I'm having really good luck lately of finding amazing restaurants that are out of town and unfortunately Canevaris is one of those places-this is the type of place that if it was near me I would go there every week,the people who live in Santa Rosa are quite lucky to have such a great deli so close to them daily. we used to come to arbys all the time. we knew somethings up when we drove up and there was only one car in the parking lot at lunch time on a saturday! the parking area was dirty, trash all over the place, and a homeless person with a sign at the entrance asking for money. walked in and noticed all of the usual friendly faces were gone. the new manager was sitting in the dining room on his cell phone. no one was at the front to greet us and we had to wait like 5 minutes before the girl came up to take our order. we asked about this mini steak sandwich we saw on tv, and she had no idea what came on it. she pointed to the picture on the board and said 'its like that'. my wife has food allergies so we need to know if theres any dairy or wheat. so she just got a salad. i got the promo sandwich. with no other person in the store, it still took almost 15 minutes to get our food. all the tables were sticky and the carpet was torn and dirty. theres no napkin dispenser and we went to the reestroom to get a wet paper towel to wipe down a table and the sticky chair, but no paper towels. the manager, sitting in the back of the dining room screems to the cashier girl, 'get out here and clean the table.' so darn rude. i would not work for this jerk. we finally got our food. the salad was old, lettuce was wilted and tomatos were brown. m steak sandwich was so sloppy, greasy, tiny bits of shreedd beef which was Not steak and did Not look like the picture. just not edible. we asked to speak with the lazy manager, and he points and told us to go talk to the girl. she calls him, and he slams his phone on the table. we had it with this place. we walked out. what a shame this place has gone down to the pits. we are retired and looked forward to coming to the usual friendly fun place. what a big disappointment, waste of money, a waste of time. read more

We used to come to this Arby's a lot when we lived in Rohnert Park and we came back looking for the usual smiling crew and management. The rude lady manager said that there's new ownership and new management. This hispanic female manager was definitely rude, not only to us and other customers, but she was abusive to her employees, yelling them in spanish and throwing bags and trays around, and kicking the small trash can. she was definitley having a bad day up front. it took us almost 20 minutes to get our food, and they made our sandwiches wrong. we asked for no red sauce on our beef n cheddar, but we also paid extra for extra cheese sauce. they made it with no cheese and slopped with the sour oily red sauce and the bread was so old and dry it was falling apart. we stood in line to tell the girl they made it wrong. she called the manager over, and the manager slammed the sandwiches into the trash and scream at the lady cook Betty calling her stupid old crazy lady. manager told us she would bring it out. after 15 minutes, we had to ask and the forgot to bring it out to us. took us 30 frustrating minutes to get our food! the manager Alandra said new owners cut the staff and everyones pay and every one is in a bad mood today and another girl just quit. well, not exactly happy to hear there problems cuz it took us 30 mintues to get our food so these people better shape up or just go get another job. we just came here for food and move on. read more

My husband and I wanted to test the Good Burger and try and find the right Hamburger. Well, that didn't go well. It was a sloppy mess presentation. It looked as if everything melted even the mayo or mustard, couldn't detect what it was and a sauce that "didn't taste nor looked well". I could go on, but Arby's, you need to stay with Roast Beef Sandwich. For $28+ this was the worse "hamburger" I have ever eaten and had to eat the hamburger with the fork and take off everything else, wiped off, as it was liquid, even the cole slaw! Sorry, you failed me with this sandwich. Maybe the movie was good, but you can't make a hamburger. I ordered regular fries and you gave me crinkle fries. went to this arbys drive thru earlier in the week. while looking at the drive thru menuboard trying to decide what to get, i smelled this Horrible Stench and I looked around and saw at least 15 large white trash bags of Arbys trash piled up against the dumpster wall, spilliing out soda, food sccraps, paper wrappings, and paper cups all over the parking lot-- these large birds were having a feast, and I am sure rats are having a feast, flies all of the place. after placing my order and got up to the window, asked the cashier, Mike, what the heck is going on with the pile of garbage in the parking lot. he said the new managers-owners having been paying their bills and the trash company came and took away their dumpsters. think this place is due for a health department visit. :( read more
