The time stamp on the ticket was 11:49 30 min plus since I had placed my order. I can understand issues, I can understand delays, just tell me , we missed your order, it took longer than expected, want ever.... But do not be insulting when I am trying to get information. And to top it all off, my fries were cold and under cooked. Not an enjoyable lunch by any means. I did not cancel today's order, but I will think long and hard before placing another one.
