First off, the wait and service for the food was too long for what we ordered (25 mins). The overall vibe was ok & the employees were aight. The reason I give this a low review was due to their normal classic sandwich. The meat literally was so thickly sliced and was extremely spongy. Makes me nauseous just thinking about it. "The food was good if you like it plastic." After eating my first sandwich (ate all because I don't waste) I tried not to vomit & my stomach turned for the next 3 hours. Second time coming to this Arby's and getting this as a "large fry". Pathetic. You're already putting the fries into the container, why not use 10% more effort and fill it up all the way??? First, I love Arby's. I try most of their specialty sandwiches because they are good meaty gut filling sandwiches. However, I had a really bad experience from this Arby's location. My experience on 09/12 started bad and didn't get better. Deseree the cashier had a horrible attitude and gave the vibe that she didn't want to be at work. She didn't greet me nor thank me. She threw my change on the counter versus handing it to me. She only grunted a few words during the entire order process. She gave me a get-lost facial expression. Not exactly the type of customer service that I want to receive, nor what I expect Arby's Corporate HQ wants to give. After receiving my order I transitioned to the drink area and it was filthy. The counter had spilled drink all over it. The condiment area had ketchup and other condiments all over it. There were no napkins and many of the cup lids were broken (cracked). The seating area was in disarray with chairs and tables at all angles; looked like a tornado had come through the seating area. Food and paper products were scattered on the floor. If you travel all day and are hungry, don't try to go through the drive through here. The drive through cashier will tell you that it will be ten minutes before you can order just to make you drive off. I was at the drive through 20 minutes before they closed. read more

Could've been way better! I thought the Arbys in Decatur was bad... but this place takes service to a new low standard! Waited over 20 mins to place an order with only three customers inside and a handful of cars in the drive through. The counter person, if you can call her that, just stood in the middle of the counter looking at her fingernails ignoring customers... It is almost as if her brain (if she had one) was in a reboot mode. She did seem to have sufficient mental cabality to flirt and BS with the guy in front of me even after she finished taking my order. The poor manager was busting her rear end moving cars in and out of the drive through and the cook in the back could be seen hustling. However the lynch pin counter person was as useless as boobs on a bull! WRT to cleanliness, I observed the counter person stick her hands inside of the french fry containers instead of pulling them out one at a time after handling money. No gloves, nothing. Service is horrible. Been here many times, mostly because my father in law gets their coupons, but they are extremely rude to him. They are not nice to me either when I came here with my family. Always takes extremely long to have food delivered, even when there are no other customers. They always have us drive past the window to pick up food, which I suspect is more related to their time metrics than for any real reason. If I'm comparing to other fast food places in the area this would probably be a five star....they are the gold standard when it comes to the immediate area. Typical menu for any Arby's that you come across. They are known for their roast beef sandwiches and variations of roast beef to go along with chicken and some seasonal specialties. Hard to go wrong with a regular roast beef. I felt like it had probably been prepped for awhile and left in storage under the heat lamps for awhile, but it still had a good flavor to it. Also, they are kind of known for their seasoned curly fries. If they are fresh, they are hard to beat. If they aren't so fresh they are hard to eat, literally they can be on the hard side...plus cod just doesn't go well with curly fries. Good selection of sides that include Jalapeño poppers and Fried cheese sticks...these are really good, especially late at night when you are looking for a snack. Also, they are really reasonably priced compared to sit down style restaurants that offer fried cheese sticks. Again, nothing really stands out about this location, except that they are for sure better than other fast food places in the area. I went to this location recently after it reopened the lobby due to covid , first thing first my order was screwed from the start. Cashier seem confused as if he might be high. Wasn't even blinking . I wanted one beef & Cheedar he rang me up for two roast beefs & kept the receipt. It was disgusting! Also ordered a milkshake, didn't have chocolate syrup also found a bug in it lol. This Arby's has been remodeled and updated. I liked it before, and I like it even better now. Their original roast beef sandwich is hard to beat. Unless you get one in a meal with cheddar, potatoes, and a Jamocha Shake! I like ringing the bell when Arby's gives me great service. read more

This restaurant has always been very clean every time I've been here and there's always somebody checking the dining area it seems service is excellent manager takes great pride in their customer service and all the people working there are always friendly the food has been consistent and they are very organized and are able to have your meal ready for you much more quickly than you would anticipate. This past July, I went to Arby's in order to get some Chicken Fingers and fries for lunch. After I had the food, which itself did not look like the typical, crispy Arby's chicken tenders, I went into a great sickness a few hours later, and I was expressing COVID-like symptoms. I got tested the next day, and my test came back negative. All the fevers, all the coughing, all the sweating and headaches were caused by this place giving me food poisoning, taking me out of work for a week and giving me the worst sense of sickness I've had all year. I hate to make negative reviews about somewhere I normally love but I hate to say things at this Arbys location have taken a turn and it is not for the best. The last time I came was in drive thru and not only was my order messed up but the girl did not even give me my drink.
