I walked in and ordered my sandwich this time. The last time I ordered through the app my sandwich looked light on the meat and didn't have any sauce. Terrible customer service... I went to this location at least a couple times a week. I ordered my food through the app and went in to eat with my Family. On this occasion after spending 30 minutes trying to get the app to work with no success we decided to go in and order. Nancy the manager admitted that the error was on their part but still refused to honor the same discount the app would have given me. Nancy's refusal to take care of a customer and honor a 10% discount has cost them every dime I would have spent with them in the future. I submitted this issue through Arby's customer service about this location and it said I would be contacted. 3 weeks later and no contact. I guess it wasn't important enough for Nancy's Manager or franchise owner to call and make it right. Oh well there's plenty of other places in the area with better service. read more

I love Arby's. This place is a wreck. Literally, a car ran into the building and they put caution tape around it. We walk in and the guy helping stares at us. Doesn't say a word. Super creepy. We turned around and walked out. read more

I had a hankering for a deli sandwich late one night, ordered online and did the drive through pick up. Food was decent, curly fries are a personal fave. I also had a taste for a chocolate shake that wasn't the too thick "frosty" of one of their competitors and one that delivered the cold chocolate sugar rush I craved. So I did it. I ordered a deli style sliced Turkey with curly fries and a large chocolate shake. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. No, it's not gourmet deli with old fashioned ice cream shop shakes but it more than beat my cravings into submission, at least for that day. Seriously, for fast food this was a good deal and I'm sure I'll be back. Service was acceptable drive through that got the order right. I give five stars because they succeeded in accomplishing their mission. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thanks, folks. read more

Did you know if you sigh up online at Arbys.com you can get a 50% off coupon for your first online order you can literally order $50 worth of food and only pay $25 I love the half pound beef and cheddar and the French dip is priced fairly. Gotta love the drink fountain station also. On top of that the kitchen area is nice and clean so clean food and the tables a retro fun also. read more

I still am very sad the Arby's on Hopper didn't get rebuilt so I have to make my journey to RP. When I do go my order is always accurate and prepared well! Customer service is always polite, clear, and helpful. What I really want to mention is my experience tonight. The worker Gustavo was exemplary despite a pretty rough set up. He had a great attitude beyond what you would expect for how his night was going on and I wanted to give him a shout-out hoping his employer sees this and makes some changes to support their workers who are doing the most to ensure the excellent service. It was cold, windy, and raining. There is no overhang at the window and this poor fella was getting pelted and drenched. He didn't complain and had a smile even. He had his mask and gloves on and was wiping the huge expanse of water sloshing his work space to keep it clean and dry for OUR BENEFIT. This is above and beyond what I would have expected. On top of this there is a light flickering in and out like a strobe light that he has to look into everytime he interacted at the window. Please help my guy out and give him some sort of recognition. He is the reason you are succeeding. I hope you value him as much as we do and make an effort to retain that quality of employee. read more

Arby's says "We have the meats". Although they certainly do have a lot of meat, particularly roast beef, I was actually surprised to be able to find meat elsewhere. It turns out they don't actually have ALL the meats and haven't been hoarding it like their slogan implies. Upon further investigation, there are some meats they don't have like wagyu beef, smoked salmon, pork chops, rib eye steaks, roast duck, filet mignon, and even hot dogs or hamburgers. In fact, I was shocked that they seem to actually only have a small percentage of meats. In any case, the meats they do have are quite delicious and should be enjoyed whenever you need a fast food option. read more

I was tired of making breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home due to the shelter in place order for Covid-19. I was in Rohnert Park picking up some groceries at the Walmart Neighborhood grocery store. So I went through the Arby's drive thru for a corned beef reuben sandwich. I got home, unwrapped it and it looked visually good. The wrapping was great and didn't allow anything to leak. There was a good amount of corned beef and sauerkaut with thousand island sandwiched between 2 slices of marbled rye with a slice of swiss cheese. The sandwich was good but the bread was soft and slightly soggy. It needed to be toasted some more. I'm guessing Arby's doesn't put the sandwiches on the grill like gourmet sandwich shops do so they simply toast the bread. The swiss cheese was super mild and almost not discernable. The marbled rye was also very mild. I was have preferred a stronger rye with rye seeds but I guess Arby's has to satisfy the general population. Would I order it again? Yes, but I would ask them to double toast the bread. read more

