First, the drive thru worker was annoyed we pulled in her lane.... sorry to make you do your job. She was just rude but hey, its fast food so you get a pass. Second, the food was mediocre at best... I got the cheesesteak and the filling was passable.... ish. The bread ruined it though. It tasted like burnt cardboard. My wife got a French dip sandwich and I think they gave her a literal 1/4 cup of aus jus. Again, on the wrong kind of bread which made the sandwich feel like you just dipped Wonder bread in milk. The drinks were okay bc im not sure you can mess that up but I've had worse. I know that the fast food industry is training us for sub par and we, like cattle, are just going along with it but this is almost not worth the trip anymore. read more

Ugh. I've been to some bad Arby's but this one is the worst. Employees are barely civil, fries were cold, and it was expensive. In all fairness it was 1130am so maybe not at their peak yet, and it was very clean and neat. read more

Ordered food ahead of 3 other customers and had to wait 20 mins for my order after the 3 customers got theirs. Then my order was messed up! Like get it together, and how is this okay for give customers 3 at that their food before another customer. I had to get my order remade due to it being messed up! read more

I went in there to use their bathroom and grab some lunch. There was an employee who used the bathroom stall next to me and returned to work without washing her hands. That's disgusting! Walked out without lunch. read more

Got the hamburger for the first time the hamburger was a good size and it was tasty but one side was brown and one side was black and it was almost burnt around the edges I liked how they shave the onions and the lettuce the tomato could have been thicker you could read a newspaper through it overall a pretty good sandwich but I will never get it again because it is not worth over $8 and that is just for the hamburger read more

Stopped on the way home as spouse wanted to try out their new Diablo special. He was quite pleased to get a free vanilla shake. The Diablo was definitely a thumbs up. I requested the roast beef and an order of fries. We munched on some fries and drank the shake while on the way home. I put some horseradish sauce and crushed peppercorn on my sandwich. This location has the standard menu, but anything fried tends to be very greasy (more so than usual). In general, the menu changes by corporate have made little changes in the quality of the food or diversity of the food (the roast beef still has a metallic undertaste). The folks working here are friendly and generally have their act together. It's not their fault that the food is so-so; they do the best they can with what they have to work with. read more

I have worked fast food, I know how difficult it is. This is why I have forgiven a multitude of sins from this place. Tonight was it. 1. They gave my husband the wrong sandwich in the proper roast beef wrapper. It was dripping with some sort of orangy grease. 2. They forgot the fries. OK, I'll take partial blame on this one. I should have checked the bag before we pulled off, but the point is; they forgot the fries. 3. The meat was burned on the edges and it had a not fresh taste. My guess, they aren't selling as much product and they're pushing the expiration dates. There is no proof but the taste buds. read more

Okay, so I also eat fast food once in awhile... sue me. We were on the way home and it was later than I thought after doing some grocery shopping. I hate fast food burgers, greasy tacos and didn't really feel like sitting down for a meal. Arby's was on the way, so we drove through. I like the Market Fresh sandwiches, and got one of the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches. It had an ample helping of turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato and sauce on a really yummy (and very fresh) multi grain bread (thick sliced, too). If I had a complaint, it was that there was a bit too much sauce. The sandwich is a handful, so they cut it for you. Each bite had plenty of each of the main items, plus that savory bread (I wonder where they get it?), so my mouth never got bored. Admittedly, the very corners were dryish, but that's what beverages are for. All in all, I've never had a bad one of these sandwiches. They probably are high in fat (the sauce) and carbs, but I don't eat out to watch my girlish figure. I purposely left out comments on service and style, simply because it was a drive thru experience. read more

If Roast Beef snagwiches are your thing, then this is your stop. It became our stop because it was the lesser of the evils that happened to be at this exit on the highway. We got off the highway to fill up the car with gas on our road trip home from North Carolina. It's the same as every other Arby's in the world, just not as clean as some of the more upscale Arby's restaurants that I've been to. Everyone enjoyed their lunch and the service was prompt. This Arby's does not have the meat. Got the "Loaded Italian" for the Mrs. Hardly any meat at all. Won't be going here again. They should be embarrassed to serve this thing. She ended up throwing away that nasty tasting, old, samich and heating up leftovers. I had the cajun fish samich that was anything but cajun. Just awful. The potato cakes were good, tho. read more

This has to be the most poorly run Arby's I have ever been to. The children are truly running this place, at least at night. Friends of the employees, camping out, getting waited on in front of people waiting in line, seriously, I thought I was invisible. Food is always very fresh,friendly staff. They always remember us when we come in. Their customer service is superb. Jeffrey and his two brothers (they're triplets!) are really great they always make sure our order is right,and we have everything we need. Taylor is a sweetheart and is very friendly and welcoming. We are local and have eaten at this fast-food restaurant on numerous occasions in the past. Normally it is within the realm of what is expected hence not giving it one star. To begin with walking into the entrance of the restaurant is a large advertisement for a Smokehouse Pork Belly sandwich. I have never had one of those so I decided to do something out of the ordinary and order one. The cashier, a young man, who clearly wanted to be anywhere but working on Independence Day said to me that they don't sell pork bellies anymore. I'm left thinking okay, then why do you have a large advertisement in the front of your store? My wife orders her lunch and the kid says when she's done for her to repeat the entire order because he had zoned out and was somewhere else. My wife pays in cash. The kid drops in her hand the change, bills, and receipts altogether in a wad. There are procedures people. First, you hand over the change bringing the remaining balance to the next dollar. Then you hand over the bills. Then you hand over the receipt. I know it sounds like this is nothing but you had to have been there to appreciate that the manager at this Arby's needs to do a better job screening staff. We beat the crowd into the restaurant and at one point I counted over a dozen people waiting for service and/or their food to come up. As we departed I noticed the cashier was sitting in a booth texting away, thumbs failing, on a break during the lunch rush. To top it off his cellphone was in a Pittsburgh Steelers protective case! The food was good but the service lacking. 3-Star's is rated A-Okay which was not our experience. If this clown is working during our next visit, I assure you we will go elsewhere. read more

Arby's has become my new go-to. Great portions, reasonable prices, responsive and attentive staff. It's way less crowded than some of the other fast-food joints and is simply a pleasant place to go - drive thru or dine in. Arby's also seems to have a customer base that is easier to be around, quite a contrast to, say, dealing with the jostling lines of people at McDonalds. These comments actually go for both the Arbys (that I know of) in Martinsburg - the one on Foxcroft and the one on N. Queen. I've not tried a lot on the menu - found the reuben, love it and generally stick to that, but everything else I've tried has also been just fine. read more
