My Rubins were not hot bread cool and cheese not melted what happen?never had it like this

Had a great experience at the drive-thru today. A gentleman named Dre took my order. I hadn't been to Arby's in a while and he made it important to himself that I should get exactly what I want. The menu is vast, so he went over what's been popular lately, told me two of his favorites, then was genuinely stoked with the decision we settled on. I asked for a lemonade and he even made sure I knew about house-made option, describing it as "a little bit sweeter". I went with that option, it was a great choice! I appreciated his attitude so much.. don't think I've ever said that going through the drive-thru. I wish that dude the best. Keep up the great work. read more

Fries tasted like they had been sitting out for 20 minutes and then re-dropped in the oil. Worst fries I have ever had!!!

there was a confusion in my order and I didn't notice until I got home so I called back and the second shift manager Mr. Tim apologized and told me to come back the next day and he would remake it for me. the next day I went in and I didn't even have to mention anything Mr. Tim recognized me right away and started on it thank you Mr. Tim for squaring everything away 5 stars for the management here!! read more

I am a DD driver. I walked in to the restaurant and saw there was a back ready on the shelf. Asked a male employee if it was mine. He said no we are still working on yours. I said no problem. stood back away from the counter against the second railing and was scrolling on my phone. A woman employee asked me if it didn't say what time i was supposed to be there and I said no. I explained it only shows it has to be picked up by 2:25pm not that i am not to enter the store until that time. She said well your the only driver that doesn't seem to get it. I offered to call DD to see if there was something they could change in the restaurants record for future pick ups and she called me rude. I asked her why are you coming at me. I am literally standing away from the counter on my phone not bothering anybody. She proceeded to berate me on how stupid i am for not knowing how DD works. I left. I am a platinum DD so I do know but i didn't bother to tell her that I just left. I will never go back. read more

Good grief! Missing the cherry turnover, missing a large fry, no sauce for the nuggets, no sauce for the mozzarella sticks, no straws for the drinks, and all three drinks were wrong. Terrible. The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because my beef n cheddar was mostly edible. read more

No straws, lobby closed, no garbage in the parking lot. I'm getting tired of these fast food places using no employees as an excuse for poor service. If they are out of supplies and can't have the lobbies open then then the business should close until full staff and supplies can be brought back on. read more

I had no complaints at all about this location when i visited for lunch. I had a semi-large order and the person taking it knew what they were doing, was very quick, and also polite. When i got to the window, they were also quick and polite and they already had Arby's, horsey, and ketchup in the bag without me asking for it. Everything was accurate and tasted fresh. read more

So I was looking to work here because a friend Said he could get me a spot so I could start working. I applied twice. I got rejected twice. The reason?? Transportation. I have to make it clear I am a highschool graduate I don't have many options to work near me and I don't have transportation so I was planning to work the same shift as my friend so we could ride together. So yeah honestly if you are lookin for a job at Arby's I would find another Arby's to work at this place ain't great. read more

Stopped by while traveling yesterday. Only the Drive thru was open, it was slow. The woman taking orders was rude. When we finally got to window, and received order, we left only to find out we received something totally different than what we ordered. I'm sure someone else did too. It's been a while since I've been in to this location, but decided to grab lunch here since the cafeteria was closed at work. I went with my usual, a Reuben sandwich with curly fries. The fries were good and fresh, but the sandwich was a different story. This store aways seems to go a little light on the meat, which doesn't appear to have changed. That's probably a good thing today since the corned beef was like shoe leather. This was meat that you didn't bite through as much as try to rip apart. Aside from that, the flavor was pretty good so it wasn't a total loss. I also noticed that the dining room was dirty, but they were also slammed with the lunch rush. read more

I find it so annoying that this Arby's continues to close the dining room and force everyone through the drive through, which is SO SLOW. The woman on the speaker spoke to everyone as if we had interrupted her nap. I asked her at the end why the dining room is still closed, and she said, "someone called in." Well, the dining room is closed every single time I try to get in lately, so I find that excuse hard to believe. Every other fast food restaurant in the area has managed to open their dining rooms a long time ago, so what's your special problem, Arby's? read more

Well being in the car 8 hours we stopped for lunch. Food was bland and had no taste. What made me about puke was the kid who took our order and money. Put food in the fryer and didnt wash their hands. Money is so nasty and then after touching chicken walked back over to the register to take another order. I ordered my favorite thing of the menu, the buffalo chicken sandwich. They told me that I needed to wait a few minutes for the chicken to cook and to pull up, I never mind waiting in a fast food restaurant if I'm getting something like that. I was in no rush at all, they gave me a ride chicken patty. Get back to my hotel, bit into it, and you could instantly tell that it was undercooked. I think with the recent construction on Waldron (for the past 2 years) it made this place harder to get to, and so their business has suffered. At least it feels like that, as most of the staff didn't seem to want to be there. Food was typical of an Arby's, and unless you have a coupon, it can get pretty pricey (that goes for any Arby's). read more
