It seems that this particular Bojangles has decided that we the customer are there for their convenience. I hope that I am wrong, but, considering that this has been a burr under my saddle ever since I moved to the Taylorsville, NC area seven years ago, I seriously doubt it. It looks like Corporate Bojangles would have something to say about this or am I the only one complaining. I guess that I came to expect better from Bojangles because where I moved from treated the customer like they were there to serve us, not the other way around. You cannot serve the customer if you are running out of chicken or sides two hours before closing time or closing 30 minutes before your posted closing time for whatever reason. I have grown to expect better from Bojangles. I just pray that Corporate will step in and rectify this problem even if it means closing this Bojangles down. At least then, I would know that I have to go to Statesville or Hickory to get my Bojangles Chicken.
