Enjoyed my lunch here today. The classic Crispy Fish Sandwich meal which is a crispy fish filet, tartar sauce, and lettuce all on a sesame seed bun with curly fries, superb! The Alaskan Pollack is so tasty and delightful, with plenty of lettuce, tartar sauce on toasted sesame seed bun. A wonderful friendly and very well managed staff. The manager, Troy is awesome, very kind and helpful. The restaurant is well lit, nice atmosphere and comfortable. It may be fast-food, but it sure doesn't feel like it. I ordered a Hawaiian fish sandwich and chicken tenders at the drive thru. It was 10:47am. I drove to the window and paid. The lady told me to pull forward and she would bring my order out. There were no other cars in line. I politely told her I would stay here until someone else came then I would be happy to move. She yelled that I was messing up her drive time. I told her of Arby's isnt allowing enough time for an order to be cooked and served then that is on the company. She slammed the window and a guy came. I told him the same thing. He told me that there were two cars waiting to place their order and can't bc I won't pull forward. I called bs. I also asked if Arby's was not only teaching employees how to cheat, but also lie. Always the food is hot and fresh, prepared and packaged nicely. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Brandi the Manager hit's it out of the park every time. She is a huge asset to Arby's, and she has a great staff to back her up. I can't say enough good things about this place! read more

I love love that this location makes sure your food is FRESH; but there is always a wait for drive thru food! I use the drive thru when I'm in a rush, and it's a little annoying (and inconvenient) that I always have to pull around to the front. read more

Beware this location steal from every customer as they do not put the required product in their sandwich. I have gone there 9 times since I started weighing the meat when I got home and all were short with 8 of them between 1-1.7 ounces short. Very Bad experience using Uber eats to deliver my Arby's order for the very first time. The driver "Frank" picked up my food from Arby's, which was verified by the assistant manager at Arby's. The driver then sent me a text attempting to get my pin number prior to delivering my food. I refused to provide it, which is the correct proceedure, so the driver never delivered my food. I believe his original intent was to keep my very expensive food order. He ultimately claimed he delivered the food. What a thief! The entire incident ended up being a big hassle and trying to get a refund is not instant. It is going to take several days to see if the refund ever comes through. Don't ever use Uber eats to order any fast food. I cannot believe how rotten some people are. Your ill gotten gains Frank are something to be ashamed of. I normally love this Arby's super fast and friendly customer service but the last 2 times the guy working drive-thru is very condescending and rude. His name is Joe so he told me kind of tall heavier set male with curly hair. Doesn't listen to the order and when you try to correct him he acts as if he said it correctly the first time. This Arby's location has always been very clean each time I've dined inside. The staff is quick to acknowledge you with a friendly greeting. The service is great and the food is fresh. Sometimes I have to wait a few minutes extra for my food, but they alert me about that when I order and I don't mind since I'd prefer the food to be fresh. The drive-thru can get really busy at times which is why I usually just run inside. Oh and if you check your junk mail, Arby's sends out coupons on a regular basis. read more

The food is pretty standard Arby's fare, but the service I have received on multiple occasions has been excellent. On one occasion they told me that my meal was on them because a register glitch would've held me up for just a couple additional minutes. Keep up the excellent service! When I moved to Brooklyn Center a few years ago, I loved Arby's. After visiting this location a few times, I no longer liked Arby's. I was amazed at how horrible every aspect of this location was. After not visiting for about a year, I tried it again. What I found was and absolute turn-around. Fantastic service, great food, and an attitude that no other food joint in this city can match (especially from an employee who's name rhymes with "games" and starts with the letter J). One should dine inside for the best results but the drive-through is better than most in the area also. I cannot thank whoever is responsible for this change enough. The customer service I just received was amazing. I just moved to the area and I just finished my week. I wanted something quick to grab on my way home for dinner and the woman who took my order in the drive thru was quick and friendly. She asked if I would mind pulling around to the front so they could bring me my fresh food, and I didn't. The man who brought my food to me was also extremely friendly and quick.
