This chained restaurant is known for its roast beef sandwiches. Therefore, staying with the roast beef is a wise choice. I had a few of their sliders and the meat was moist and tasty. The horsey sauce made the sandwiches even better. The curly fries and the milk shakes were average though. The service was a bit slow. Definitely not meeting the 3-minutes fast food speed of service goal. But, crews working the counter were nice. Will return. read more

Is there new management? During October this place had a halloween "Christmas tree." Which is a terrible lead into my disappointment with this Arby's but could possibly explain my beef and cheddars without cheddar but I get medium size fries. Yes this isn't the first time and both were drive thru orders. As well with this place, I ask for a number 4 and get asked if I want the meal. If I ask for a number 4, small with a coke, does that not mean I want the entire meal in Arby's language? You definitely have the beef with the meat heads that work here. I had only ever eaten at Arby's one other time in my life. My second visit this past Saturday has cemented forever in my mind exactly why i had only gone one time before. First off, i can't help but think that this place is a rip off. I mean, come on, $5 for a crappy roast beef sandwich? Almost $8 for a combo with fries and a drink? No way is that a deal. I mean, it if was a REAL steak sandwich I would probably be willing to pay that kind of money, but let's face it, it isn't. Since all of the beef sandwiches looked disgusting to me, i ordered a crispy chicken sandwich for $5--it turned out to be something that i could have gotten at Burger King or Jack in the Box from the $1 menu. I was completely underwhelmed. Plus this place was filthy. When we walked in the place, the floor was sticky and dirty...and instead of cleaning it up, they put out the 'caution wet floor' signs. I know what you're saying. Why bother to review a chain restaurant... aren't they all the same? This one isn't. All the other Arby's I've been to have been pretty grungy and unkempt... kinda like the plumber-with-ass-crack-showing or unshowered-truck-driver of fast food restaurants. Compared to its peers, this Arby's is a Rolls Royce. First, it's pretty big for an Arby's. The seating inside is kinda trendy... like what you would find at a Starbucks. Actually an enjoyable place to sit down, unlike most fast food dining rooms. And get this... the staff actually came to our table after we were eating and offered us free chocolate chip cookies, which were actually delicious. I'm pretty sure this is not a regular Arby's but some kind of bizarre A/B testing experiment where somebody is watching on camera to see if I'll order more foil wrapped roast beef sandwiches if I'm given business class service. read more

If you're over the age of 25 or so you might remember in the 90s Arby's used to regularly offer 5 for $5 regular roast beef sandwiches. At this location it's now more like $5 for one regular roast beef, and it's smaller and dryer than they were back in the day. There's really nothing particularly wrong with this location except the prices, employees were polite and seemed on the ball, clean dining area with plenty of seats. $8 for combos is too much for how badly Arbys food has slid downhill in the last decade or so. Another example - about 10 years ago I worked at a hospital and used to stop at a nearby Arbys regularly for their chicken sandwich for lunch. Back then it had ample breast meat and was genuinely crispy, juicy, large and good. Tried it again for nostalgia here recently, and now it's full of pressed rib meat and tastes like a Tysons oven-baked chicken strip. Fries are still OK, curly by default, better than many other fast food places fries, but can't hold a candle to a Rallys or other top tier curlies. read more

This place has rude workers and you don't always get what you order. For example, I go through the drive-thru and the person asked me if I wanted a BLT. I said NO, I would like to get the beef and bacon - Sandwich only. I get home (15-20 minutes later) to find that I had been given a BLT!. I'm guessing that they already had it made and just wanted to get rid of it before it went bad. This is the kind of thing that happens all the time at this place. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere in the future. read more

Best Arby's I've been to! Very new looking inside and they even came around to give me a free chocolate chip cookie! The other locations in the South Bay look dated and sketchy, so I was surprised to see an Arby's that is so clean and updated. Oh and the food is good too! read more

