Came here with my dad and the restaurant was packed. We ordered to go, but it was very hectic. There was nowhere for to go orders to stand, so people were blocking off the soda fountain and one of the exits. Food was also nasty. Arbys food usually feels like a log in my stomach and a couple hours later it all comes out like a geyser. I had the new bacon cheese brisket sandwich (?) And a Mac and cheese. Mac and cheese just tasted like cream, barely any cheese. Brisket tasted fake. I tried some fries too and they tasted like nothing. The Arby's sauce tasted like ketchup. On top of that, the workers were rude and for take out orders, they would yell the name, no matter how close you were to them. Will never come back for this sludge. read more

You only get 1 chance to make a first impression, went there today on a Sunday day and the place was Filthy, looks like the floors havent been cleaned in sometime (meaning days), mac n cheese came out cold and while they know the paper straws dont work, and offer you a spoon instead. I ordered two beef n cheddar sandwiches and I had this whole conversation with the person taking my order that I wanted seedless buns because I can't eat the seeds and she said "you're in luck, we have seedless buns" and of course when I got home and open the wrapping it was the regular buns with seeds. I also asked for extra horsey sauce and I got a total of zero packs of sauce. I also ordered the French dip and they didn't put the Au jus in the bag. I usually like Arby's but lately they seem to just not care. Time to find a replacement fast food joint. read more

First time in 20yrs I been to an Arby's - and only the second time I ever had their food - likely the last time as well. The food isn't terrible - I would have to say it's mediocre at best. Pecan Chicken Sandwich was tasteless - with the except of the bland flavors of too much mayonnaise and bland chicken. The fries tasted better but lacked any crispiness. The orange cream shake wasn't bad, but could have been far better. My kids liked the white cheddar mac n cheese but for $4 they should have at least been as big as a cup of Easy Mac. My husband and sons had classic chicken sandwiches and the classic beef n cheddar sandwiches which while they didn't complain, they found no reason to compliment them either. Don't even get me started on the horrible-worst quality of any restaurant paper straws. None of them worked, fortunately I keep a small amount of plastic straws on hand. For $96 for 5 sandwiches, 4 shakes, 2 med fries and 2 tiny orders of mac n cheese at the very least the food should have tasted good. read more

This place is actually surprisingly good. I got the 2 for $6 and both the beef and cheddar and buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich were both great as well as the curly fries. My only complaint was that I wish the beef and cheddar sandwich had regular cheese instead of the sauce. The drive thru had a line of about 10 people and I got through pretty speedy in about 10 minutes. Lastly, the prices and sizes of the fries are great. You can get a medium for about 2.50 and they range at about a large from McDonald's. Looking forward to coming back and trying their other items. read more

Come on it's Arby's if you like Arby's.. you love it , if you don't like Arby's... you hate it.. I happen to love the roast beef and cheddar with the Arby's sauce so I can never go wrong this store specifically did open up a little rough because of the lines and they had young kids working there but I chalk it up to the learning curve since it has been open for about a month things have leveled off and it's back to being the good old Arby's read more

Mozzarella sticks should come with marinara sauce. I would never have ordered mozzarella sticks dry. Waste of money.

I have been to this location three times. I always order the gyro. I am allergic to tomatoes. I always order it with no lettuce or tomatoes. They always put tomatoes and lettuce on it. I usually call and am given free food. What is the point if you can not get it right. Thank God I have not paid for the last 2 because I could not eat it. read more

........................ I went to Arby's in Centereach. Color me disappointed and food poisoned. The thing is.........on one hand I blame myself. I get there at 10:30 am. Place was a ghost town. Considering our current lockdown I wasn't too shocked. Went through the drive thru, ordered the Reuben and Italian sandwiches. I was told to drive around. I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru window. In my ignorance I thought, ' how nice. Because of a low percentage of customers everything is being made fresh to order. ' In no way was I thinking the staff was contemplating on whether to poison me or not. I got my order with an apology on my wait. I ate the sandwich while on my way to work. Well let me tell you. I was hungry so I wolfed it down. Then broke out in chills. I had to turn around and go home. I was literally freezing and my stomach was killing me. Immediately went to bed. Clothes on and two quilts. I later realized the tomatoes were quite...........tangy, soft and very acidic. I was out of work for 5 days. So I say BOO!!!!! BOO TO ALL THAT!!!! read more

