This Arby's in a petrol station was killer! I ordered via the app to get the internet only deal (free fries with a loaded Italian) and went inside to wait. The manager was delivering food and asked if I needed help and I told him I was waiting for a mobile order and he said it would be right out. Usually, people don't pay attention to people standing around so I appreciated being asked. Once the food was done, it was delicious. I remember the loaded Italian sandwich from Arby's History Class and I was glad it was back and it was everything I remembered. I wish it was a permanent item. The curly fries were fresh and paired with the horsey and Arby's sauces nicely (I love double dipping). I got one oddly long continuous curly fry which I should have submitted to Guinness for a world record, but I ate it instead. It's what gluttons do! Worst Arby's! Ordered in drive thru a chicken slider kids meal with fries. The gentleman at the window told me to pull up as he dropped the fries. I asked if I should pull to the drive thru spots and He said no, just pull up to the door. I waited and waited. .. it was so long, I just cut my car off and went inside. Service is hit or miss but food is always of great quality. Orders are usually accurate and the drive through line goes quickly since cars are often asked to pull forward after paying. I feel like I get a better value by ordering a few Junior Roast Beef instead of a larger sandwich. Potato cakes are always hot and fresh and if you want them in your combo, let the employee know because curly fries are standard. Just average. I asked for the cheapest possible item I could buy. Not the cheapest item on the menu, but literally the cheapest possible charge they can generate for me. Why? I have a Bank of America offer where if I may a purchase at Arby's I get some bonus $. I was in a strange mood and decided to go for it, since BoA is giving me at most $2 I want to spend under $2. A slider is $1.50 plus tax, that isn't going to be enough - guess what: you can buy Arby's cheese in a plastic to-go ketchup container for $.70. I was hoping to find something at $.50 or below. The first person wasn't sure what was the cheapest, but she was wise enough to know her limits and asked her manager who knew about the side of cheddar. For this I am happy. This location always turns out to be really convenient because it's attached to a BP gas station. It's really cool when you can fill up your tank, buy a few snacks and pick up lunch or dinner. The location is very clean and the staff is professional and always courteous. The only confusing thing about the setup, is that the condiments are located around the corner in the dining room near the soda machine. One note for chocolate lovers: If you're a big fan of the chocolate turnovers like I am; you'll want to get there before 9:30 pm, because they have a tendency to run out of those pretty early. read more

It has been while since I ate at an Arby's. So long that I don't remember what used to order. Since the commercial Arby's have showing on tv I have been wanting to try it. Finally today I did. I ordered the Medium Combo, that is the rueben, fries, and drink for $8.29 before tax. that includes 60 cents for the upgrade to medium. The rueben, and fries were hot. The marble rye bread was so soft and tasty it does not have any rye seeds. I miss that I like the seeds on mine. The cornbeef had a nice flavor to it. Over all the sandwich was pretty good and all the flavors blended well. The things that I would fix to make this sandwich awesome would be: Spread the meat out over the bread so that would cause for more meat, add more thousand island dressing and saurkroute. And bam! The General Manager of this location is absolutely phenomenal. He acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door and once I had placed my order, he looked at my credit card and wrote my name on the receipt so he could call out a name instead of a number when my order was ready. I was not going to review but I have to. I rolled up to the window and saw the person making my phone with one hand making my food and another hand on his phone. Then he went from his phone and touched the bread to make the sandwich with his bare hands. I don't mind but that is a health code violation. I was not going to review that. But today I went to go order a buffalo chicken slider and onion rings.... and I tried asking for an iced tea but then I heard the guy laughing in the background. I waited for a good 30 seconds with no response after I said "can I have an ice tea." Then he eventually says OK one onion ring and one jalapeño slider.!¿. It was obvious he was not paying attention to my order so why have this guy at the cash register. Whoever does the training at this location is not doing a very good job. Not only did he get my order wrong,but I had to repeat myself and said I wanted a nice tea multiple times because he was not paying attention. This location is right down the street from my job which is convenient, but what's not is the fact that I have to wait AT LEAST 15min every time I'm in their drive-thru, even if there's just one other car in front of me. OK so I rarely complain...but this is the umpteenth time I have had to wait an exceptionally long time at this drive thru...not a complicated order- 4 sliders and a drink- the ONLY car in line and still waited 12 minutes at the window before someone came and said "Sorry, she is starting on your order now."
