Can someone please explain to Arby's management that their regular "roast beef" (comes in a can) is a much better sandwich when the meat is CHIPPED not SLICED. After not being a customer for a couple of years, I went through the drive-in today hoping they would get it right. They didn't. Sliced meat and barely warm. Don't know if this is the case at all locations, but the Castle Shannon restaurant is terrible. How hard is it to adjust the slicer? Won't be going back EVER. read more

I don't normally like fast food, but when I do, I like Arby's (and a few others). I got the steak bites sandwich. It was fantastic. What I didn't like is the customer service. I paid for my meal and was then told to pull up. So now I'm stuck. I already paid. I waited over 10 minutes for my food. That was way too long. I asked to speak to the manager. When he finally came out all he could say was that there are only 2 employees. Really, not the right answer. I understand hiring is hard and companies want to keep staffing low, but at the cost of customer service and losing customers, they might want to rethink this model. read more

Uber order. ONCE AGAIN these workers can't do their job. I bought a three piece chicken meal and they gave me four pieces. Because two of them were NOT EDIBLE. Giving more not edible old rock hard items does not make it better. I also got a milkshake and did not receive a straw. So now I'm at home w a child and I get fD on my whole meal. this was our 2nd stop on our search for the best fast food meal deal. unfortunately, they don't have meal deals, but they do have coupons! tom was proud that he got to use 3 this time! lol! even if it wasn't a meal deal or wasn't on coupons, i wanted that steakhouse sandwich! i had seen the ads enough times to know that i would love it! i had to have it! i must have it!!! & so i got it, along with the new macaroni & cheese, plain please! tom got 2 classics & a curly fry with cheese. tom was quite happy with his stash of food. i couldn't wait for that 1st bite of my sandwich. let me just say it-OH MY GOD!!! it is 1 of the best things i've tasted in the fast food world!!! it was delicious! seriously good! after inhaling the sandwich, i moved on to the mac & cheese. i took a bite. i wiped my mouth. i took another bite, then wiped. after the 3rd time, i quit. that was some of the nastiest mac i've had! it was like glue in my mouth, on my lips. tom thought i was exaggerating. give it here he said, i'll eat it. yeah, you do that! he too took a few bites than put it in the trash! tell me i don't know food! my thoughts- GET THE STEAKHOUSE!!! Don't go at rush hour it's hard to get in and out of I was in a pinch and needed to eat. I think the sandwiches are expensive for what you get plus there very high in sodium to be fair it's just not my kind of sandwich read more

I had no wait at this Arby's on a Friday evening! Their registers were brand new, their employees were efficient, and their dining area was spotless. Their radio had a horrible connection and played static the entire time I was there, which was a bit annoying, so I'm taking a star. read more

I'm thinking...four stars. See my other Arby's review. Arby's with their wide selection and superior offerings makes them the kings of the lowest end of the culinary scene. Everything they have on their wide menu shoots anything from Burger King or McDonald's or Wendy's with a buttful of buckshot in a "git off mah propertay" manner. Replace the ten gallon hat with a crown. Yeah, I know fast food is supposed to be the devil, but someone has to review these places. lol. Arby's truly ain't bad if you're short on coin, and lots of us are these days, except in the alternate dimension of Yelp, where everyone but me seems to make $50K a year minimum. There have been multiple times that we have gone thru the drive thru here when they weren't even busy and they still couldn't even put all of the food we ordered into our bags.. We have even gone back and told them that they have forgotten our food but it's frustrating when almost every single time we order from there, food is missing. When we do get the food it's good and they do have fast service, employees are also nice. Just frustrating when we get all the way home and half our order is missing constantly. 2/24/22 5pm Arby,s Castle Shannon, PA parked in lot went up to the door only to finda sign saying dining room closed on a 81/2x11 sheet of white paper. went back to car drive to order speaker. took awhile for person to query me as to what i wanted. so can i help you finally came across a very scratchy speaker and i replied "you need to get a bigger damn sign on the door" she replied the sign is big enough my reply was i dont think so ! her reply "f*** you". i could not believe what i just heard so i drove up to but not in the area of the pick up window got outof my car went to the window and was affronted by the manager steve i told what she said to me and the only thing he was concerned about was that i "yelled at her" okay i said then take my coupon and order he said no i refuse you service okay i said give me the corporate office number his reply look it up then i lastly asked his name which he gave me CANT BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED AND HOW THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION Am still trying to find an address or site for the corporate headqaurters read more

This Arbys in Castle Shannon is not clean and in addition to that, while debating on leaving, a young man working in the back came up front and was talking to a cashier while scratching the heck out of his head..while the cashier was rubbing her mouth. i couldnt leave fast enough. I have to begin this review by admitting that Every time I pass this Arby's, I wonder who actually eats here. Apparently me. So, why was I not surprised when even though I was the only car in the drive-through, I waited for over eight minutes for my food. At least it was hot. Well, part of it was.
