I never write reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I had to. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and a chicken bacon Swiss meal. I live less than two minutes from this Arby's, yet when I got home it was obvious the chicken in my wife's sandwich was ice cold and hard as a rock while mine was hot but rubbery and inedible. To make it worse, my sandwich wasn't even what I ordered. I received a chicken cordon bleu absolutely drenched in mayo. I also asked for buffalo sauce and was given horsey sauce instead. Both orders of curly fries were ice cold and clearly the leftover scraps from the bottom of the fryer no actual curly fries, just tiny overcooked pieces. We didn't even finish the food. I normally don't review fast food chains, but this Arby's is one of the best I have ever been to. And I'm not just saying that for Arby's, but for any fast food chain! Tucked away in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it center, this very small restaurant has a drive-thru and a modern dining room. I was shocked at how immaculate and clean it was inside. It's still pretty new, but the cleaning crew keeps things looking ship-shape. It was decorated for Halloween, which was super fun. The employees and a woman who must've been the manager greeted us warmly. There was no trouble placing an order -- until it was time to ring it in. The computer system had just gone down! Instead of turning customers away like most places would have definitely done, the register employee thought on this feet and got out an old school pen and piece of paper and WROTE DOWN OUR ORDER BY HAND. I was shocked at this level of customer service at an Arby's! Soon the system was back up and we were able to run our credit card and pay. I like to avoid bread when possible, so I ordered my roast beef sandwich without a bun. The kitchen had no problem at all accommodating my request. They didn't even seem confused by it, which is also surprising. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Plenty of roast beef served in side containers instead of on a bun. Of course I'd have loved a larger portion, but it is what it is. We ordered mozzarella sticks to share, and they were gooey and crispy and hot and fresh. The fountain soda offered free refills and a good variety of drinks. This Arby's is well-run and expertly managed, and I highly recommend it. I have tried Arby's twice in my life. The first time was around 2009 and the second was today. There were definite pros and cons. I ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwhich and the meat was extremely dry. While there was sauce on the sandwich, it seemed to be heavy on mayo and light on bbq sauce. When I added more bbq sauce, it tasted a lot better. The crispy onions in the sandwhich added great flavor but the dry chewy meat makes me skeptical to try anything again. The mozarella sticks are great, they were hot and cheesey in the middle. The outside coating is a little bland, but the cheese pull is worth it. The crinkle fries were the best crinkle fries I think I have had at any restaurant in terms of freshness and crispiness. They were definitely crispy and crunchy which is what I love! I also tried their cherry turnover and beware, it is very sweet. I normally love sweet things but this was almost overkill. Unfortunately it was not warm and the pastry was stale so it wasn't very good. The filling tastes good but was cold and the icing on top pretty much falls right off. Overall 3 stars because they had some good items but nothing to write home about. Think I am going to have to keep my inital perception of Arby's and say they are not for me. read more

We had no idea an Arby's opened up so close to home. When we received the coupon mailer that was my cue to look up the nearest Arby's. It's right off Durango and Blue Diamond. Truth be told we don't eat out much and we haven't eaten at Arby's in years. But hey, with a coupon why not. We tried to pecan chicken sandwich and it was so light and refreshing but still filling. Perfect for when you need to catch lunch but not feel sleepy or weighed down by your meal. The orange cream shake was awesome! It says it's seasonal but gosh I hope not. It taste exactly like the orange dreamsicle you get from the ice cream trucks. What a perfect summer treat. Since I haven't been to Arby's in forever my goal is to use all the coupons on the mailer. Wow. This place was good when it opened, but apparently we got the B squad today. My wife went around 1120 this morning to get herself some food and a drink for me and some macaroni bite thing. She said the woman taking the order seemed to have very broken English, and kept asking her over and over what she ordered. Despite going over it multiple times: - my wife asked for lite ice. Both sodas came filed to the top with ice. We strained the actual soda out and it came down to less than 1/3 of that actual cup. 1/3 cup, full price. Next, she asked for no cheese in her burger because if there is cheese she won't eat it. Wanna guess what came on the burger? Cheese. On top of the driest patty she has probably ever had. Lastly, she ordered curly fries and got crinkle fries. Arby's: respectfully, if you are going to have someone take the order who doesn't understand what is being relayed to them, that is a recipe for disaster. Your rep literally failed at every aspect of what turned out to be a $25 order, which in itself is ridiculous considering we can get two meals at the McDonalds across the street for that. read more

If you send me a coupon because I agree to receive email communication from you in my email that features a discount on a purchase, having your store employees tell me that they cannot honor the coupon when I show up to use it in person is enraging. The fact that they shrugged and offered no help or empathy made it worse. Then, I had to spend 15 minutes setting up your app so I could place my order that I could have easily made across the counter so I could then stand and wait another 5 minutes for my order to be prepared while I was in a hurry. While setting up the app and adding a credit card, I was told that I had to also give you my phone # to complete the setup. I don't appreciate not being given a choice. To top it all off, the food I ordered was cold and tasted terrible. I guess that now that you're done destroying the Buffalo Wild Wings brand, you've turned your attention back to your original brand. My most recent visit was very alarming at how she addresses her employees in front of customer's. I suggest correcting her before a customer does, and before she is reported to the corporate office. This Arby's is better than the other local ones I've been to. Friendly staff, roast beef piled high especially when you upgrade to a 1/2 pounder I have a weekly ritual of visiting this Arby's. I often get the French Dip upgraded to the 1/2 pound Mozzarella sticks are the best, nearly every time I've got them it's like they just came out of the fryer with the cheese melted.
