I ordered Jimmy Johns for my lunch. I specifically requested to not have a certain driver because of his bad hygiene, which I have witnessed many times. They send the guy anyways. Cool, whatever. The guy calls my office and asks to speak to our Lawyer because he wants to "settle" or he will "sue me" because I said I didn't want the guy with the glasses delivering my food. Food is good, but we've given this location three chances before we've written this review. This location breeds the rudest and snappiest workers behind the counter. I'm guessing the manager is responsible for the culture here because other locations across the city and country are way better. The bread is not very fresh compared to other similarly priced sandwich shops, the lunch meat is just that, processed tasting lunch meat, and tomato slices are the size of a nickel, half the size and freshness of other shops. They have very little quality add ons, no bell pepper or red onion. Their business model clearly isn't on quality ingredients. Not for me. read more

Very disappointed in our Lunch at Jimmy John's. My husband and I both ordered the BLT. The bacon was cold and hard....just like you get from the grocery BUT you are suppose to MICROWAVE to warm it up. THEY DON'T. I could totally eat Jimmy John's everyday for lunch! It's right up the street from where I work and I've found myself purposely "forgetting" my lunch at home just so I would have an excuse to order. I love the french bread the subs are served on. I've never had a less than delicious sandwich from there. I usually order a giant choc chip cookie as well. For all those days at the office when I don't have time to leave, I'm thankful for Jimmy John's being right down the street. As soon as I discovered that I could have a sandwich delivered to me for $7, then I became a frequent customer. The sandwiches are always fresh and always consistent. Food good, order taking ok but experience was the worst. Room full of delivery drivers waiting to clock in and took up most all of the seats. They were using poor language, one smelled like never bathed and over ran the dining room. Couldnt get a drink as they were rushing to fill their drinks including a gallon of tea! I used to get Jimmy John's at least twice a week delivered to my work until about a month ago I got my order delivered and got super sick after eating my food. Prices are decent. Quick to get your order out to you. Really great tasting sandwiches. My co-workers and I order regularly. I recommend the J.J. Never been to Jimmy John's before. Gave it a first try for lunch. Atmosphere is funky and creative. Their front door signs and menus are unique and interesting to read. The staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean. Sandwich options are pretty typical. One unique aspect was that they offer alfalfa inside the sandwich as an option. I would never have thought of that! I was a little bit nervous, it was definitely a unique flavor, but I liked it! Other than that, it seems like a typical sandwich shop. read more
