Since then, I've tried multiple ways to resolve the issue. I contacted customer service through the app, but it was not helpful. I also called the phone number listed on my receipt, only to be directed back to the app's customer service, leaving me stuck in a loop with no resolution. I'm not upset that the restaurant had to close unexpectedly--things happen. My frustration is that there doesn't seem to be a clear process to refund customers when an order can't be fulfilled. Customers shouldn't have to spend days trying to recover money for food they never received. I hope Popeyes improves both its communication and its customer service process so situations like this can be resolved quickly. As of today, I'm still waiting for my refund. Please tell me how to go about getting my money refunded. I spent over $45.
