It's an Arby's. The roast beef is see-through. It's fast food BUT the service is always outstanding. The young people who work here are always very kind and they seem to like one another. They interact well together and the service is accurate and fast. The restaurant is always clean. Sometimes I am not sure what to order and they have offered excellent suggestions. 3/10/25. We were looking for a quick late lunch when we stumbled upon this Arby's. Conveniently located adjacent to a Love's service plaza, it is a convenient place to fill up on gas, grab a quick meal, take a shower, walk the dog in the enclosed lot, and use the clean restrooms. My husband and I each ordered a roast beef and cheddar, which were served on onion buns. They were running a special wherein these sandwiches (or fish ones) were only $6.99 for two. We added on a small self-serve fountain soda for $2-something. Our sandwiches (5/5) were amazing. They tasted fresh and had a generous amount of meat. The flavors were further enhanced by the addition of Arby's signature horsey sauce. They came to us piping hot. Fountain drinks. (3/5). There were twelve flavors in the machine, plus iced teas. However, the only diet sodas were Diet Coke and Coke Zero. Would've liked to have seen more diet choices and a lower price point. Staff (4/5). 10/31/20: Went through the drive thru around 8:30 pm with my friend and he ordered a deep fried turkey wrap. Before doing so, the girl taking the order and who was smacking on something couldn't even tell him what was in the wrap. She was guessing. He ordered anyway. We get to the window and was able to see what the girl was smacking on...Little Caesar's pizza. I've never been so disgusted in all my life. She was eating that pizza over the top of a freshly made vanilla milkshake that belonged to someone else. Between taking orders, she would grab a piece of pizza, take a few bites, walk to the front counter, and come back to eat more pizza. Never once did she wash her hands. NOT ONCE!!! I brought this to my friend's attention yet he ate from there anyway. Not me. I don't take kindly to these kinds of practices. I hope whoever ordered that milkshake likes pizza crumbs because there were probably a ton in theirs. If it's break time, go eat elsewhere and away from the drive thru window. How old were you when you realized "Arby's" is just pronounced "RB's" which is short for roast beef? I was today years old. Arby's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, so I wasn't disappointed to find this one inside of the Love's truck stop. Don't judge it by that tid bit though, it's like brand new, and immaculate. I have the app, so I had a $1 off offer for a crispy chicken sandwich. I hadn't ever tried their version of crispy chicken, so I decided to give it a whirl. Ah, it was just ok. Stick with the roast beef. It's the best RB sandwich version of any fast food restaurant hands down. My husband went with the RB double. Good God, that thing was huge. Definitely filling. For an upgrade charge, you can substitute the drink in the combo meal for a milk shake. The chocolate shake is made with Ghirardelli chocolate... that's impressive! Ring the service ring on your way out, but be prepared, it is loud and will scare the other patrons. read more

It's okay. The seven teenagers that are working make your food decently. The gas station attached to it on the other hand advertises a hotdog special but they never have hotdogs or buns. If you're going to stop here, this Arby's is absolutely your best bet. read more

I stopped at this location on 460 E. in disputanta Virginia at the loves truckstop. I've always loved this location. They are very friendly, quick, sweet people. But today I stopped and ordered two for six crispy fish sandwiches for dinner with a friend tonight. I sat at the drive-through for five minutes. And then the girl came and asked me to pull forward and I sat for another 10 minutes. Normally I would refuse to pull forward at a drive-through because you go through a drive-through for fast food. I am not pulling up next to the trashcan to wait for you to bring food to me. But today I did and like I said I sat there for another 10 minutes. Fuming I went inside and told the girl I wanted my money back. No one in that store had their shit together she kept telling me my sandwiches were almost ready but the fish was sitting there frozen on the basket and had not been put in the fryer. There were no less than 10 employees in there and no one wanted to give me my money back for my time sitting there. They demanded a receipt. The girl who told me to pull forward claim she didn't recognize me. The girl at the drive-through cleaned she didn't recognize me. I am not happy. So on 7/21/22 I went to the love's truck stop arbys to eat let's start with this the place was clean but the young man working the cash register was new couldn't get the order right I had to tell him 2 to 3 times before he got it right so loves truckstop automatically plays background music so the Manager allowed the staff at Arby's to play their music which they turned up louder than the music loves was playing so you had two radios competing that became annoying especially when you're trying to have a conversation with your lunch Guest The manager was not watching their staff he was too busy talking at the other part of the truck stop so an employee came in obviously must've been his day off starting goofing around with the other employees start ringing a bell that got peoples attention in case no one saw you that's why the manager should've been in there so he could've asked him to stop who wants to hear someone just ring the bell like a little kid I came to eat not too be annoyed there's no attention to detail there I ordered macaroni and cheese it was room temperature at best so I give this place a C- I new manager would help this place out he could clam down all the loud talking the loud music being played and the horse playing around if he stayed in the restaurant side of the truckstop!!! Don't forget when the cats away the employees will play this is the problem with places you come to work not to be on your phone not to hear loud music or play around this is peoples food you're talking about I have to eat the stuff !!!
