Beef and Cheddar sandwiches... bought 2, what lame head can forget to put the cheese sauce and arby sauce on them?? Who wants dry bun and beef sandwiches? Then the receipt gives the name of the person to call, and no one answers the phone. You can be sure I will be going to their location tomorrow since no one can be bothered to answer the phone! Well I did have to Uber to the location to get a refund, the General Manager Patty has to be the most insensitive uncaring store manager I have ever met. She did reluctantly refund for the 2 Beef & Cheddar sandwiches but not the 2 sides. The whole meal experience was ruined, I was not going to eat the Onion Rings and Cheese Sticks with a Peanut Butter sandwich. So I am out the cost of returning to the store and the 2 sides. I like their deals like 2 for $6 Gyros - the Greek one with lamb is really good. Right now they have a 2 for $5 Crispy Fish sandwich which is much bigger than the Fish o Filet at McDonalds. Sometimes the order can take time since they prioritize drive thru over dine in / takeaway. read more

Seems like Arby's are few and far between. The next closest locations are in Buena Park and/or City of Industry, so count your lucky stars you can get your roast beef fix in Brea. It's probably blasphemous to order a salad at a restaurant that specializes in BEEF, BEEF, and MORE BEEF, but their chicken salads are bomb dot com, and I'd say I favor them over most fast food salads. Having said that, I also enjoy most (if not all) of their sandwiches. They have some pretty good deals on their value menu, too. If you're lucky, you'll stop by when they're having a 4 for $5 sale on sandwiches. I love their curly fries (and usually eat them without ketchup...GASP!). Their jalapeno poppers are so good, too. Instead of nacho cheese, they're filled with cream cheese and served with "Bronco Berry Sauce." Not sure exactly what that is, but it's the perfect combo. DELICIOUS! The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 4 is because the last time I went, I ordered the Three Cheese & Bacon Ultimate Angus, and I was given a sandwich that was lukewarm at best. What little cheese there was on the sandwich was hard and not at all reminiscent of their normal melty goodness, and there was also hardly any bacon or peppercorn ranch sauce. I had ordered this sandwich previously and it was divine, but this time, it seemed like they served me a regular roast beef sandwich on the premium Italian roll. This is one of the few places my family of four all enjoy. When someone suggests Arbys... We get a quick 4 yeses. I like the staff here. The restaurant is always clean. Nice outdoor seating. Parking has got a little tougher with the changes to the neighboring McDonald's. Try the jalapeno bites. They are addictive. We pretty much stick to the usual roast beef sandwiches however we do have a hot tip. Order a side of au jus for $.50 and dip your regular roast beef sandwich in it! Drive through. Tweaker told me to pull forward after I paid. I had never been to this store before, and couldn't see that there was no window around the corner. I had to go through the line again. I asked the tweaker why he told me to pull up, and he denied it. Checked my order before leaving the lot, and he hadn't given me the sauce I ordered, had to go through the line a third time. The worst drive thru... I never go to Arby's but decided to try it out. I pulled up with no one in line ahead of me and sat there for 5 minutes waiting and trying to talk to a speaker... then after I ordered (it took her 5 tries to get my small order correct) I sat there for another couple minutes waiting for my total or for her to tell me to go to the window. They forgot to give me a straw and fries. They didn't ask me if I wanted any sauces. They seemed very disorganized. They need to clean house and have better customer service. read more

