I picked up dinner around 5:00 on a Sunday afternoon. It didn't seem too busy so that should have been a clue to me. We were traveling through town. I ordered a burger and roast beef sandwich both with fries. The meal was ready really fast. That should have been another clue. We placed our order online and went to pick it up. As soon as we walked in we said hi, how are you? The employee didn't say anything back, just looked over at us like why the heck are you here. Very bad attitude problem. When we returned home we found out or order wasn't right. I called and asked for a manager and the guy said he was and his name was Tim. I told him we had both ordered curly fries and received regular fries. He said "that's because we've been out of them all day." I asked him if there was a reason they didn't tell us that when we picked up our order. He just repeated what he'd just said. Quality fast food - standard Arby's fare. Tastier and probably healthier than going to nearby McDonald's and tastier (and faster) than the Jack in Box next door. I particularly like the Reuben, although all the menu does taste good. The drive through averages about 2.5 minutes per car in line. Not as fast as Elko's KFC (other side of interstate), but they are making the sandwiches as you wait. read more

Stopped in for lunch on a long drive during vacation. Clean environment with up-to-day furnishings. Pleasant and helpful counter staff. Located among many other businesses so easy to run other errors as well. Order my usual Cordon Bleu and it was very good as expected. Nothing fell short during my visit at all. read more

We stopped at night on our way through the area, and we happened to hit during a surprise rush. A bunch of cars randomly pulled into the lot with us. The drive-through looked like a parade arrived, and about 7-10 people walked in with our five, all at the same time. There were only 3 or so employees present, and they were immediately swamped. The girl at the counter (maybe a manager?) was awesome about it, apologizing several times for the wait, which was only about 15 minutes, while she scrambled to take care of everybody. She even explained that the restaurant doesn't usually get rushed at that time of night, and I appreciated her honesty. I was tired from long hours on the road and would have been pretty irritated about waiting for fast food, but this employee's great attitude took that all away. I definitely will stop here again when we're in the area. read more

I am fond of the standard turkey and cheese, and theirs is excellent. Moreover, I forgot my credit card at the drive thru and they found us, came out to our car, and personally delivered my previously lost credit card with a smile. My family and I were passing thought Elko on our way to Utah and decided to stop for a bite. We decided on Arby's because it would be fast and thought it would be better than McDonalds. I was wrong...I saw a female employee smoking outside and came in to work the register and handled food without washing her hands. She was serving fries and touching the fries with her unwashed hands. Before I could order, she started playing with her hair and started rubbing her eyes with her fingers. My friend and I were passing through town and decided to stop by our beloved Arby's. The craving for a thinly sliced roast beef sandwich with a sesame seed bun was too strong. The sandwich was pretty much as I remembered it - basic meat and yummy white bread. The food arrived quickly but some of the staff seemed inexperienced. The young man behind the register must have been a bit nervous because instead of asking us what we would like or "How can I help you?" he just waited for us to begin speaking. Had lunch here today. The rating is not for the food or service but the conduct of the manager, which was appalling. She was incredibly crude and loud, barking orders to her staff, swearing and taking drinks out of a cup on the floor with customers. She yelled at somebody to open the window because it was hot and then reprimanded the employee for letting flies in, which she said LOUDLY "were getting all over the food." Gross. Arby's, get your act together. You do not want someone like this managing your store and being the "face" of Arby's to the public. read more

I would not recommend this place for dine it at all. The associates were extremely rude. Only half the staff was wearing a uniform and only the manager was wearing a name tag. The food took about 10 min to get. The restaurant itself was extremely dirty inside. The floors both from and back needed to be swept and mopped. Under about half the tables was ants. However, the health inspection states "This establishment is closed by order of the Nevada State Health Division due to extreme rodent infestation. You may not operate until this infestation is resolved completely ..." The April 28 report cites evidence of mouse infestation. Several pictures were taken of feces throughout the facility and holes were present in the walls, ceiling and shelving units providing modes of entry. "NSHD suspects a generational infestation is present, as nesting is evident, and fecal matter found in all areas to include food preparation, dry food storage, refrigeration units, and dining areas," said the report. Additionally, multiple employees, including management, exhibited symptoms such as diarrhea, nausea, headache, fever, and an increase in asthma attacks. They also claim food packages, such as bread, have been chewed open by the rodents. Advertisement (1 of 1): 0:05 Employees also sighted rodents on the premises daily. A representative of the restaurant, who did not identify himself on the phone, would only say the establishment is "working with the health inspector." Elko Police Lt. Do not go here the gm refuses to change the oil the friers where the fries, chicken strips, and the other fried foods are fried in, in fact the oil is jet black. They are continually running out of product to sell and the various ingredients to make even the simplest thing like their signature sandwiches for example not having onion buns for the beef and cheddar or the red ranch sauce that goes on the bottom, there is a rotten smell coming from the fridge, and Ryan has the nerve to call a teen just getting a job for the first time "Trash" because he is limited in his hours. Then refuses to let people who volunteered to cover shifts that were abandoned by workers to actually work them and instead gave them to people who routinely call out for their scheduled shifts. Not only is this poor management but along with the back of the restaurants cleanliness they slice all the tomatoes raw meat and lettuce in the same counter without cleaning it before hand then leaving it in the dirty condition all day until closing time. Above the fryer there are metal grates covered in dust and old oil that is not covered allowing all the bacteria and dusted material to fall in the customers food. Employees have stated that it has never been cleaned since they started at the restaurant going on almost a year. Not sure how they have passed there health inspections with this issue and many others. Food will sit up on the warmer for hours on end if made as a extra until someone orders it allowing them to "get rid of it" in their words. Not pleased with this location or gm in any way. read more

I just spent $23.46, for ONE Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. We had ordered four sandwiches, we neglected to look in the bag to see if the order was correct. Got home and only one sandwich in the bag. We live 50 miles away form this Arby's. I know that mistakes happen, I wasn't upset about that. I phoned the store and talked with John, the manager, he was very nice. However...I was told he could not give me a credit on my card, but he would make sure next time we came in that he would gladly give us the other three sandwiches. Well, that isn't going to happen, ever. I will never go back. I will tell all my friends and family never to go there. It isn't like it is just down the street. This place is very poorly managed. Food orders for everyone inside were taking between 10 to 20 minutes and it was not that busy. They had one girl in front and one guy putting sandwiches together. The shift manager who I believe to have probably been on meth, mostly just walked around joking with another employee who was taking drive through orders. Many customers were visibly upset and one guy had to bring his sandwich back twice. My sandwich was slightly frozen in the middle. (most expensive fast food lunch I ever ordered, $9.50 for a sandwich, rings and a MED drink!) - The problem here is clearly poor management. That night, I got sick... most probably from mis-handled food. I am writing to corporate head quarters about this experience. read more