I will agree that their food taste is pretty good but their prices are stupid, I was shocked to see that for the two of us it cost $28 for two seniors to eat 2 small meals, that's just crazy and to say their customer service is good is ridiculous, so rude and disrespectful 3 young men that doesn't seem to like their jobs, won't smile, no greeting and snap at any questions I had, definitely won't go back here again and unless Arby's can do better with their prices we won't be visiting any Arby's again, sorry for the rant but I was very disappointed overall. read more

Since when did Arby's get so expensive? Good lord, I have t seen one in a while so stopped by to grab a few things. In the past, I have enjoyed their BLT but didn't see it on the menu. The girl at the drive up window said it was to. The menu anymore but they still make it. I was excited......until I asked how much? Thu king about $5-$7 I about choked when she said it was $9.95! I asked......for a meal? She said no, just the sandwich! An ARBYS BLT is $10 now? Are you serious? They are so small and no, this does t include any avocado, just a small little BLT! needless to say, I could go to any local deli and get a massive, awesome BLTA for $10, so opted for 2 x $3.99 chicken wraps. Seems a more reasonable price but when got them back to my hotel, they were the smaller wraps I have ever seen! They were best, kids sized wraps. Looked like a tiny chicken strip was in there and seriously was about 4 small bites to finish it off. A complete joke! Chicken was terrible, size was a joke and the prices are way too high for what you get! Avoid this place like the plague! Should have went to chick fil a down the road! At least for $10 I ca. get a nice jumbo quality chicken product there! SMH! read more

For a fast food place, it's clean, comfortable and the employees are helpful in decision making. It was nice that they were all friendly with customers, not just one another. Missing the Santa Rosa Arby's, so after a RP Costco run, I figured I'd attempt to hit up Arby's for a roast beef and that incredible national treasure...Horsey Sauce. I walk in, wait in line. As the guy in front of me moves away from the cashier...I see a sign on the register, "Cash Only." Seriously? I asked the kid behind the counter what's the deal. He just mumbled, "cash only." Who carries cash? Okay, most people be me. No Arby's for me today. Probably a sign from above telling me to stop eating fast food. I should have asked for handfuls of Horsey Sauce packets to drown my sorrows. It's not like I'm coming back. I believe this was my first venture into this particular Arby's in it's existence (it's been there for quite some time). read more

Visited today, mid- afternoon. There were four employees visible there and six customers, not eating. I was the only one wearing a mask! I really should have turned around and walked out, which I definitely will do from now on while Covid still exists. I did in fact place an order for take-out, though. The Reuben sandwich was sub-par. Second worst I had there, compared to one I got about 2 years ago that kept me from going back for nearly a year. The curly fries were done well and were very good. The problem with this store obviously lies with management. Please, everyone, mask-up unless you're eating! read more

I used to love this place going way back. The last couple of times I've been here I have been so disappointed I want to protest. Their sliders are actually the worst sandwiches I've ever been served in any location ever. Completely dry and void of any flavor or goodness. Last time I went here I ended up throwing out about half the food I ordered - I'm just disgusted. Shame on you for destroying a once good brand. read more

I do not recommend this store. I usually love arbys, but since the fires in Santa Rosa, I havent been able to get one. So while at Walmart I went to this Arbys in Rohnert park, ordered the Chicken corn on blue large lunch combo and a Double Arbys Roast Beef lunch combo, brought it back home. I ate the Roast beef and ended up getting true "food poisoning". I can tell you with honestesty I will NEVER eat ARBYS AGAIN. They ruined my childhood favorite. Please wash your hands!!!!! Not a good experience. Came inside to find no air conditioning on and 94 degrees outside. Asked the employee to turn on the air. He said " I was told not to mess with it." I asked if someone could turn it in. He said, we were all told not to mess with, but people still do". I asked why it was so hot then? I asked for water and was told they charge for water. Does the heat mizer own this place and he's got a money making water scam going? If you remember judge reinhold from fast times at ridgemont high, working at the fast food place? Had a good experience at the Rocklin, CA Arby's from the customer service thru the value of the fish 2 for $6 deal and the quality of the food, so I decided to try my luck at this Arby's in Rohnert Park - couldn't be more different. The most unfriendly, unaccommodating, snarky staff. You wouldn't be going here unless it was the only place open, but they'll probably make you sick anyway. Manager and staff need to go across the street and take lessons on customer service and cleanliness from the manager of the Burger King. Also be aware they will charge you $1 just for a piece of onion without notifying you. Yelp requires at least one star or it would be zero from me. read more

