I LIVE for Arby's Curly Fries, but I haven't had them in such a long time! Maybe 2 years? This location in particular open up sometime this year..if I'm not mistaken. It has a drive-thru and today, was the first time we went in. Arby's is a fast food American restaurant that has burgers, wraps, appetizers, sandwiches, shakes, desserts, regular fries and most popular item, CURLY FRIES. If you haven't heard or tried these, I HIGHLY recommend, you will love it as much as myself and others do! As a vegetarian, there's few options--aka appetizers. If you're vegan, this is NOT the place for you. I hope Arby's expands their menu and cater to vegetarians, but until then, the only thing I love is the curly fries. read more

I'm a bit biased, because I've never been a fan of their food, but this is a very well managed Arby's! It is noticeably clean and all of the employees were very nice and helpful. Without knowing I was going to leave a review, the manager walked around and asked all of the customers what they thought of their food and if there was anything he could do for them. I stopped here to get some dinner after a long day at work, it was raining, I was exhausted and the drive thru guy was an ass! I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:30 PM on Sept 29th. And after waiting forever the guy says "Welcome to Taco Bell, what can I get for you". Ignoring his stupidity I said I'd like a Beef N Cheddar combo. I have always loved Arbies! The workers were incredible nice and loved to talk (which you rarely find at fast food places). The food was also incredible. I cant remember the last time I actually had this delicious of curly fries. The wait time was very short and the workers just seemed to be happy to be there. I would 100% recommend eating here. Total chaos in this establishment the night we went in to order take out. Mumbling back and forth between coworkers and management the whole time we stood at the counter. Bonnie was trying to get our food out to us as quickly as possible but kept getting met by distractions by other staff. Just move and let Bonnie work! Part of our party had stepped the the restroom and came out due to hearing the ruckus and customers in the drive thru also advised they could hear the commotion at the window. If your Arby's is out of roast that is the first thing you should start with vs making car after car wait just to hear "no roast beef." Believe it or not, I've never gotten around to eat at an Arby's. However after a 14 hour drive I was hungry and it was open. I had one of their chicken sandwiches, the bread was delicious, the chicken was delicious, the bacon was delicious, the sauce was delicious. I was impressed because Arby's is still fast food. Next time I'm looking to grab fast food, instead of going to McDonald's or Burger King, I think I will look for an Arby's instead. read more

The restaurant temperature was absolutely unacceptable. No one was able but the manager was able to control the temperature and she was not on premises. This dining atmosphere was very uncomfortable. The music was entirely too loud that you could not carry on a conversation. read more

Arby's is one of my family's favorite fast food restaurants, food is great, usually service is great, and my little one loves the roast beef sandwich. We had never had issues at one of Arby's restaurants, but in this one we did. If there is something I cannot stand is people cutting in front of others and thinking they are entitled, and/or their time is more valuable than mine. When we entered the store and were looking at the menu and there wasn't anybody in front of us, in fact the cashier was just starring at us, so almost immediately I decided what I wanted and so did my husband (we already knew what my little one was gonna get), and all of the sudden this girl out of the blue just walks in front of us without saying anything and starts ordering, I looked at my husband and we both looked puzzled, we didn't know what to say because the cashier just started taking her order. At the end she got her order, she acted entitled and we had to wait for like forever. It didn't feel right, so I asked the cashier for the girl's name (they knew each other), and she didn't want to give me her name, she wanted to know for what and I told her that cutting people off is not ok, she apologized and lied about the other girl being in front of us before but she just went outside, they could have said hat at the very beginning, but nothing happened. Workers move at a snails pace, like customer service and satisfaction is not a concern of theirs at all. This Arby's was crowded but they managed to help everyone quickly and the food was hot and fresh. Additionally, my careless husband left his iPhone behind and realized 2 hours later that he had lost it. I really like Arby's food and this location is the exception. On the day we visited they failed on service and food quality. We arrived and were waiting to place our order. The cashier never greeted us or acknowledged our presence. A Cracker Barrel employee comes in and walks in front of us and places her order. I wouldn't take this against Arby's, but she knew the staff working here and the cashier just took her order. Leaving me standing there ticked off and in disbelief that this occurred. Only after looking angry as the cashier walked to the back did she acknowledged me. After placing our order I waited for it to be prepared. Now it didn't take long for that to happen. I watched my food sit under a heat lamp for over 6 minutes as employees walked back and forth and taking other orders. Received our food finally and the all the food was cold and mediocre. Just on customer service I wouldn't come back to this location and when you add in food not sure if I'll visit Arby's again. Later I would find out that the Cracker Barrel girl possibly works here as well since she was given an employee discount when inquiring for her name as to leave a comment. read more
