Terrible customer service... I went to this location at least a couple times a week. I ordered my food through the app and went in to eat with my Family. On this occasion after spending 30 minutes trying to get the app to work with no success we decided to go in and order. Nancy the manager admitted that the error was on their part but still refused to honor the same discount the app would have given me. Nancy's refusal to take care of a customer and honor a 10% discount has cost them every dime I would have spent with them in the future. I submitted this issue through Arby's customer service about this location and it said I would be contacted. 3 weeks later and no contact. I guess it wasn't important enough for Nancy's Manager or franchise owner to call and make it right. Oh well there's plenty of other places in the area with better service. read more

The building is literally falling apart and when we walked in we said hi, he ignored us, and then stared at us weird.

I had a hankering for a deli sandwich late one night, ordered online and did the drive through pick up. Food was decent, curly fries are a personal fave. I also had a taste for a chocolate shake that wasn't the too thick "frosty" of one of their competitors and one that delivered the cold chocolate sugar rush I craved. So I did it. I ordered a deli style sliced Turkey with curly fries and a large chocolate shake. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. No, it's not gourmet deli with old fashioned ice cream shop shakes but it more than beat my cravings into submission, at least for that day. Seriously, for fast food this was a good deal and I'm sure I'll be back. Service was acceptable drive through that got the order right. I still am very sad the Arby's on Hopper didn't get rebuilt so I have to make my journey to RP. When I do go my order is always accurate and prepared well! Customer service is always polite, clear, and helpful. What I really want to mention is my experience tonight. The worker Gustavo was exemplary despite a pretty rough set up. He had a great attitude beyond what you would expect for how his night was going on and I wanted to give him a shout-out hoping his employer sees this and makes some changes to support their workers who are doing the most to ensure the excellent service. It was cold, windy, and raining. There is no overhang at the window and this poor fella was getting pelted and drenched. He didn't complain and had a smile even. He had his mask and gloves on and was wiping the huge expanse of water sloshing his work space to keep it clean and dry for OUR BENEFIT. This is above and beyond what I would have expected. On top of this there is a light flickering in and out like a strobe light that he has to look into everytime he interacted at the window. Please help my guy out and give him some sort of recognition. He is the reason you are succeeding. I hope you value him as much as we do and make an effort to retain that quality of employee. read more

Arby's says "We have the meats". Although they certainly do have a lot of meat, particularly roast beef, I was actually surprised to be able to find meat elsewhere. It turns out they don't actually have ALL the meats and haven't been hoarding it like their slogan implies. Upon further investigation, there are some meats they don't have like wagyu beef, smoked salmon, pork chops, rib eye steaks, roast duck, filet mignon, and even hot dogs or hamburgers. In fact, I was shocked that they seem to actually only have a small percentage of meats. In any case, the meats they do have are quite delicious and should be enjoyed whenever you need a fast food option. read more

I was tired of making breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home due to the shelter in place order for Covid-19. I was in Rohnert Park picking up some groceries at the Walmart Neighborhood grocery store. So I went through the Arby's drive thru for a corned beef reuben sandwich. I got home, unwrapped it and it looked visually good. The wrapping was great and didn't allow anything to leak. There was a good amount of corned beef and sauerkaut with thousand island sandwiched between 2 slices of marbled rye with a slice of swiss cheese. The sandwich was good but the bread was soft and slightly soggy. It needed to be toasted some more. I'm guessing Arby's doesn't put the sandwiches on the grill like gourmet sandwich shops do so they simply toast the bread. The swiss cheese was super mild and almost not discernable. The marbled rye was also very mild. I was have preferred a stronger rye with rye seeds but I guess Arby's has to satisfy the general population. Would I order it again? Yes, but I would ask them to double toast the bread. read more

Since when did Arby's get so expensive? Good lord, I have t seen one in a while so stopped by to grab a few things. In the past, I have enjoyed their BLT but didn't see it on the menu. For a fast food place, it's clean, comfortable and the employees are helpful in decision making. It was nice that they were all friendly with customers, not just one another. So while at Walmart I went to this Arbys in Rohnert park, ordered the Chicken corn on blue large lunch combo and a Double Arbys Roast Beef lunch combo, brought it back home. Not a good experience. Came inside to find no air conditioning on and 94 degrees outside. Asked the employee to turn on the air. He said " I was told not to mess with it." I asked if someone could turn it in. He said, we were all told not to mess with, but people still do". I asked why it was so hot then? I asked for water and was told they charge for water. Had a good experience at the Rocklin, CA Arby's from the customer service thru the value of the fish 2 for $6 deal and the quality of the food, so I decided to try my luck at this Arby's in Rohnert Park - couldn't be more different. The most unfriendly, unaccommodating, snarky staff. You wouldn't be going here unless it was the only place open, but they'll probably make you sick anyway. Manager and staff need to go across the street and take lessons on customer service and cleanliness from the manager of the Burger King. Also be aware they will charge you $1 just for a piece of onion without notifying you. Yelp requires at least one star or it would be zero from me. read more
