The food was really good. My favorite was the strawberry hot. I wish I only got that flavor. The lemon pepper was mid and I'm not even sure how to feel about the honey chili garlic. This Chex location looks dirty and the inside doesn't smell like yummy fried food. I ordered 7 wings online then came to pick up, I was informed that my order came with a drink. Either I've been ripped off at the freedom location or this location made a mistake. I ordered my wings extra crispy but they weren't crispy at all and it didn't come with celery like it's stated on the menu. Will not be coming back to this location. read more

Order was missing items (2nd time this has happened), and instruction request was not followed. Called the restaurant and spoke with manager. She was super apologetic. She offered solutions(refund and replacement) and agreed to replace the order on next trip to restaurant since a refund couldn't be offered unfortunately. I didn't have the wings. That's probably my first mistake. The name of the restaurant is grill so I tried out the burger. The patty was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. I consistently get the same wing flavor and order from Chex and it's usually 10/10. Today was my first bad experience. I order $50 worth of food (and 15% tip) just for my order to be incorrect. I gladly pay the $1 up charge for all flats and even in the notes specifically what I want for flavor (Cajun ranch and buffalo sauce on top) just to get home to have not only mixed wings, the flavor incorrect AND my wings cold. read more

We just went here for the first time yesterday. We got wings, fries, and fried mushrooms. They have a pretty extensive menu. Everything was excellent. I Love the Chex wings and grills wings I always order them and have never had issues with wings coming raw or any of that, though I will say this location was the only one where the jalapeno poppers were a bit weird tasting almost as if maybe it was expired or something. The owner or whoever is in charge has their family in there eating with their children running around. A pregnant woman kept going behind the counter to get things for their table. No mask, no gloves, and didn't wash her hands. I was not impressed with the food either. Maybe I'll try a different location bc this one was definitely NOT it. read more