Walked in and ordered guy taking the order was goid. But noticed the manager and fry cook watching videos on the managers phone for about 3-5 min. Also when I walked in I noticed that there was one sandwich in the heated tray and who knows how long it was there. So my onion rings were fresh but they gave me the sandwich that was sitting there for who knows how long. When the manager was done playing on his phone he gave me my order and when I got home the sandwich was cold but the onion rings were hot. I will never, ever eat at Arbys again due to this experience, I went and ordered my food and the drive thru lady was rude to start with. She cut me off mid-order, and I had to tell her I wasn't done ordering. Then when I got to the window, I edited my order and she gave a lot of offensive facial expressions and sighed exasperatedly. She did the changes and took my payment. They took forever to do my order. I received my food from a gentleman. The receipt said his name was Victor. He did not offer any sauces or napkins, etc. I had to ask and he took my bag back and put the sauces in. He then looked at me like 'what are you still doing here'. I said that I was waiting on my milkshake. He said ok and asked me to wait a moment. I received my milkshakes and left because he handed them to me and told me to have a nice day. So I got home to discover that the original, rude teller did not give me back my card. I called Arbys immediately, I spoke with Cynthia, and explained my distaste for the teller's disposition and that she had kept my card. The manager, to my surprise, made excuses for the employee and had an even worse disposition than my original teller that I was placing a complaint about. She stated that the teller told her that I had just 'taken off', I did not 'take off' I thought the transaction was over when I was handed my food and told to have a nice day She told me that I didn't have to get my card today, which sounded like a red flag to me that my debit card was not safe there. I have never encountered a place encouraging me to leave my debit card. I would think they would want it back to the owner asap due to security and safety liabilities. I agreed finally to come back and left my dinner at home with my fiance. I called Arby's support and waited on hold for 10 minutes to speak with someone. I spoke with Tam, who was very courteous and apologetic. Mind you, that the restaurant at this point had not apologized once and insinuated that this whole mess was my fault. I got back to the restaurant and pulled up to the drive-thru and explained the situation. I was told to pull forward. Now a new teller which I had not dealt with before, opened the drive thru window and thrust my card out at me and I asked to speak with the manager because they had charged me for my food but I was not planning on eating at that point. I was too upset and tired from all of this and the food would be cold by the time I got home because it is a 15-minute drive to the Arby's from my home. I asked her for compensation due to not going to consume the food. She gave me a dirty look and said 'So you're not going to eat your food.' I answered yes, and that this was too much to handle and that the food would be cold. She slammed the drive-thru window shut and went to the computer. The gentleman that was helping me before, stepped over and they had a conversation in Spanish regarding the situation. The teller that had handed me my card, was included in the conversation and was exchanging dirty judgmental looks with me. Finally, the manager, Cynthia, came back and thrust the receipts at me, said "I hope you enjoy all of the food that you're NOT going to eat." and slammed the drive-thru window shut before I could reply. I drove home and spoke with Arby's again on the phone. I told the gentleman on the phone to cancel the corporate 'make it right' vouchers because I swear I will never eat at another Arby's again. My fiance will never eat there again. I will not go out with my friends or family if they decide to eat at an Arby's. My future children will be banned from going to Arby's. I drove home, sobbing at this point. I got home and explained the situation to my fiance. He said that we should take the food back because his food quality was awful. We took the food back, and he told Cynthia that we felt that this needed to be done because we were not going to eat the food and did not want to seem like we were pulling a fast one on her Arby's. She told him that she didn't mean it 'like that'. Bottom line. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I cannot back a corporation that supports this kind of conduct. I say this because people that act the way these people did, didn't start with me, and I cannot be the only person that has complained. read more

Despite the bad reviews I had a pretty good expirence here. The staff was friendly enough and our order came out than less than a minute, although we only got the classic roast beef sandwich it was still ready pretty quickly. We had some coupons from online and the guy was totally understanding. This location is better than the Orange location {IMO}, even though its more of a drive its worth it because their open later & the food is fresher!! I always come to this location when I'm shopping at Walmart or coming back from the mall. My order is super complicated and they never mess it up! The sandwiches were same as ever; same old Arby's and horsey sauces, plus a couple news ones I didn't try. Decent. The reason for the two star review is the house-made potato chips. A good idea, but mine were so coated in seasoning that they were inedible. I tried scraping the seasoning off a couple chips and I scraped and scraped and still the things were coated. It's hard to dislike a place that serves horsey sauce as a condiment - a creamy mayonnaise like version of horseradish that goes so well with beef dishes, without detracting from the meat. Something about sliced beef and cheese sauce that makes a sandwich just irresistible. I tried their 3 cheese Angus Beef and it was chock full of good quality tender beef and had a nice peppery note. Poor management and customer service. I used the drive-thru and was shorted $10 when I gave them a $20. I didn't notice till my drive home and then went back to get the correct change. Once inside, I talked with the manager who denied there was a balance difference with the cashier and didn't want to give me the correct change I was due. I showed them the receipt and had just earlier purchased the food in the drive-thru. They didn't care or at the very least offer a complimentary food item. Just horrible customer service. What craziness! Came in for a shake and wanted a cup of coffee too. Was told that they don't sell coffee after lunch. Okay I get it not many sales after lunch however there was an air pot with hot coffee in the lobby area. Asked the girl about this and she said she couldn't sell it to me! I told her I wasn't asking them to brew any I was satisfied with what was left. Nope couldn't sell me coffee. What the heck? Does no one have any common sense??
