This location is typically our go-to location as it's always clean, quick with online orders and always friendly service. We typically do online orders for dine-in since Arby's requires most deals through app orders only. We were only a few minutes away when we placed the app order and when we walked in, they already had most of our order done. They delayed a bit to cut fresh onions for my Ranch chicken wrap. Order was quickly "wrapped" up and we settled in the dining room, which was pretty empty for a lunch hour. Food was hot and tasted incredibly fresh. I have been at this Arby's a few times and I always have to ask for the Arby's sauce and horsey sauce when I order a roast beef sandwich. We have eaten at this location twice in the last few months. Most recently we both ordered their Hawaiian Fish sandwiches, which were pleasant and satisfying. It had just the right amount of tartar sauce, plus lettuce and tomato. The fish patty itself was quite thin, however. Would have like a more substantial piece of fish so that it could really shine. The sandwich alone was just $5.69 and in a combo it was $9.99. The crinkle fries were good, but totally unsalted. And the ketchup dispenser was not working, so no ketchup for the fries. That is inexcusable. Previously, we ate here and enjoyed their burgers. For the price, it was one of the best burgers we have had anywhere. Very enjoyable and a good value. We visited this Arby's today at 2:23 pm. The place was virtually empty. After placing our dine in order, we took a seat. After 15 minutes, I went and checked on our order, which was sitting under the heat lamp waiting for the chicken tenders which were done sitting on the draining rack. During this time one of the servers was busy visiting with a customer (of the opposite sex) and I'm not sure what the manager was doing. There was one other group in the dining room and they had already gotten their order and I don't recall any drive up service at the time. We always do dine in. Good to get out of a car to enjoy a meal. I haven't done drive-thru anyplace for years. And I saw that most of the negative reviews dealt with drive-thur issues. I would I'd say this is a typical Ardy's. It was clean and the staff was FF (Friendly and Fast). I tried the new Ribeye sandwich. It was pretty good. My wife really loved it. But she doesn't care much for Ardy's regular Beef sandwich, which I LOVE! But now there is something that we both really like there. At least as long as the Ribeye sandwich lasts. read more

I have had food from this Arby's quite a few times. The staff has always been real nice. Today I ordered a double beef and cheddar with a few sides of cheddar sauce and some jalapeño bites. I took the food home, opened the bag and saw that one of the sides of sauce was moldy. I went back to the location and the Shift Manager had a surprising response. She said "you should sue us" and "take it up with corporate because there's nothing I can do about it." We stopped at Arby's about 8PM. We were the only people in the dining room. Everything seemed clean. Service was okay but they were out of napkins. I don't mean the dispenser was empty but they were completely out - like, how does this happen? Didn't anyone realize they were running low? They were also out of towels in the restroom. Hmm, are we getting a picture here? We got our food. I had a medium size Arby sandwich. I used to really enjoy their sandwiches but someone somewhere decided that they would start serving their sandwiches rare. I never order a steak rare and I don't know a lot of people who do. I usually order my steak medium. So, the first couple of times I went and got a rare sandwich, I was frustrated. Now, I won't be going back until I find out that they've returned at least to medium. The curly fries were very good. I also got an apple pie. Now, one of the things I enjoy about the apple pie is when the icing/frosting is applied generously. This one, however, was applied in a miserly fashion like a thin string. Why? Is it that expensive to do it right? Went here today, 9/29/22 and ordered their new Philly cheesesteak and a regular roast beef sandwich. Hate to say I was not very impressed. The cheesesteak had a good amount of meat and cheese but no flavor. The roast beef on the sandwich had decent flavor but there was no sauce or anything on the sandwich, just meat and bun which made it kind of boring. Not sure if this is normal? Nothing makes me madder then BAD customer service. When you are a manager I don't care if you have to jump thru 20 hoops to make someone happy. If their request is resonable DO IT! Which brings me to this Arbys. I wanted a Roast Beef and Swiss Market Fresh Sandwich, which YES, I do realize is no longer on the menu. At first, the very sweet guy (the only reason I'm giving them any stars at all) was like "sure that's no problem I just need to figure out how to ring it up." Then his GM said "NO we can't make it anymore." This is where I start to get heated. Ok so you mean to tell me, you CAN NOT make a Turkey and Swiss Market Fresh (which by the way IS THE SAME THING, except the turkey of course) and SUB Roast Beef. When I arrived at window to pay I was told they only had 1 cheese steak left, I said ok I'll take it. Was told they did have time to make anymore, what? Why would you allow this when this item is being advertised all the time. When order was delivered to me the fries were missing, so I notified window person and she said how many did you order? I presented bag with receipt taped to bag and again she asked how many did you order? I told her 2. I did not look at receipt but it had only 1 on order. Can they make anymore incompetent mistakes? So let me start by saying... I have worked in a fast food restaurant before so I know what to expect. This was far from what a paying customer should expect. I ordered a cheddar classic sandwich meal with large fries and drink And 3 piece buffalo chicken tenders. After ordering, it took over 7 minuets for them to realize to park the car in front of me. Once they did, I meet a person who was obviously training. He asked if I had the cheddar beef sandwich, which I replied yes. Thinking he was just shortening my order to make sure he had the right order pulled up. So I gave him my card, I looked at the receipt and notice he only charged me for literally a cheddar sandwich. I said I ordered more. Then someone else started helping him and communicating to me. I am assuming it was the person who was training this new guy. I repeated my order, she put it into the system and charged my card again. Thought everything was good at this point, but nope. With me now frustrated, I left without them giving me my drink. Yes, my fault for leaving but it should have been giving to me right after I paid. It was a total of 9+- mins to get my food even after they parked a car. I thought it was a fast food restaurant??!
