents in Winter Haven. Everything was delicious (I had the salmon and they had a veal dish) however it did take a while for the entrees to come out (we sat at 6, were served dinner at 7) and the place was dark and they didn't have lit menus. But all in all I would recommend it if you want a classy or romantic spot in winter haven. read more
