Ordered a chicken artichoke panini.. I got a cold stale chicken sandwich, the bread was dry on top and soggy on the bottom. The other guest i was with also got a cold french toast and it seems they may be sexist favoring towards men. The man in the group got hot fresh crepes and and cute coffee drink with an artist design. This was our second time here. The first time I thought maybe they were just having an off day.. no same bad service with waitresss giving me attitude and all smiles to the man. Maybe they thought he was the one paying who knows. Absolutely delicious cafe. We ordered the horchata latte and a Vanilla chai tea, both were very good. For breakfast we shared the stuffed Nutella French toast and the Florentine Benedict. Again both were absolutely delicious! I have been to Aranda's twice now and did not have any issues with service how some of the other reviews mention. Our barista and server were very friendly and all drinks and meals came out timely. I hope this cute cafe continues to do well because we can't wait to make it a regular spot! read more

This was such an aesthetically pleasing cafe. There is limited indoor seating but the patio is pretty large and honestly with all the greenery it's actually the best place to sit anyways. The crepe was kind of tasteless when the cheese ran out. The Americano also lacked any real flavor. Otherwise the food wasn't too bad.

I love coming here for breakfast. Honestly, a cute beach side cafe with character. Beautiful place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, breakfast and hang out to read a book or catch up with friends while you finish your coffee. The staff here are kind and super attentive. I believe Ms. Jackie was my server and she's amazing I came here when they first opened up and it was a bit rough as you would expect any new opening would be. One month later and somehow service has gotten even slower.... To be fair it appeared they were training a couple of people so hopefully that will resolve the issue. We ordered two coffees and a slice of cake from the display case. It took 35 minutes for the coffee (again, not many coffee orders in front of us). The coffees were also lukewarm, flavor not what we ordered. 40 minutes after ordering, my slice of cake finally came, sadly it was a bit dry.... This was our first experience at Arandas Cafe and it was a great one. We ordered the foccicia eggs Benny, fruit bowl, a cup of clam chowder, French fries, a hot tea and a horchata. Everything came out tasting delicious and left is wanting to come back for more. My fave of all of them we're definitely the clam chowder and the fruit bowl. The clam chowder took me back to Seattle where I've had the best chowders around. Also bf arriving I swung in to pick up a muffin and Voss for my preggo friend and she loved the pumpkin muffin they hadn't I do wish they had a little more variety of muffin choice but it was good. read more

Arandas café a nice little gem hidden in the back of Tapatios restaurant. My husband loves his breakfast and we walked around looking for a breakfast spot. I don't know how we found it since it was off the Main Street. Price was very reasonable. The Mexican hot chocolate, just how my grandma used to make it. I had to get some to go. We both got the 2 egg breakfast that came with a pancake, bacon and potatoes. The pancake was topped with fresh strawberries. We loved the food, except my husband thought the potatoes needed some season. I would agree I added some salt and pepper and they were fine, I ate them all up. I wish the food and ambiance made up for it (because they were good) but it's almost unforgivable that it took 30 minutes to get water, and 1 hour to get lattes, and it wasn't that crowded. Then after an hour and a half, we got our food. It was obvious that every table around us was experiencing the same thing, with some people going up to the manager complaining and others leaving entirely. The 2 folks you see out front work hard but there is no one overseeing that folks are seated, given menus and a beverage. We left after the third time a staff person walked by us, saw us, said nothing and we still had no menus. They were definitely overwhelmed. Where is the management? Every time I visit my food is messed up (missing bacon from a BACON sandwich, to the wrong cheese on the sandwich). Service is horrible and slow. Ordered the Benedict and hot chicken, literally took almost an hour Friday morning not that many people there. The Benedict and hot chicken was probably one of the worst I ever had, it was served with country style potatoes not well seasoned and the eggs and chicken was horrible. It was the eggs on muffin style bread topped off with fried chicken covered in buffalo sauce not spicy hollandaise as it was advertised on the menu. After seeing others that came in after us get their food our waiter came and told us they messed up our order. This was after waiting for over an hour. He then just ignored us completely and never came back over. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Plus the tables around us that actually got their food, kept sending it back for getting the wrong items. Avoid eating here and don't waste your time like we did! The two most important things that are necessary for a restaurant are good service and quality food. Unfortunately, Aranda's Cafe failed at both. Service: We were seated and a server took our drink orders and brought out water. So far we are off to a good start. A few minutes later we placed our food orders still no coffee. After 15 minutes I went inside and asked when will our coffees come out and I was told they are working on it. A few minutes more and our food is now coming out, still no coffee. Food: Plate#1: Overall way too much salt and they forgot to bring out the sausage. Plate#2: They were out of rye bread so they brought out wheat bread dry with no butter Plate# 3: No problems Plate # 4: My plate: Way too salty. Pancake was very good but the salt ruined the rest of the meal. 1/2 way through my meal my water was empty and never refilled but my coffee finally came out. Overall, I hope they can fix the fundamentals. The food presentation was good but the service and quality of food (mostly salty) needs to be addressed. read more
