I stopped here to try the new Arby's meat and three. I got a regular roast beef sandwich came with curly fries a small Diet Coke peach cobbler and two marinara sticks and it was really good lady at the window was nice place seemed clean and efficient. I was asked if I wanted curly fries and got crinkle. They were fried I'd old oil making them taste bad. NO SALT WAS ADDED. ZIP, ZULCH, NADA, not even one grain of salt. Sandwich sauces was very drippingly watery. The apple roll was good though. read more

Whoever the large African-American man is that appears to be the manager or maybe an assistant manager working tonight is an absolute joke, His demeanor, and customer service or lack there of... Is a glaring example of how bad management breeds bad management. I went through the drive-through and waited behind the car in front of me for 20 minutes after placing my order. I finally got up to the window and paid only to wait another 10 minutes before being told to pull up next to a cone. I proceeded to sit at that cone and watch four other cars get their food and pull around me a total of 37 minutes went by from the time I ordered my food to the time I decided to walk in there and ask if they forgot about me. The man's reaction was horrible. I was upset, but not rude. He looked at me like I was an idiot and mocked me for asking if they forgot about me. He said to the other girl working there "he said did you forget about me". When he handed me my food he stared me down and tried to intimidate me with a very insincere, sorry sir. I will never go back to that Arby's ever again and I eat there routinely for the last 10 years that gentleman should be fired on the spot for the way he acted. read more

The scenario: Friday, December 23, 2022. The world (at least this part of it) is engulfed cold. C.O.L.D. COLD. So cold that most businesses didn't open up. We were headed north for the weekend and decided to get off of the expressway at the Brownsboro exit to get lunch. We found a number of restaurants were closed, but Arby's was open. Easy choice. We were greeted by a gentleman named Pete, who took our orders. Pete was awesome and since we were the customers 2 and 3 of the three that were in the restaurant, didn't mind chatting a bit as we ordered. Once our orders were placed and we go our drinks we sat down, only to be called up to get our food. I think they were listening as we ordered and were making our items at the same time. Literally 3 minutes to food-on-the-tray. The fastest service I've ever had at an Arby's. EVER. The order was accurate and the food was hot. The jalapeño poppers were just-out-of-the-fryer hot. I've always loved Arby's Gyros and hadn't had one in a while, so it really hit my hunger spot. This visit to Arby's was bitterly cold on the outside, but the food was hot and tasty. Thanks and HIGH marks to Pete and whomever was working on this bitter cold Friday. I appreciate your dedication and willingness to brave the elements so other people could eat. Do not, under any circumstances, order online from Arby's. They are completely removed from reality. And just try to get a refund.

I usually don't write a bad review but I was so disappointed with the service I got in their drive thru. The worker, an adult male was lack luster to say the least. Did not great with a friendly hello. Placed the order. Didn't check to make sure everything was right. Drove around. Got to the window. He handled my drink to me. Didn't take my card to pay. Had me pull forward. Then came out and said you didn't pay. I said I know. I am holding my card. The order was right but no sauces. I was just disappointed how things were handled. I know people are short staff and this was at an off time but you still treat each customer like they are the only customers. It won't turn me off from going to an Arby's but customer service is so important. Make sure you take the payment. I wasn't going to drive off. I just wanted to be treated respectfully. Service with a smile goes a long way. Again I usually don't write negative reviews but this one bothered me. read more

Arby's is one of the only fast food places I can go with my dietary restrictions. Compared to a lot of other similar restaurants, they have a decent amount of healthier options! I love the summer seasonal chicken salad sandwich and the turkey market fresh sandwich. Pro tip - you can ask for your sandwich on any type of bread you like from here, so I order the chicken salad on the marble rye and it is AMAZING! They also have excellent chicken nuggets and crinkle cut fries (as well as sweet potato waffle fries occasionally). Food is ready quickly and the price isn't bad. These reviews matter and maybe show the staff this. Employees inside and won't answer the people in line because they're closing in 20 minutes. Horrible service. Consistently forget the au jus for the French dip. Drive through service is rude. I don't want a handout but just at least go on the intercom and tell us you closed early. I have been using this Arby's for several years having to visit the cancer institute across the street several times a year. I just want it noted that every single time IM at this Arby's at the drive-through the workers are so polite and friendly, and my order is always hot and correct. I feel that it's important for them to be so friendly based on where they are located, which is around mini medical buildings , as well as a hospital and a cancer institute. People just need a little more kindness in this world so thank you! read more

No Rating. I went through the drive on January 26th. My order was fairly large. Two #2's, kid's meal, 2 turn overs as well as an order for chicken tenders. When I came to the drive thru window I paid with a $100 bill. The gentleman at the window took my money, gave me a bag, then the kids meal bag, then the drinks, then the milk from the kids meal. He then handed me some sauce, then handed me the change from my $100. I pulled forward because there was someone behind me. The receipt showed the total charge was 23.69. And according to the receipt I should have received back 76.31, instead I was given 36.31. I called the store (I was still in the parking lot) and was told they would look into it and that they would need to balance the drawer. I was told the GM would give me a call the following day and that they would not dismiss the issue. When I arrived at home I discovered the 2 turnovers were not in the bag. The next day at 1 in the afternoon I called the store again. I asked if I could speak to the GM. Erica came on the call and asked if I was the lady who paid with the $100 bill. I said indeed I was and what was the outcome. She said the cashier was not over for the day and so there was no way I could get the money. I told her that I also did not receive some of my order and she said, "What? 2 turnovers?" "We will gladly give you more turnovers." I explained that was not the issue that they need to watch the guy who worked the drive thru. He will indeed rip someone else off as well. Be careful and count your change is all I have to say.
