Just tried their peach cobbler dessert. Fantastic! Never had an issue at Arby's. Good fast food!

I purchased a BBQ Brisket sandwich Friday night 5-15-26.. First I was very surprised at the over $9.00 price. We ordered to take out so I was VERY surprised when I opened up the sandwich. Their was nor $9.00 worth of Brisket. No only that the meat was DRY.. Even with the BBQ sauce it was uneatable. I would have brought it back but we had just spent 12 hours in the car driving back from Greenville South Carolina. We will never stop at a Arby's again.. The quality and service was poor. They never asked us if we wanted and sauce for the sandwiches. The staff was to busy talking to each other to care to serve a customer... The food here is normally good...but the cashier Malia...has a bad ATTITUDE!!! Went thru the drive through this little girl almost pushed my food out the window!!! I asked her name specifically to complain to corporate office and to the manager. I also said she needed to have a better attitude and she started mouthing off!!! They are supposed to open at 10:00am dining services but are never are open at 10:00am you will not be able to dine in until when ever they decide to open. 10:00am dining which is there stated hours. i've been here since 10 o'clock. They're open time is 10 AM. We pretty much had low expectations of what to expect. We were in the area unexpectedly and hadn't had lunch, so on the way home, we swerved into the parking lot to grab something quick to eat. A rest room pit stop was a must, so we decided to head in. I ordered a roast beef sandwich combo which came with a drink and crinkle fries. The sandwich itself was okay but HOLD MY DIET SODA DRINK - the freshly made crinkle fries were absolute perfection. Swoon. I will absolutely ask for freshly made crinkle fries anytime I'm ever at an Arby's ever again - that might be 12 years from now, but still. read more

We pulled in to the drive-through at 5:28 PM with three cars in front of us. Two eventually ordered and one left without ordering and we finally reached the order station at 6:01 PM. We were asked to wait and when I told the person working the order station that there was a line waiting, she reluctantly took our order. We finally reached the window at 6:14 PM and waited another five minutes for our food. The person working the window had neglected to include the soda we ordered to our order. The food we did get was only lukewarm and it was not until we we on Kirkwood Highway that my wife realized that Arby's had not given us the chicken tenders that were on the order and that we paid for. read more

This seems to be a recurring theme with the Arby's brand. They can't seem to get a simple order through even when the store is empty. 15 minutes to get two, (2!) regular roast beef sandwiches, a small order of mozzarella sticks, and two small drinks. I counted four people behind the counter area, although I'm not sure how many are working even though I am sure they all expect a paycheck. Also, what's with the lack of sauces? Getting Arby's and Horsey sauce packets seem to take an act from a higher being. How this place gets four Yelp and Google stars is beyond my comprehension. The buns are stale, the roast beef was cold, the soda syrupy, the store was dirty. That sad thing is that I like Arby's because it isn't burgers, but they might need to focus away from the "meats" and more to "meeting basic expectations." I know that getting good employees is tough right now, but the absentee owners need to have some pride in their investment, lest they lose it. Bad management can't be blamed on the politicians. read more

Not so much about the food or service,but the fact i placed an order online Sunday at 8:40pm was there at 8;46pm for pick-up guess what they were closed when the hours are till 10pm on Sunday,how does a place take a order and i paid for it and they aren't even open,had to walk to the drive thur window and knock on it to get someone inside to tell me nothing they can do contact customer service,32 min's on the phone got asked twice was i sure they were closed?now to see how long it takes to get a refund read more

Great staff, always feel welcome. It's Arby's, either you like the food or you don't, but I've never had an issue with quality here. Whole building looks and feels great, bathrooms clean. Best Arby's I've been to, come here at least once a week. Also, everyone makes mistakes, but they'll correct it if you mention it. Just great all around. read more

Even though everything else about this Arby's is average for the fast food chain, the dining area has to be seen. I would never have expected a fast food restaurant to have a fireplace. They were even using it on the evening I was there. The only downside I can see is they close a bit earlier than other Arby's restaurants in New Castle County but other than that, it's nice and comfortable. The free wi-fi internet is a plus too. read more

Food & service are good but their sweet tea is horrible! That tea taste like the machine hasnt been clean in months....stuff floating around in the cup God only knows how much bacteria is in there. If u get a drink get a soda dont drink the tea or at least taste a little bit of it bwforw u fill ur cup up. read more

It's an Arby's so if u like roast beef And curly fries this is the place for you, decor is from the 80's, and seems like it hasn't been cleaned since then. Food is good but the place smells like pee, smells like you could literally just pee where ever you want. The place does have a tv which had the news playing and a fireplace which is cool in the winter I guess but after ordering my food I was ready to leave just from the smell. read more

Dining room is amazing, fits the comparison of any other fast food to this place. Yes, it's fast food yet everything is top quality and delicious. I won't eat at most fast food places yet will at this one. Clean, Staff is super friendly - whoever does the hiring and training needs to share their secrets! They have great specials (Can't beat the sunday 3 for $5 sandwich deal). Their snack menu is great for anyone on a budget that cannot stand to eat another 99c heart attack meal. Husband loves their ham and cheese, I love the roast beef with horsey sauce. The turkey is delicious, have not tried their corned beef..yet. After arby's, you'll never go to mcd's or bk again...never. read more