Online, it says the store closes at 10:00 and I arrived at this location at the drive through at 9:00.; I sat in the line of cars fro a about 10 minutes (which is very long, in n out lines that are 8 times that length take the same time). Anyway, when I got to the spaeker, the employee told me that the car infront of mew was the lats order and he said "sorry we have to close early because we have things to do tomorrow". Like bruh, i got in line an hour before the store closed, there were no signs telling me it was sclosed, and their excuse was that they had things to do that night or the next morning. Well, by the time i got out of the Arby's parking lot it had been a little for than 15 minutes and I had no time to go somewhere else for my break. I went back to work hungry. read more

Not many of these places around so it's a treat if I'm going to Home Depot for some house projects. I usually love their chicken sandwiches. Of course, one has to get their sauces. That's what I love about this place. Whether getting their staple roast beef sandwiches or something else, it's their bbq sauce that is the crack that keeps me coming back. The Arby's in Rohnert Park is the only one I'm aware of in the north bay area and I generally go there once a month, and have for many years. Their roast beef sandwiches are like all Arby's, some days really good, other days the meat tastes like it's a week old and slightly green. It's just something you deal with because when they're good it's worth it. So today (5/1/13) at 12:30 PM I go to the drive through window and a young man asks if he can take my order, of course after trying to get me to try something I'm not interested in. I tell him what I and my partner want which was simply two roast beef sandwiches, one curly fry and 2 large drinks. His reply was "So you want a #1 and a #3?" Not having looked at the menu board and realizing that they have recently changed to numbered meals, I tell him whatever combination you want to call it, that's all I want. He says (with some attitude) so do you want a #1 and #3 or what?" I say Dude, you can call them whatever numbers you want, all I want are two sandwiches, two drinks and a curly fry. He then repeats himself and says "So what's it going to be Mister, tell me what numbers you want." At that point I've had enough of this dipshits attitude and tell him to forget it and go to Quiznos. Granted, working at fast food places isn't the most glorious job in the world, but in these tough economic times there are literally thousands of people in Sonoma County that would love to have that job and do it much better. Arby's already has trouble competing with the big boys, and having idiots like this working for you isn't helping matters at all. Amazing the difference in service here compared to in-n-out. I wanted something from here and the wifey wanted something from there. Here at Arby's I get a young guy with no friendly behavior or words of pleasantries what so ever. While we wait at the window my wife points out that one guys pants are sagging so low you can see his underwear and another young guy is swearing dropping f bombs. I even defended them telling her they are young and probably really busy, she points out there was only one car behind us. Doh. I didn't think anything about it figuring it's just her nature to point out negative stuff like this. Then we went down the street to in-n-out and I was actually embarrassed with my choice of Arby's because everyone I mean everyone actually made an effort to be personable with us. I don't think I'm ever going back here again. Sorry Arby's but the wifey has got a point, your staff is now voted and proven worst customer experience from a drive through in Rohnert park. Fast food--made good. Delicious, freshly made. The classic roast beef sandwiches are great--but so are their deli sandwiches. Honestly, their chicken salad is as good as a fancy restaurant, and their italian deli sandwich is as good as from some real deli's (unlike subway which always seems a little tasteless to me). The chicken sandwiches are great, too (get the grilled, sliced chicken which is excellent--the fried chicken patties are a little salty). And the prices are great--first, they always have some two for $5 special, like two ArbyQ's, or Beef'n'cheddar, or Italian deli. Next--almost every time you go there you get coupons--again, two for one, or any roast beef for $2. Great deal. Even their normal prices are reasonable--you can get one for as low as $1--and the beef 'n cheddar starts at $3.50, and the deli sandwiches are around $4.50. They're just in the process of remodeling by the family that owns it--yes, it's family run. The employees are always nice and there's never much of a wait. I stop here every time I'm in the area! read more

So last week ,I decided to walk in to Arbys for lunch before I leave to go to work.I asked the blonde guy worker ,who looked like he hasn't showered in days.. if I could substitute bbq instead of honey mustard. The guy rolled his eyes at me and had a rude expression on his face. He just turned around,not even a thank you or have a nice day. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. All the over times I been here ,the experiences have been very normal with decent service. The first I came here, my order took over 20 minutes which made the employee Liz asked if I wanted a turnover for a peace offering. But still HOW COULD AN ORDER TAKE OVER 20 MINS LONG?
