I love Arby's but they are always missing something out of your order or just takes forever to get your food.

Put us on vacation in North Carolina though (our only visits to this chain prior were at the Manteo store) and suddenly we stop here. It's the same ordering process as we experienced in Manteo with the order being taken at the counter, then you pay and then the food is brought out to your table if it's a hot sub but any cold subs are done before you pay. One more weird thing about the ordering process both here and in Manteo. When we order the meatball sub there is always this pause from the staff and the need to check if they actually have any meatballs available regardless of the time of day. I don't get that. If it's on the menu, it should be available. Only William Shatner is allowed to make dramatic pauses like this. #13 - Original Italian #15 - Meatball #17 - Philly Cheesesteak #20 - Grilled Pastrami Ruben There were two downsides to the order. By the time the meatball sub actually got to the table the person with the Italian was nearly finished. Yeah, it was that long. Second was that everything was beyond messy. Meatballs-sauce-sauerkraut-oil-vinegar-steak meat everywhere. It was as if the food was made by someone with a blindfold on or during some severe seismic event. Whatever profit the store made on our order was partially wasted on the amount of napkins we burned through. The one, and I suppose the only one that matters, thing that is most important is that everything tasted great. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold and everything was made the way we asked in terms of toppings. With the slow implosion of Subway very much in progress, Jersey Mike's while far more expensive, is a much better alternative if you're going to go the chain sub route. If our food were put together a bit neater this would be a five star review and I truly don't give up many of those especially for food establishments. A+

We were warmly greeted and asked about any food sensitivities by our hostess / server. There were some and she was great and talked us through them and made suggestions of what to avoid and steered us to better choices. I had the hummus starter and it was full of flavor and the pita slices were soft and warm. Our entrees ranged from power bowls to my gyro. The Tzatziki sauce was fresh and light with hints of cucumber and the gyro meat was full of flavor. All in our party spoke of fresh flavors and ingredients. The dining room is comfortable with nice calming music as well. What more could you ask for?? Not much! We had a great experience and plan to return when we're back in the area.

We ordered a hummus appetizer and had the thinnest and dry pita in a plastic bag delivered to our table. We asked to split a meal and even though there was no one there, she delivered one plate and told us we had to split the dish ourselves. The gyro platter had better pita, see pic , so I'm perplexed why we had the terrible pita we paid extra for. The gyro platter was average. I guess if its the only Mediterranean in town it would explain the reviews but other than that I cant explain the rave reviews.

The prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and honestly, most everything we've tried has been really good. Their Greek salad is one of my favorites -- fresh, flavorful, and big enough to make a meal, especially when you add blackened shrimp, buffalo shrimp, chicken, or whatever protein you're in the mood for. They also make great pizzas, wings, and subs. My husband and I will sometimes split a sub because they're so generous with portions. What really keeps us coming back, though, is the atmosphere and the people. It's relaxed, unpretentious, and the staff are always friendly and easy to interact with. Just a solid local spot with consistently great food.

The decor inside is sports bar fun, and we felt as soon as we walked in that this must be where the locals go and we both totally saw why! Our waitress was a little slack but I'm not docking the review because of it. My ham and cheese sub was superb, with melty cheese on my ham, the perfect amount of mayo, fresh lettuce and tomato, and the house dressing I drizzled on top added to the perfection. The steak fries were hot and soft on the inside with their house ranch as a dipping sauce made for the perfect lunch, with enough leftover that I had for dinner that night! I can't wait to come back!

There were very few customers and only one guy who seated and served everyone. Very friendly, and professional. I ordered fresh spring rolls as an appetizer and tried to make a decision for my main course from the very bountiful menu. I chose the small Bun Bo Hue (Hue Beef Noodle Soup). My spring rolls came and they were stuffed with the freshest veggies I've ever received in a spring roll. There was also shrimp and pork, but the star was the veg. The peanut sauce was excellent but I would have loved about a teaspoon more of it for those 2 plump rolls. The main course arrived very quickly and it was much larger than I had pictured. No way I could eat a large portion. It was accompanied by a plate of shaved onion, jalapeños, and bean sprouts and an impressive amount of fresh Thai basil. It was all very good and I can't wait to go back and try something new. Leaning toward the Shrimp Udon. The menu has been updated since the pictures on this site were taken and has more selections.

Unassuming signage and location, the blackout windows are deceptive because the interior is spacious and clean. Quick service by the attentive staff. Huge portions that reminded me of home. I tried the spring rolls and beef pho. Bean sprouts and lime to accompany the meal, along with sriracha and hoisin sauce to add more flavor to the nice clear broth. Great texture for the rice noodles, and tender beef pieces and meatballs. The spring rolls tasted fresh, as well, and the peanut sauce was good. Once our food was served, I heard nothing but slurps for like 10 minutes straight.
