Surprisingly, It was my first time at Arby's. Walking in it reminded me of an old Roy Roger's. Old decor, and a little outdated. I just stopped by for a quick lunch and ordered the chicken club wrap. It was actually pretty good and a good size, too. It had cut up crispy chicken, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, bacon, cheese, and honey mustard sauce. 3 1/2 stars really ! I have no problems when I order thru the drive-thru here with them . The food is better then most fast food chains around. They employees are nice and they know how to get your order right the first time. Today I went out my comfort zone and went with a beef gyro meal with curly fries and I was skeptical at first ,but it turns out it was pretty good . Packed with meat,lettuce, tomato & red onions . The curly fries were delish nicely cooked . I did order a small white cheddar Mac n cheese ,but it wasn't tasty to me at all . I usually devour that type ,but this had no flavor and thick sauce made it a No for Me. I've tried many of their items . They have great shake flavors and under 2 buck sliders to fill your belly. My wife and I recently decided to give this recently opened Arby's a try after receiving coupons in a flyer. We each ordered a French dip with cheese at the counter. I have eaten my fair share of roast beef and, while this beef may have been roasted. it tasted nothing like any roast beef I have ever consumed, absent my past experience at another Arby's and this my friend is not a positive. The cheese on the sandwich proved to be minimal while the au jus was excessively salty. On the positive side the dining room is clean, the employees were nice and our diet vanilla coke quite refreshing. read more

I am not a big fast food person, but when time is of the essence, I often go to a drive-thru. I live close to the Berlin Turnpike, and it's occurred to me that over the past year, this particular Arby's has consistently gotten my order right and has also repeatedly had exceptionally friendly service....I certainly cannot say the same for the bulk of other fast food chains on the turnpike. We were assisted tonight at the drive-thru by Kyle - he was cheerful even though it was a cold night and there was a line of cars. The food was ready within minutes and Kyle helped us pick the right sauces for our order. The line moved quickly, per usual, and the food was hot and hit the spot. This pretty much sums up why we choose this Arby's over other chains in the area whenever we opt for fast food. Please keep it up because it's nice to have a favorite spot! read more

I have been going to Arby's since I was a little kid. It was a special treat when we were kids to go to an Arby's (we had to drive almost 30 minutes to get there). As an adult, I do not go frequently, but when I am ready for that treat, Arby's is my place. This location is spacious. Lots of parking and lots of seating. No ice at the fountain and in front of soda fountain it was literally so gross and sticky it was like walking on fly paper. More meat outside the bun than in. I went to Arby's because I had a coupon for 4 free mozzarella sticks if you bought a reuben. I went through the drive thru and told them about the coupon and placed the order. When I got to the window the woman said it was$10 and change. I told her it couldn't be that much and explained the coupon again. she closed the window and took about 5 minutes trying to ring it up on the register. When she opens the window she handed me a large soda and said "You're all set." I had to tell her that I didn't order a drink and repeat my order again. After another 5 minutes I got my order and it was correct. I am usually happy with food I get from this Arby's but the sandwich was terrible. It was soggy, greasy and the meat was full of fat. The mozzarella sticks were fine. The clerk was very distracted. When I got home I tried to take the on line survey and I couldn't because my receipt didn't have a unit number. Horrible! The Sandwiches are SOAKED in grease and the fries are burned so bad, the garbage man wouldn't take it away. The drinks were warm, they were out of coca cola, Sprite and Ice! WTF!!! I would love a sonic here instead! But the worst part was the meat! Oh...MY...GOD!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MEATS! They have the CRAP!!! I brought my family to this Arby's after shopping in town. The kids that took my order were too busy giggling about who knows what to even look at us. The restaurant was pretty disgusting. The condiment and soda area were filthy and there was garbage on the floors. There were very few people in the restaurant and quite a bit of staff... they could have cleaned. Very bad culture there.