Had the fish and cheddar "special" last night and it was HORRENDOUS. A dry piece of fish with a droplet of tartar sauce and a smear of cheese, between soggy buns and no lettuce. My whole family had DIARRHEA. Thank God it was a holiday today to recover from that. Health should be your #1 concern, followed by quality of the food. Customer service was bad. Came here recently thru the drive thru. Food was hot & RB tasted just like we remembered...Yummy! My husband like the brisket sandwich too he said it was a descent size but thought it was overly salty. I Recommend their onion rings for sure...Nice portion too! Overall food was right on & hot so No Complaints- During these time the staff was doing a Great Job. Definitely filled a craving. Thanks Guys!!! read more

The service at this store has been super so slower than any other fast food place . I ordered a brisket, fries abs a drink and get parked. Like how long does it take your staff to make the food ? I mean I received my food the fries were cold probably because they sit all day . The brisket was not even warm like is your stuff made fresh or does it sit all day ? Horrible. Do not recommend. Will never be back and will not recommend to anyone. Hire more staff because you definitely need more and train your staff better . read more

this Arby's does a great job for just opening up! they might've been slow at first, but with the large incoming crowd it was understandable. Employees are friendly and working to their best ability. Great start for a new place! looking forward to how this business goes in the future read more

Stopped in last night for the fish sandwich. Much better than McDonald's. Large piece of fish, tasty tartar sauce. Very mild fish taste. The Mac n cheese complemented it. Ate inside to avoid the long drive up line. Was served in about 5 minutes. I will return for the chicken cordon blue. read more

This Arby's is new so expect a wait to get you're food. The food was worth the wait. Hot and delicious. The most disappointing thing was that with the amount of people that they serve no one ever came out to clean the dinInning room. Tables were dirty, the garbage overflowed, the floor needing sweeping, the condiment area needed cleaning and replenishing. I did not dare venture into the bathroom. read more

I've been here 3 times and there food is always perfect but today my husband went there and got lunch he came all the way home which is in coram and checked the bag and they forgot some food, so it's 4 o'clock and at this point he's been out all day and he doesn't want to drive all the way back so we call the first time it went straight to voicemail we tried 4 more times and the last time I got through i told them what happened and the girl just said okay come back I said we live in coram I'm not driving all the way back and you put it back to his card she told me to wait and come back and said okay what's your name he tells them and she's like okay you're in the book doesn't even tell me what that means so my husband said so that means I have a credit she said yes then I said why can't you credit it back to his card she said we need the card in the store to do that so I said OK then she said is there anything else I said no and she just hung up didn't say thank you we are sorry nothing I am so upset about this! read more

i've been to this arby's twice since the grand opening & both times they have got my order wrong. i've waited a full hour just to order at the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me & once i've got home the order was wrong. i paid $77 & change for 4 sandwiches, a shake & fries when i ordered 6 sandwhiches & etc. the second time i went there the person taking my order was speaking very low & unenthusiastic. this time when i got to the window, i checked my bag for the correct items before leaving & they gave me 3 extra fries. they didn't seem to give me my chicken that i ordered so i asked & he proceeded to give me an attitude saying it's at the bottom of the bag. he didn't bother taking all the extra fries out and just handed it back to me. i've emailed arby's after my first bad experience & they only said sorry. that was it. i mean considering i've spent $80 on food at this place only for it to be shitty handled. this place needs better customer service & employees to work at the drive thru to get orders correct. hire people with experience working & not just young kids who don't know what they're doing. read more