That alone would have been a small but easily fixed problem. Given the very long wait to get food, I was just going to keep the sandwich I was given. (The wait at the window was 10-15 minutes or more.) Then I unwrapped the sandwich and saw the mold on the bun. That was something that needed to be fixed. I should have taken a picture of it for proof. So, I walked into the dining room, and up to the counter. I waited patiently while they helped another customer. Then when the person who seemed to be the manager was available, I showed him the bun with mold, and also noted it was the wrong sandwich. His response? "What do you want?" No sorry. No offer of a refund or replacement food. Taken aback, I asked for comped chicken tenders, and a refund for the sandwich that had mold. A reasonable request, given that mold is a problem reportable to the health department. Instead, the manager show the bun to a worker,not noting the mold, just saying it didn't look right in a dismissive tone. He then directed the worker to make another of the same (wrong) sandwich. I explained again that wasn't what I wanted, given the mold on the buns. Then he tried to charge me for the chicken strips and for "keeping the fries" that came with the combo meal. Finally he agreed to refund the whole combo meal. (He did not offer to refund the rest of the food from the multi person order, which would have been a good thing to do given the health violation.) While I was trying to explain, he snapped at me "I can understand English and I can hear you" which made no sense to bring up. I'll not be returning to this location, and it'll be a while before I order food at any Carl's Jr.

Overall, our dining experience was excellent. My tenders were juicy and a little bit crispy on the outside with a great texture and temperature. The food service professionals were exceptional and friendly. The Rohnert Park branch is located in a shopping district. There are many restaurants, retailers, and hotels nearby. The Graton Resort and Casino is also just a few miles away.

The first thing I noticed was that the interior was incredibly clean. All the chairs were pushed in, tables were all cleared and wiped down. Each table had a little vase with a live sprig of red berries and eucalyptus leaves. You order at the counter, they give you a number, you find a table, and then they deliver your meals to your table. The server was so sweet to ask us if we would like some waters. She returned with large cups of iced waters for us. The feel of this place is nothing like a fast food establishment. There was even a Christmas tree with a big red chair and the tree had the cutest Chick fil-A ornaments. The employees actually chat with you to see if there is anything else they can get you. The sandwiches came hot with lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese and dill pickle chips. They also offer a variety of sauces so we asked for the signature Chick-fil-A, a honey mustard, and ranch. This restaurant was a 180 from the other location I visited. The waffle cut fries were crispy on the outside and hot on the inside. Their food and service were nothing like I had expected. Thank you for the care and attention you give your customers. We will definitely be back again soon.

Here's what I'll give them: unlike basically every other fast food chain that just slaps a misshapen asteroid of chicken between two buns and calls it a day, Wendy's actually pounds their chicken to an even thickness before breading and frying it. Revolutionary concept, apparently. They then bury the whole thing under the usual crime scene of tomato and lettuce, which, fine. Was it good? Sure. Was it good good? Let's not get carried away. Popeyes built an empire on their chicken sandwich. Chick-fil-A has people genuinely planning their Sundays around it. Wendy's has... this. A perfectly acceptable sandwich that exists. It scratches the itch if you're absolutely desperate and the other two have inexplicably closed.

Lucky I not dragging my crew around right now, so I go by myself. The place is not crowded at all and I go right up to the server and hand them a coupon for 2 Dave's singles for the price of one. The normal price is about $6.50, so I get TWO burgers for that price. It comes with a single square patty of meat, 2 slices of cheese and lettuce, tomato with catsup and mayo. The food is called and I sit down. The dining area is well lit. Opening up this burger, Hmmm, it's not Whopper sized, that's for sure. Biting in, it's well, kinda average burger. Nothing bad, but I mos def rather have a In N Out Double Double especially for the regular price of $6.50 when I can Get a Double Double for less than $5 bucks. The buns are kinda squishy too (OK, no jokes here!) For the 2 for 1 deal, it's worth it, like each burger being worth $3.25, but these sure aren't worth the full price. Next, I'm gonna try the free fries coupon. Well, I'm back here at Wendy's with my last coupon to use! The coupon is for a FREE med fry order with ANY purchase! Being the sneaky one I am, I ordered the least expensive thing on the menu, the junior order of fries for less than $2.00 bucks, I think it was $1.79 + tax. THEN I got the FREE med order of fries free! I didn't know if this would actually work or not, but the server took the coupon no prob and I paid less then $2.00 with tax. My number is called and I get my tray with my two fry orders. I'd never had the fries at a Wendy's before so I didn't know what to expect. Wow, those were some of the best looking fast food fries I ever saw! Each cardboard container was filled just so perfect and over flowing just like you see on the advertised promo photos of food products! All super hot right out of the fryer ... I love it! I guess yeah, it tasted better cause it was such a killer deal. Wendy's has some decent fries! Now I just need more coupons!
