There are three sandwiches to choose from, and I chose a fish sandwich. The meal comes with two mozzarella sticks, small fries, peach cobbler, and a small drink. My fish sandwich was really big and tasty. Perfectly seasoned and not too salty, which is a big plus because these places love their salt. I was able to eat everything in my box and I feel as though it is a little much, but to others, it might be the perfect amount of food. Its only an Arbys. So this will only be a quick review. No matter where we live in Las Vegas we have an Arbys within a 10 minute drive. Years ago, Arbys left the New York City market. Now that they opened a store in Bellmore, NY; New Yorkers are driving a distance for the Arbys experience. The Arbys of today is a different restaurant than I remember in New York. They greatly eliminated their popular signature menu items for new market fresh items. Maybe the Wendy's merger had something to do with it. Delicious menu items like the super beacon roast beef and cheeseburger (they had delicious cheeseburgers) have been replaced by reubens, roast turkey, and other market sandwiches that remind me more of Wendys. Fortunately, they still serve the beacon cheddar roast beef sandwich. That is my Arby's sandwich of choice. My critique is that they not charge an extra dollar for more roast beef. This Arbys shares the parking lot with Pecos Legacy Car Wash. After scrubbing off presents from pigeons and the elements, eating here is a nice reward for hand washing my car. This store has unfortunately been terrible for a very long time their employees are rude they often tell you when you go through drive-thru that you can't do multiple orders which I already know you can and directly from their corporate office it stated that they can. my last incident that I was there where they asked me to wait around the front while they prepared the meal they waited 15 minutes and then I had to go back inside to see my food sitting on the counter because they forgot that they had me drive around so I never got the food at all. So I called the corporate office on the complained about 6 months ago and never heard of him back but it was more just somebody being rude so I let it go, then that incident happened so I called the corporate office cuz that was beyond unacceptable how do you forget about the customer you told drive around and wait in front of your building. so I called the corporate office they said that they would contact the store and that store manager would be calling me didn't happen, I called back to the corporate office again they told me that escalated, nothing happened I called back to the corporate office again asked to speak to their supervisor and that supervisor was busy so they took down my name and number and said that supervisor would contact you back never happened, then I called again today and of course our supervisor is busy again and can't talk to me and he says he'll escalate it oh, but I have no hopes of that actually happening as it's been now over a month since I made the complaint and he goes oh they're still investigating it. what are you investigating other than that you are incompetent and that your company clearly does not care about their customers there's a reason why almost every Arby's in the area has 2 stars or less, this is the company that's going to go out of business because the people who are running out the top are just as moronic as a people who running at the bottom. all I can say is if you plan to go to Arby's don't expect fresh food, don't expect good customer service don't expect timely service and don't expect the corporate office to give a shit if you call them cuz they'll just give you the run-around hoping that they'll get you to stop calling, I've been doing it for a month and this is not the first time I've called them it's asking the third time I've called them and I've gotten absolutely nowhere and never gotten a call back from their store manager, so clearly Arby's does not care about its customers. read more

Just had a very unfortunate situation with a drive thru employee named Kelly. She didn't like the fact that I was a couple of inches away from the small window waiting for my food. She had the nerve to say to her co-worker "look how far the f*** she parked" thinking I didn't hear her. Went here Friday night. Lights were turned off at 7;00 in evening. Place was pitch black. The opinion I got is they were trying to make people think they were closed. I told the girl about it and she replied "they are on a timer and we can't do anything about it. 2 minutes later the lights came on. Took 27 minutes to get thru drive thru. 2 cars in front of me. About 18 years ago I worked at Arby's and quickly climbed the ranks to assistant manager. I worked with a dedicated, goal oriented crew who strived to meet company values. We always had a clean restaurant, kitchen, dining room, even the parking lot. Above all customer service was the number one priority. What I have seen at this location is not what Arby's corporate would like to see. Filthy restaurant, the drink station specifically is disgusting, the floor is always sticky and gross, and the staff really don't give a shit. I've seen buns that are not toasted fully, wrappers not folded correctly, wilted lettuce, and just sandwiches slopped together. Y'all either need to fire the manager or just replace the entire staff. read more
